We went to France and Rome and the food here was on another level. We will come back for at least a week next time. There is shopping and cafes nearby. The service was excellent and rooms were so nice. We did a private jacuzzi and it was worth it. They also gave us a departing gift, thank you!
- Kym (10/5): - Gorgeous hotel! Would highly recommend. We only stayed here for one night as it was a last minute booking, but we wish we could have stayed for longer. - The room was beautifully decorated, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. - Our terrace had a hot tub, table and sun beds which were located down a few steps (we loved this as it was a bit more private) and the view was incredible! Clear, wide and unobstructed views of the caldera. It looked like most of the terraces for the rooms (including ours) were not completely private - as you walk through the property, you can see a lot of the terraces, however the hotel felt very exclusive and quiet, so guests and staff only walked by occasionally. - Service was friendly and efficient. - Breakfast was ample and delicious - you preorder the day before and confirm the time you want to have it. It’s served in the restaurant or to your room for a fee. - The main pool is lovely and a decent size. It’s worth noting that it’s quite deep with no “shallow” end. The very edge of the pool is the most shallow at just below 1.5 meters and then it quickly gets deeper. The only minor issue was the AC unit making a loud clicking noise every so often throughout the night which was not ideal for us as we are sensitive sleepers. However, we loved the hotel and had a wonderful stay. If we ever come to Imerovigli again, we'd definitely stay here!

We loved that it was within walking distance to many great restaurants, and also a convenient location with prearranged taxis and transfers for activities.
- Donna (10/5): - This was an incredible property. It is well located and away from the crazy cruise line traffic, but still central to get everywhere. Be warned there are many many steep and uneven steps you need to navigate to get to the hotel, but they are very helpful in carrying your luggage.

They recommended great restaurants within easy walking distance (think Vivaldi) and we loved doing the walk to Oia but being there confirmed for us that Imerovigli is the perfect location on the island to stay because you get a quieter city and can still see the sunset from the top. Just seek it out.

All rooms had view of Caldera, table for breakfast and lounge chairs. The staff was extremely attentive. The pool bar/restaurant was small but good food and drinks. We were picked up at the airport and all luggage transferred to our room. There's a lot of walking and steps so it was very appreciated. Absolutely beautiful stay. The room would be cleaned and stocked when we left during day and evening. The staff would leave ice, fresh water bottles and chocolates. Very unique "cave" like room with large bathroom and lovely sitting area. All white walls and decorations. Bathroom with all modern amenities. The breakfast everyday overseeing the Caldera was exquisite with fruits, fresh juices, coffee, eggs, waffles. Delicious. There is nothing negative I can say. Went on a trip with my teenage daughter and it was wonderful time. Walked to Fira and evening trip to Oia for sunset dinner. Perfect vacation. Stayed for three days after visiting Athens. Make sure to take the Catamaran trip one day--worth it.

Every member of staff is charming, helpful and respectful - absolutely nothing is too much trouble. They are there to help and advise whenever you need but are quiet and unintrusive. The hotel is pretty, cleverly designed and spotlessly clean, bed linen and towels changed everyday (towels twice or more!). Breakfast is brought to you on your terrace - lots of choice and all delicious. The swimming pool is lovely and we never had to share it! We stayed in the lovely Caldera suite with the jetted plunge pool which was great fun. Our couples massages were the best I’ve ever had - thank you to our masseurs! Marialena was so helpful, before and during our stay, and willing to assist us with anything - as were all the staff there. I could go on and on! We loved our stay at the Iconic! Notes 1. The steps could be challenging to anyone not too fit! 2. From about 2.30/3 pm there is NO shade on the terrace!

We got a room with a jacuzzi, and the bartender would deliver our drinks to us there that was super helpful. The staff overall were exceptional, and welcoming! The breakfast at this hotel is served on the terrace of the room so you can feel intimate and isolated from the whole world, being in solitude and looking at the beautiful panoramic view from the big terrace of the room. We really had a rest and will definitely come back here.
- James (10/5): Perfect stay - Excellent stay. Would book again. Imerivigli is quieter than two big towns most stay in. Highest point on island (for lodging) and views are great. Service was excellent. Special call out to Georgia who was amazing. Place is spotless. We were upgraded without asking due to hotels.com status (the first time I think this ever happened). Breakfast included was very good. Would book room with outdoor jacuzzi if possible.
- Chia (10/5): Beautiful views in Santorini - Amazing views and top rated service, I could not asked for any better hotel to stay in Santorini. I adored the views from our deck, sit there every chance I could, watched sunrise and sunset almost daily during our 6 nights. The room is a bit small but it is Santorini’s most popular location. I husband said he felt like we lived in a cave and that’s the idea to experience Santorini.

The property itself is very unique, with gorgeous rooms built right into the side of the volcano. And the views! Just stunning to gaze out onto the caldera, towns, and ocean below. What really sets this place apart, however, was the incredible customer service. Every single member of the team worked very hard to make sure we had a memorable stay, and we couldn't be more appreciative of their efforts! If we're ever back in Santorini, we'd stay here again without a doubt!

- Angel (8/5): Gorgeous view, pool too hot - Stunning view, delicious cocktails, and very comfortable bed. My only complaint is that the pool was too warm. It was 80+ degrees out, the sun was strong, and I was sweating under my umbrella, so the fact that the pool was heated was baffling. I asked if they always heated the pool and was told yes. The couple next to us also found the pool temperature very uncomfortable. The pool area was the main reason I booked this hotel, so the fact that the pool was basically unusable was certainly disappointing.

- Leslie (10/5): - The staff was the best, from the moment we arrived we were greeted to a Prosecco and water melon cocktail, daily custom breakfasts were delivered to our room on time and hot, lastly our room was beautiful from the view to our comfortable patio and bed. My only suggestion is to provide a top sheet as the comforter was too warm and we had to keep the ( quiet) AC high. The welcome bottle of white wine and sweet treats every night were a nice touch. Service was impeccable.

- Anne (10/5): - This hotel is absolutely fantastic. From the eye poping and extremely picturesque decor to every person we encountered, we felt like we were living the life of the rich and famous. The staff was extremely attentitive and responsive to our every ask. We were welcomed by Anastasia who was delightlful and extremely welcoming. While there, Afrodite went above and beyond to answer every question and make every effort to make our stay perfect. We stayed for three nights and had time to see many other options in our daily walks. You cant find a better balance between location, view and value. I strongly recommend you consider the Iconic Hotel as I would expect you to have the same take away we did - this was one of the best you could find!
