- Karen (4/5): Not worth the price! - Convenient to I-35 access ramp Dark in the lobby area, one elevator that we could see, staff not very welcoming, no offer of a water bottle, rooms were musty smelling, walls and doors need to be touched up with paint, one roll of toilet paper for (3) guests, only one outlet/charger worked near night stand, loose shower head and faucet in tub, low water pressure in sink, beds squeaked and could feel box springs. Breakfast was okay not the greatest. Definitely do not plan on staying there again!

- Louise (3/5): Disappointed - Nothing especially Bad first impression. Frumpy couch as you first walked in lobby. Lampshade in room by bed was dirty, damaged. Bathroom door damaged, should be replaced or repaired, no towel racks except one hook on back of bathroom door. Coffee pot in room did not work.

- Heather (10/5): - Angel went above and beyond to make sure that our second night was peaceful! She moved us to a different floor away from the people that were so noisy the night before. She apologized that the front desk didn’t take care of it went I called multiple times the first night. We had issues the first night with the room next to us being loud until 4am. I called the desk several times and the didn’t take care of it.

The staff at the front desk are usually very polite and friendly. This was my first time at this hotel, and the girl at the front desk never smiled and was rude. I won’t be back.

- JAMES (6/5): A few disappointments, but in the end, it was pretty good - Breakfast was pretty good, pool was nice after it was cleaned. (unusable the first day because of debris floating on top) Bed/bedding was comfortable The first room had nowhere to sit so I paid $25 upgrade for a room with a chair and pullout couch. The second room had a chair that was pretty dirty, unusable so we moved to a third room before unpacking. The pool needed cleaning the first day so we could not use it until our second day. The breakfast food was good, but it was very little fruit.

- REME (6/5): - We got interrupted from our sleep. Loud knocking as if they were in a hurry to get us out. When I asked the front desk about that interruption, they managed to lie to my face and said that the person just went to the wrong door. When I know we'll enough, they told him its time to check out. It was so disturbing. I do not want to go there ever again. I do wish to have my money back since I couldn't even sleep for at least 3 more hours in pce. Thats the entire reason pple get hotels to go rest and go to work the next day. But instead.....

- Shaunice (10/5): Very nice hotel, and would stay there again! - The night auditor was extremely sweet, and helpful. She gave us all of the details and if we needed anything she was available. The hotel was nice, clean, and the bathroom was much better than I even expected. Very nice hotel. The early morning front desk person was very brash. She was being very nitpicky on checking out on time, which is understandable but they knocked, called twice and stood by the elevator training notes at 12:05. Check out is at 12:00.

Fridge and microwave were in the room as well. Tv could've been bigger. The shower didnt have a full door so it got the floor wet. The shower was also very slippery. I actually fell. I did love the size of the bathroom and shower.

- Dirk1488 (6/5): Grundsätzlich ok. Gute Betten aber laut - Erstmal das Beste: Die Betten waren absolut hervorragend. Und das Zimmer war recht sauber. Das ist uns ebenfalls sehr wichtig. Frühstück war okay aber tatsächlich nur wenig Auswahl. Wir waren vier Nächte da und es war auch immer das Gleiche. Das hatten wir schon besser, aber ich will nicht meckern. Die Lage direkt an der Interstate war tatsächlich sehr laut. Das Hotel liegt an einem höheren Stück der Interstate, so dass die Autos auf direkter Fensterhöhe am Hotel vorbeigefahren sind. Wir mussten auch das Zimmer tauschen nach einer Nacht, da die AC nicht funktionierte und es einen Kälteeinbruch in Texas gab. Und bei 5° und der schlechten Isolierung in den USA war die erste Nacht erbärmlich kalt. Zimmertausch ging auch erst am nächsten Tag, das augebucht-

- Arturo_ML (7/5): good experience with very short stay - convenient space for short stay. comply with full equipment and extras, comfortable. and the breakfast ist standard good. it has really nice corners and space is really enjoyable. the personal has an special vibe that was not really nice, seems to be forced not really willing to attend. in several times different people over the counter seems to not wanted to be there.
