- Win (2/5): Bad stay and owner not responsible. - Nothing Aircond not working. Technician came and checked but cant repair as the owner didn't agree to repair. So the technician did a bypass,meaning cant control the speed and temperature. My daughter and i had a very difficult night. The owner didn't bother to communicate with me and i demand a refund! Mould on the ceiling. No fan control. Floor dirty after the technician did his job. Nobody bothered to come and clean!

- Mohd (7/5): Highly recommend. - Spacious and clean room. Comfortable bed. Lots of eateries nearby. Quiet neighbourhood. Within 5 km radius of City Centre. Need to replace label at key room box. A few labels are worn out n difficult to read.(eg. JOHOR) Place shower head at the height 6 feet (room JOHOR) coz I have to bend while bathing. Provide a few clothes hanger.

- Michael (4/5): - Personalet til indcheckningen var ikke tilstede og det gjorde det besværligt at foretage betalingen for at få udleveret nøglen til værelset. Efter kommunikation via WhatsApp lykkedes det og betalingen blev foretaget senere ved personlig fremmøde. Jeg var ikke blevet orienteret om at der var selfcheckin. Og derved ville det være nemmere hvis betalingen var udført inden ankomst. Værelset var ok set i forhold til prisen.

- Mark (9/5): A little way out of town but worth the effort - Hotel is good choice for solo travellers like myself. Although the hotel is a little way out of town I was happy because It had all the basic requirements I was looking for and to a good standard: comfortable bed, clean bed sheets and towel, hot powerful shower, nice communal area with hot and cold water. It is also located in a lovely residential area with a great Malay/Thai restaurant about a 5 minute walk from hotel. Not a complaint more of a warning for those wishing to book this hotel. Booking.com on its information page for this hotel has the check in times as 2pm til 9pm. I arrived at 7pm to find reception closed and a note stating reception hours were 2pm til 6pm. Luckily, I was able to contact the host who was very hospitable, and I was able to check in over the phone. I messaged Booking.com about the error on their website but to date have received no reply.
