- Dr (7/5): i will book again - Staff were very helpful The kitchen didnt work, the microwave was not functional and stove neither. The staff were very helpful but they couldnt find solution. Eventually they brought a standalone induction stove otherwise there was no way for me to prepare anything.

- Noreen (1/5): Horrible Experience - The only thing which was good is the location near to the metro station. Everything. Horrible staff. No customer service. Worst experience ever. Staff doesn't know how to talk. First of all they did not mention anything about the deposit they sent me a message when I reach there. When we tried to ask them for a favor to wait for sometime the staff started threatening us that if we will not give them deposit in 2 hrs they will call the authorities. Are they so stupid someone is staying in your place for 6 days you treat them like this. Nothing mentioned about the cleaning that they will not clean the room every day. Cleaning will be done once in 3 days. Staff doesn't know how to talk. You ask them something the reply is always unpleasant. As per booking we should get queen bed but it was not queen bed 2 single beds were joined together. If the staff will see you struggling with bags and stroller they will not offer you any help as a courtesy. Horrible experience and definitely doesn't want anyone to go to this place at all.

- scott (10/5): Right in the heart. - Perfectly situated right in the heart of KL. access to everything withibg minutes, buses, subway etc. The room was perfect for a hostel, and the WiFi was brilliant. Overall great value. KL amazing city, amazing people, will definitely visit again.
- Ebony (4/5): Smelly toilet - i toilet absolutely stunk and I was in a dorm alone... that defeats the purpose of staying in a dorm. This should not be advertised as a hostel it is definitely a hotel with one or two rooms with bunk beds. Would not stay here again and would recommend friends don't either.

- Verified traveler (4/5): - I booked my hostel for 2 nights. I came on sat afternoon around 5pm and would like to check in. The staff reception said the system was down and asked me to wait 30 mins. I'm ok with it. After 30 mins, I came back to reception and asked for checked in, then he gave me one of the room in tower A. I went there and surprised, there were 6 bunk beds, 3 occupied and 3 empty. One of the guest told me that those 3 hadnt been cleaned yet. I came back to the reception and was served by the other reception staff (arab mixed malay). He didnt seem happy when I complained to him. Then he gave me another room in tower B. 1st the lift access card didnt work, then I came back. 2nd the door key also didnt work, then I came back again. Everytime I came back, He didnt seem so happy and looks grumpy. Not even say apologise or give explanation. 2nd day my door key also didnt work again, and unlucky
