• christine (6/5): - Emplacement correct, pas loin du Vatican Pas de petit déj mais une cafetière à l accueil, un peu embêtant, et pas de bouilloire non plus. L'appartement ne reflétait pas du tout les jolies photos, ce n'était pas très propre (surtout le dessus de lit avec une grosse tache !) Chambres bruyantes mal insonorisées.

Não tenho nada o que reclamar da hospedagem, a localização é excelente, o quarto estava limpo e arrumado, o banheiro espaçoso, ganhamos um espumante de cortesia. O auto check-in foi super rápido e tranquilo. Me comuniquei com a Andrea pelo WhatsApp, ela respondia rápido e foi muito gentil, até fez uma reserva em um restaurante local pra mim. Enfim, adoramos a hospedagem e voltaríamos novamente em uma nova oportunidade.

Está en un edificio residencial y son solo 5 habitaciones,con lo cual es muy tranquilo No tiene armario, teníamos las cosas encima de la cama supletoria. A la ducha le falta una leja donde poder poner las botellas y no tener que ponerlas en el suelo. Está al lado de una calle con mucho tráfico, con lo cual es un poco ruidoso

Checkin molto semplice e comodo. Sufficiente flessibilità sugli orari. Le stanze necessitano di manutenzione. Ci sono parti cadenti o proprio rotte che non rendono piacevole il soggiorno. L'acqua calda richiede almeno 10 minuti di rubinetto aperto prima di arrivare. Wifi a tratti inesistente.

La camera che ci è stata assegnata era molto rumorosa, avendo le finestre a livello della strada e affacciata su un incrocio molto trafficato. In bagno non ci sono mensole né spazio per appoggiare nulla.

• Deiana (7/5): - L'albergatore ci ha fornito delle chiare indicazioni per accedere alla struttura. I letti erano comodi. La struttura si trova in zona ZTL e accedere al parcheggio gratuito si può solo in determinati orari. La doccia, era quasi impossibile utilizzarla per via della poca pressione dell'acqua calda. La pulizia generale puo essere sicuramente migliorata. Per una notte può andare bene ma obbiettivamente il traffico e sirene di ambulanze e forze dell'ordine fanno da padrone e non poter dormire adeguatamente per poi giorni non sarebbe l'ideale. Anche l'ingresso in struttura da coloro che alloggiano nelle altre camere non passa in osservato.

• Alvaro (4/5): Not a luxury place at all, but good location - The location is great, and the check-in process was quite smooth. You can access with a code and the key was hanging on our door. That this place puts "Luxury" in its description is a joke. The rooms are super small, the is absolutely no soundproofing walls nor doors, so you can hear *literally* everything that is going on in the hotel and the quality of the pillows and blankets was completely unacceptable. The problem were the expectations. The pictures you see are taken from an angle where you think it it actually a luxurious place, but the reality was far from it. Nonetheless, friendly staff.
