Shower doors didn’t stay shut. Shower had horrible water pressure and minimally warm water. Breakfast was poor, no pancakes or waffle maker in service. Food was cold.

Could use some bacon and bigger cups for the juices Go to hotel and went to room just to see it was dirty and wasnt cleaned. The manager was up there already cause another guest had same problem. She said sorry and would be back for another room for us. Awhile later came with key and to new room but I had gotten one with a bathtub and this was smaller and no bathtub. So she said the lady could clean that room right now cause was the only one she had. I said well need hurry cause we have to be somewhere and get ready. The cleaning lady took her time and we waited 1hr. We ended up being late to the event. I asked at check out if there was something they could do but because I booked online wasnt but said she would sent me account up and add points which I dont know what that does. I go here because its close and is nice but each time seems to be something.

• Melissa (7/5): Nice place most staff rude - The young lady who checked us in was great. Rooms were spacious for our family’s needs for an emergency situation. Wasn’t on the 1st floor as promised, knew we had dogs but would make comments about them making noise. Had 9 kids with us and staff would be rude to the grown adult child walking to our other room to check on our other half of our family and make smart comments or tell them if they wouldn’t be quiet they were kicking us out or I hear you all the way down stairs so shut that dog up and the kid with you up but would never come to the room and talk to the parent. Never asked for clean towels.

• James (6/5): Very comfy, mostly clean but not worth the price. - Bed was comfortable. The tile flooring was cracked outside of bathroom door and inside bathroom. It made a loud cracking sound when you would walk across the floor. Felt very unstable. There was a loud sound all night of running water in our room and what looked like water stains on the ceiling. The couch was stained and dirty. We were charged two different prices for the first and 2nd night stay and I don’t feel like either price was worth it honestly. Breakfast was decent, a lot of items were out when we got down there at 8 but staff member was doing her best to try and restock.

• White (3/5): - If you need to work there and need internet, be very careful booking here. None of our electronics would work with there internet. When you did get connected, it was so slow the kids could not use a single app and I never did get my phone hooked up to it. I asked for a partial refund because of no internet, I would never book a hotel with no internet, and I have not received one nor a phone call from management, like I requested. Also, pubic hairs in the corner of the step in shower that I never even mentioned to them. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Eggs every morning, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, toast, sweet rolls, oatmeal and cereal. Coffee wasawesome and available 24/7. The breakfast met our needs

• gena (6/5): Definitely not a good nights sleep - My room was 318 and apparently was next-door to a room which housed security equipment. This equipment admitted mechanical noise randomly throughout the night. I had a terrible night sleep because of that. If I had known, I would have asked for a room farther away. The front desk person at checkout said it was the PBX room. She said she was sorry because it does make this mechanical noise similar to an air conditioner turning on. And it makes that noise every 3 to 5 minutes. I tried everything possible from earplugs to putting my head under a pillow. Other than that, that was extremely soft to the point of being uncomfortable. The mattress pad was such poor quality that the stuffing had balled up. And one of the beds sheets were very pilly. The pillows were very uncomfortable. I would not recommend this hotel. It was, however very clean and well situated to the needs I had in the area.

• Davis (5/5): I would not recommend this hotel to anyone 😕! - The breakfast was standard. Their are only four lounge chairs by pool, no other chairs. It flet like a one family pool. A few more just sitting chairs would have been great. I had to ask them to clean the floors in the room, they were dirty. When Manager came up, she used the vacuum that the cleaner was using from the next room, but it was working. The cleaning person should have realized that. Manager went and got another one and cleaned our room, and mopped the foyer as well. Her name is Wendy she was great! They also have placed 2 separate holds on my credit card, not happy about that at all. I have filed a claim. I understand the first one, when we checked in-and it might not have come off it. But to add an additional 39.95 when we checked out. Doesn't make any sense. We left the room clean, left both keys, all the towels. Why the extra charge, no explanation.

Pool: Closed for maintenance the entire 3 night stay. No one knew why. We booked this hotel because it was advertised. Room: No “do not disturb” sign for our door knob. The mattress AND pillows in bad shape. We received 1 towel per person. Very thin old towels. No king sheet on the bed. Toilet was old style, low to the floor. No mouth wash, or shower cap. Ice Machine: Door map indicated it was on the third floor. It was not. Took a $50 deposit from us for “incidentals”. Never had that happen before. Waiting for our refund.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The only issue was the pancake machine wasn’t working during breakfast.

My room also had a standard step in tub / shower. For a shower I had to put a towel down in the tub to prevent slipping.

Room was for 4 adults only had 2 sets of towels. Reserved a suite, which was advertised as 300 extra square feet, nope the room was ONLY 300 square feet! Airfilters were dirty! Owner and wife are on site. He is EXTREMELY rude! Would not speak to me, would tell his employee the answers to my questions. He would sit on the couch and watch a line form as people waited to check in. Spoke loudly on speaker phone in the packed lobby. I will take my business and money to another hotel.
