- Robert (9/5): - Hotel bardzo dobrze położony - 15 minut spacerem do Big Bena, po drugiej stronie Tamizy , w dzielnicy Waterloo , w pobliżu sklepy z gotowymi daniami i kanapkami ( najwyraźniej bardzo popularne w Anglii) . Było pret-a-manger i Salisbury obsługa bardzo miła i uczynna , możliwość przechowania bagażu bardzo się przydała zameldowanie bezpapierowo bezdotykowe :-) nie korzystałem ze śniadania, pokój był wyposażony w kuchnię ( zlew, lodówka, mikrofala, kuchenka) Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni Windy się nieco psuły w czasie naszego pobytu, ale zawsze przynajmniej jedna działala

- Christine (7/5): - It is walking distance to the monuments The hotel was comfortable and close to the train station less than 4 minutes Honestly doesn't feel like a 4 star, more like 3. When we arrived early, I asked to be checked in and was told it would be an extra charge by the Indian lady and she tried to upsell us to upgrade to a room with a kitchen and told us if we checked in early we'd get not a so good room but still had to pay quite a bit extra on top. For a 4 star hotel, I would have expected more refined service and thought into the conversation. Luckily when we came back late, the French gentlemen was much more pleasant and checked us in. He even let us be on the 10th floor as he noted we preferred quiet rooms. The gym is under ground basement and limited equipment

- Marcel (8/5): Gepflegtes Haus in zentraler Lage - Das gesamte Haus ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer und Bad waren sauber und alles hat gut funktioniert. Eine gut ausgestattete Küchenzeile, mit Geschirrspüler, waren vorhanden und in gepflegtem Zustand. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl aber nicht besonders üppig und der Frühstücksraum ist recht klein, so dass es zur Stoßzeit zu Wartezeit kam. Die Lage des Hotels ist der wirkliche Pluspunkt: Zwei U-Bahnstationen sowie zahlreiche Restaurants/Pubs und Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Nähe. Big Ben und London-Eye in Laufweite. Das Zimmer war mit 4-Personen Belegung leider etwas eng, vor allem fehlte es an Platz für die Koffer. Leider war auch das Bettsofa für die 3. und 4. Person etwas durchgelegen und daher unbequem. Das Hotel ist recht teuer, insbesondere das Frühstücksangebot hält mit dem Preis nicht mit. Daher Abzüge beim Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Insgesamt aber für einen Städtetrip durchaus empfehlenswert.

- Remich (10/5): recommend this hotel for families visiting London: comfortable, clean and spacious - We had a wonderful family stay in this hotel during our long weekend in London with children. First of all, the location is excellent — very close to Waterloo Station, with easy access to all parts of London and the main tourist attractions. It was extremely convenient for sightseeing with kids. The room was very spacious and perfectly suitable for a family. We had two large and very comfortable double beds, one for the parents and one for the children, which made our stay very relaxing. The room also included a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, cooking facilities, and a coffee machine with coffee and tea provided. We did not cook ourselves, but it is great to have the possibility to prepare breakfast or meals if needed. Everything in the hotel was spotless and very well maintained. The shower was strong and excellent, and the hotel provided large, beautiful white towels in sufficient quantity for the whole family. The entire hotel felt very comfortable and welcoming. A special thank you to the extremely friendly and helpful staff, especially the lovely young Ukrainian lady and the young French gentleman, who made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel for families visiting London — comfortable, clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. everything was good!

- Chris (5/5): Passable - The staff were all friendly and tried their best. Breakfast - cheap bread was not nice. No good decaf coffee (I've never been to a 4* hotel that doesn't have this). Breakfast buffet served from a really high bar - I had to serve my Mum's food because it was too high and heavy for her. My room was not cleaned at all during my 3 night stay. The underside of the toilet bowl in my room was covered in dried wee. We stayed there because my father had major heart surgery at St Thomas's hospital. I paid a little over £1200 for 3 nights for 2 rooms. There was some post operative complications for my father and we needed to stay for one more night - I was told that the price had risen to £900+ for 1 night for both rooms. I explained my situation but was told that their manager would not approve it and that they needed to rent the rooms for the advertised price. We just needed some support and understanding in what was a difficult time for us. There was none. What kind of world are we living in if capitalism trumps being a good human.

- Gracelynn (8/5): - They had 3 elevators in the lobby, however for over one day only one was working. Never during my stay of 10 nights were all 3 working and at times the 3rd one was not roped off to let people know it was broken. The doors would open half close and repeat.

- Andreas (8/5): - Das Hotel war gut. Die Lage des Hotels war super. Frühstück war ganz einfaches kontinental Frühstück. Mit dem Buffet auffüllen hat es leider nicht so gut geklappt.
- Mohammed (9/5): Superbe séjour, d’une grande qualité dans un endroit au top! - L’emplacement était parfait (à 10min à pied de Big Ben et de the Eye). Le personnel était très serviable et sympathique. La chambre studio correspondait à nos attentes, niveau propreté et confort. La salle de sport est très polyvalente. Le fait de faire le check-in et checkout en borne ainsi que la réservation de Uber sur borne sont vraiment pratiques. La partie salée du petit déjeuner était un peu légère si vous ne mangez pas de viande. Le service nettoyage se fait à 15h, ce qui peut un peu vous bloquer si vous souhaitez rentrer faire une sieste à l’hôtel après votre balade.

- Samara (9/5): Great hotel. - Friendly staff and attentive, good value, laundry available for customers, spacious room. Offer to upgrade on arrival for good value when arrived early. The only feedback would be that the beds are a little firm but in saying that, I slept well. Also, the aircon constantly readjusting itself upwards was a little frustrating.

- Jan (8/5): - The hotel’s location, just a short distance from the city centre, was excellent. There was a small, well-equipped kitchenette in the room. I don’t like the self-service check-in system as it is implemented in the hotel. I would prefer a much faster and clearer process. I would like to receive a simple short code which, once entered, would complete the check-in without the need to fill in any further information or search for the reservation. In hotels of this type, we are used to daily cleaning and towel replacement. In this case, this did not take place, and the towels were damp and musty on the second day. The sofa bed was not comfortable.
- Teresa (7/5): Decent :) - Excellent location - short walk to Big Ben and the London Eye, as well as a grocery store (sainsbury's) , chicken shop and café (Pret) just downstairs. Decent sized room with super comfy bed. Elevator broke during out stay but was repaired by the next day! Shower door was more of a half wall so water got all over the bathroom floor when it was used. Can't use the hairdryer in the bathroom, and the lighting was poor for makeup application.
