The setup was very attractive. Wonderful jams. Very minimal. Only request, if possible, is an additional toaster. I didn’t plan well and was rushing. Took a sec to gain access to the toaster.

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A szobák szépek, otthonosan elegánsak. A szobánk a kis kertre nézett, ez különösen hangulatossá tette! Kicsit lehetne nagyobb a szoba, nehézkes volt a nagy bőröndöket kinyitni, és kevés hely volt a ruháknak. (Kis bőrönddel 1 éjszakára megfelelő.) A reggelinél hiányzott a narancslé.

Etwas störend war die Badezimmeraufteilung, Waschbecken war nicht integriert, sondern im Zimmer, d.h. zum Haarefönen etc, stand man mitten im Raum. Ich kenne das von einigen Hotels, es ist also sicher Geschmacksache.

- Houman (7/5): Nice location, clean, beautiful rooms. - Location was close to many restaurants, shopping and UCLA. The rooms were very nice and clean and spacious. The staff very friendly. The have drinking water in the lobby. Lack of elevator, the breakfast options were limited, and they ran out of some items during the breakfast hour, so depending on when you show up for breakfast you may get different items. The breakfast area was also packed later in the the day and some guests were done with breakfast but were just lounging there.

- Tamar (9/5): - Love the simple and calming aesthetic. The building is adorable. The location is perfect. I loved the tea/coffee station. The walls are very thin so you can hear people in the other rooms. You can hear toilets flushing and people talking. If it’s possible to add insulation it would make a huge difference.
- Daniel (9/5): Gerat location, very comfortable room. - A large, comfortable room with a good king bed. The location is in Westwood within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and UCLA. The parking cost ($45 valet) should be made more visible - it is not on the booking websites and was not known until after I booked. I understand the reason for the cost (although it is a relatively high cost, even in LA), my complaint is that it is not disclosed before booking. Recommendation: the croissant they provide for breakfast (very nice) would be much improved if there was a toaster oven available to warm them.

- Ilana (9/5): Loved it would stay again - Stylish boutique hotel with a relaxed home-from-home feel. The reception team were wonderful and very welcoming. The hotel was always clean and tidy and the communal area was lovely. There is a pretty garden area with a fountain and comfy chairs at the back. Air con in the first room we stayed did not seem to be functioning. Gluten free options for the bagels and pastries at breakfast would have been great. Airport shuttle was incorrectly advertised on booking.com.
- Mona (6/5): Shouldn't be considered a Palihotel - Proximity to UCLA Medical Center I've stayed at three other Palihotels. I'm shocked this is under the same brand. I paid extra for a garden room and there was no garden. The hotel overlooks a busy street. And I was charged a resort fee and parking, which entailed them moving my car to a meter right in front of the hotel. Something I could've done myself but they charged me $45/day. Additionally, they didn't provide any coffee/tea/water in the room. And the continental breakfast that I've experienced in their other properties was comprised of horribly stale croissants and Yoplait yogurt. I am so disappointed and can't believe how much I was charged for what felt like a motel.

The atmosphere was welcoming and cozy! The room was small with queen size bed. But loved the cozy old timer feel. And it was very very clean which is most important to us! You have to go up 2 steps to the hallway. Not a problem for us. Loved the shower with rain shower head. Didn’t like the pocket door for privacy in bathroom. Has air conditioning with remote. The display is very bright, like a night light. Bed was comfortable!! Did not hear any street noise. Andrew was very helpful and thorough at check in. Vanessa was awesome with her bubbly personality which made you feel like she was happy to have you there!! She recommended the Botanical Garden nearby while we waited till our flight time and it was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was simple but enough. The best part was the coffee machine!!! Cappuccino , macchiato, double espresso, whatever you want, that coffee machine delivered! And the coffee was great!

I can’t say enough about the staff. I have had a very unpredictable schedule due to my husband being in a nearby hospital. I’ve needed to add nights to my stay, twice!! The response is always, don’t worry, we’ll take care of you. They took so much stress off my shoulders! If you are looking for a place to stay near UCLA, this should be your FIRST choice! Nothing.

- STEPHEN (9/5): Class and Comfort Without Breaking the Bank - The hotel is very nice appointed with its furnishings, both in the rooms and in the lobby. Breakfast is a step up from the "normal" continental breakfast. For doing business in Westwood, I love that I can walk everywhere and don't need a car. I did not like the sweet taste in the latte that came from the machine.

I wish there was a few more tables or spaces to sit in the main space as there wasn’t much room when everyone was trying to get breakfast, and there also aren’t any drawers to store clothes in the king room we stayed in as I hoped just hanging space, but these are minor gripes.

- 703monicaa (10/5): A sweet place to stay in Westwood! - This is a sweet boutique "old LA" vibe hotel with friendly, accommodating staff like Roan, Dave, and Vanessa. Good nightly rates and walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Short drive to beaches and Beverly Hills and Hollywood. I would definitely recommend it.

It was a little noisy with foot traffic down the hall/close to the lobby, but I always travel with ear plugs so not a big deal. My bed was super comfortable! And I loved the throw blanket at the foot of the bed. I meant to check what brand it was because very nice, would purchase one for my house. I enjoyed the bath robe provided, always love when hotels have these in the room. The mini fridge and snack bar were stocked, but didn't take anything, but nice knowing it is there as an option. I caught the end of the complimentary breakfast, but was still able to grab a coffee, yogurt, and the MOST AMAZING chocolate croissant. I didn't even realize it was chocolate until I was eating it at my work desk. What a lovely surprise! Not sure if they are baked in house or purchased from local bakery, but YUM! Valet parking is easy, but the app was not working, so I did have to wait a few extra minutes for the valet to go get my car once I was ready to head out. Also, kudos to the evening valet who recommended I check out Toranj around the corner. Amazing Persian food and large portions. All of the hotel staff were very pleasant. An item was found in my room after check out, and the hotel contacted me to have it mailed to my home address. Can't ask for better customer service than that. I look forward to staying at this hotel again.

- KatrinaE128 (10/5): Comfortable stay near Hammer Museum - Clean, cute hotel with rooms that might be on the smaller side for Los Angeles, but still totally fine. The beds were very comfortable. There were many fast casual food options nearby, and other conveniences, as well as the Hammer Museum. Note that there's no elevator which wasn't a problem for me on the third floor, but it might be for some people.

- moniquehV8506SD (10/5): PaliHotel for UCLA Family Weekend - I enjoyed my first stay at the PaliHotel Westwood over UCLA Family Weekend. Upon Check-in, I was greeted with excellent customer service by Morgan, the hotel manager. The guestroom was lovely & bright with a beautiful bay window! The young man at the front desk was attentive to the needs of guests during the continental breakfast and check-out, as well as offering local tips about Westwood Village. The PaliHotel is conveniently located in Westwood Village, with excellent walkability to shops & restaurants and the UCLA campus. I enjoyed a morning walk to campus via the serene UCLA Mathias Botanical Garden. Prior to departure, I was able to utilize the foyer table overlooking the garden while working on the computer. Looking forward to a return visit!

- jannam965 (10/5): Great Experience with Vanessa - We came for Parents’ Weekend at UCLA this year after staying at the Pali many times before. Vanessa helped us this time and many others. She has always made our stay very welcoming and comfortable. She has been an integral part of why we love the Pali and we wanted to express how much we enjoy seeing her every time we come here.
- K8334NBhh (10/5): Amazing Hospitality! - Everyone at this boutique hotel redefines the true meaning of hospitality. From the moment I arrive, the valet attendant is super helpful and friendly, then onto the front desk where management quickly checks me in an hour or two before the designated check-in time, followed by someone else who helps with my luggage as I head for my room. The room is very clean and there’s always a welcome note with complimentary items. The little continental breakfast is perfect and better than most. Everyone is so genuinely pleasant and naturally warm. I just love this place!

- ginaw530 (10/5): Lovely, comfortable, boutique hotel experience - The Pali Hotel is a charming and beautiful boutique hotel! We had an incredible experience staying here 4 nights while getting our daughter moved into her apartment. We have traveled to many places and have never experienced this level of service and detail of attention: The staff is amazing! The valet, cleaning staff, and front desk are all Friendly, attentive, and goes the extra mile to make sure your stay is pleasant. A special shout out to Andrew who went above and beyond. Warm welcoming , professional and took the time to make each guest feel special. We can’t wait to come back to the Pali!
- Barbour (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! - The place is adorable! Breakfast was continental but with a really great eye on the choices. Very walkable area with a lot of activity due to the college being close. Parking was a challenge but the bellhop helped me with knowing how I could park in one place and put the app on my phone so I didn't have to run back and forth every 2 hours.

Hotel has a hidden beautiful garden to sit in work or have lunch :) Staff was extremely helpful & they were super nice to my dog. Of course diptyque toileterries-love! The room was a tad too small, bare in mind you have a sink (beautiful one) in the room. Otherwise I wish valet parking was priced cheaper (45$ a night), but it's LA. I guess you could park on the street for free but I didn't want to risk it.

- 768dahliaf (10/5): Lovely Stay - I had a lovely stay here with my boyfriend! Westwood village is the best area to stay in. It’s very calm and close to everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the little grab and go breakfast and the garden!
- Jackson (10/5): Cute Boutique-Style Hotel in Westwood Village - Great aesthetic boutique hotel in a quiet and walkable neighborhood with full time front desk. We also had our pet with us and the hotel was extremely pet friendly. Comfy bed, fast wifi, hot showers, and coffee included any time of day. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The free breakfast was fine, but a little lackluster - just some croissants and yogurt basically. Valet parking is available at $45/nt which is probably about normal, but definitely deterred from renting a car. A bit inflexible on late checkout, but very kindly held our bags. No real complaints and would definitely recommend!

The hotel was very clean, and housekeeping did an amazing job. Everyone was friendly and made me feel really welcome. I’d definitely stay here again!
