• Pankaj (1/5): Reception person worst behave room not clean - There was absolutely nothing good about my experience after booking your property. The boy at the front desk is extremely rude and has no sense of how to speak to guests. The room had a strong smell of smoke, which made the stay even worse. Very disappointing overall. I am extremely dissatisfied with the experience. The front desk staff is highly unprofessional and speaks to guests in a very disrespectful manner, showing a complete lack of basic etiquette. Additionally, the rooms provided are not clean or properly maintained, which is unacceptable. The overall service is far below expected standards, and this reflects very poorly on your establishment.

• Kumar (1/5): Please never book here !! 🙏 - Nothing. It has become very bad from the last time I stayed here. The staff was rude, arrogant, misbehaving, impolite and even refused to do checkin. Because we asked him to not take pictures of id card on his personal as it is violation of privacy. Can take the printout which we would sign but he said printer was not functional. And when we refused he started shouting,misbehaving that at 12:30 in the night. We hadan early morning flight so had to comply as no other option was available at that time else would have never stayed there. Also the AC was not working and there was no cooling, even though we paid for an AC room. No water bottle in the room. Washrooms not clean , flush not working properly, leakage in the tap. It was a nightmare where we did not sleep. It was room 305.

• Arivender (8/5): I will recommend this hotel - like staff and food Size of the room assigned to me was 210, but on day 3, I requested a room change. Not because of the size, but because the AC was not working. Afterwards, I was assigned to room 308, which was much better.
