• Tressidy (9/5): Roomy comfortable stay - Loved the room, plenty of space for a family with a little one. The breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed spending time outside with the fireplaces on the patio. Only two downfalls, the pool was actually closed for the season when I was told it would be open. Also, our AC wouldn’t shut off so it was freezing in the room. We unplugged it and by the end of the day the temp was comfortable to the rest of our stay.

I didn't eat breakfast on this trip, but I checked it out one morning, and it looked fine, except the eggs looked like powdered eggs.. :( .....Otherwise, good options. The property has lots of good amenities and space for guests. Laundry, a gym, a nice pool, and outdoor spaces for sports and relaxing. Plenty of well-lit parking. Great location. Close to major freeways, sports fields, and all types of shopping. Bed deemed clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well maintained. Issues: 1.) On the 2nd day of a 3-night stay, the room above me was making incredibly loud noises (children wrestling? Lots of loud thumping and banging on the floor.) I called the front desk to report it, and the noise stopped within 30 mins. Thank you! 2.) My room smelled musty when I came in. When I would leave and come back, I could really smell it, especially if the room was warm (above 74 degrees). I woke up in the mornings to the smell of a dog. (perhaps you have rooms that are reserved for No Pets?) I'm not allergic to pets, but I don't live with pets; therefore, I can smell them easily and prefer not to wake up to the smell of a dog that was previously in the room. I'm guessing the smell is embedded into the room's carpet to be that strong. I would stay at this property anytime I'm in town for a trip if the price meets my budget, and hopefully I don't have to smell someone else's pet while I'm there. I understand people like to travel with their pets, but not everyone is ok with smelling animals while they sleep. 3.) bathroom sink was badly clogged. Did not drain well at all. Backed up within seconds of running the water to brush my teeth. 4.) I booked my room through my personal travel agent's link. She works very hard to send me to a good property. The day after I checked in, I was getting emails from Booking.com stating my reservation had not yet been accepted. I had to ask the front desk agent to accept the reservation so that my agent would get the proper credit for her work. I do not like doing business with any property that tries to circumvent paying my agent what she has rightfully earned. I should not have to go to the desk and ask the desk agent to make sure this was done!! Don't cheat! If you do, I will not stay at your property!

I then had people above me being extremely loud playing music very loud all night and very early the next morning, when I spoke to the front desk I was told nobody else complained and they would be leaving that day. They are still at the location and very loud.

The location was safe and nice with plenty of fun things to do nearby. The breakfast and dinner snacks were great. The gym was nice and clean. The kitchenette was perfect for our week long stay. This is going to sound crazy, but this is the first hotel I’ve stayed in where housekeeping honored the “do not disturb” door hanger I put on the door. I loved that! The WiFi was hard to connect to. The pools were small, but not a deal breaker. All the other positives made up for it.

Asked for a refund but was told no because I had been there longer than one hour, it had been two. Ended up walking out on a two night reservation due to feeling unsafe and unclean. Finally got a refund for the second night after several rounds with hotel and Expedia.

• Francisca (7/5): It was fun and nice had a great time. - It was so fancy looking!! I really liked it. The maintenance cleaning ppl don’t work on the weekends and even tho we cleaned the room everyday it would’ve been nice to have the cleaning service since we were on vacation. Also the pool was so tiny it looks way bigger in the photos.

• Nallely (6/5): - Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, restroom floor was dirty as well as the restroom door handle it was sticky. Towels had hairs stuck on them. Elevator felt like an oven, it was super hot.

• Erica (5/5): Close to everything. Stinky room. Subpar breakfast. - The location was close to everything. The smell of the room was rank. It smelled like cigarette smoke in our room. Everytime we left and came back we could distinctly smell it. The breakfast was subpar at best. There was hot food. The eggs were folded w a slice of cheese in it. You can make waffles. The bacon was okay. I wouldn’t stay here again. The tv was outdated, I wish we could have been able to watch a streaming service.

• Linda (10/5): - We were in town for a wedding. This place was convenient to restaurants and highways. A pool was there although we didn't use it. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. The personal were all friendly and helpful. I would recommend staying here.
• Nikki (4/5): - Room was filthy had to get Clorox wipes. Bed sheets were not clean, the toilet was broken and who ever refills your lotions shampoo/conditioner along with body wash isn’t using dove products. It was watery and cheap caused a rash.
• Natasha (10/5): Exceptional - I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and comfortable the room was and was perfectly suited to my party. The kitchenette was lovely, as was the breakfast. The staff was best of all, incredibly helpful and kind. If I had to mention something it would be the noise of the ac unit, it was quite loud when the fan kicked in.
• Christie (8/5): - It was a nice vacation. The room was supplied with everything I needed. I just brought my own food. It was a great stay and the staff was very helpful and courteous.

• Veronica (5/5): Great location, Bad air quality - Hotel was next to top golf and close to granscape area. Also liked that they had a kitchen. Air quality was bad. AC wasn't working very well in the room. It would get cold but somehow still felt humid. The room and lobby air made us sneeze and irritated our throats.

• Mark (5/5): Meh. - Lobby was nice. My room was a bit messy, and my toilet was unstable and the seat was very loose.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Still good hotel. Just needs to update some things - We have stayed here before and been very happy. The chair and ottoman need to be replaced. I took a picture of the chair and took it downstairs. The front desk said they would note it but nothing was done to replace it. The room is showing some age. The A/C was having difficulty keeping up with the Dallas heat. Shower had some mildew.
