• Lorena (9/5): L'hôtel est superbement situé, le parking est inclus et le petit-déjeuner est délicieux. - Le petit-déjeuner était délicieux, avec de nombreuses options que toute ma famille a appréciées : omelettes, saucisses, fruits, et bien plus encore. La chambre était très confortable, spacieuse et calme. La douche aurait pu être mieux nettoyée ; il y avait de la moisissure sur la paroi de verre, ce qui était désagréable.

• Tara (8/5): The room was spacious and quiet and the location was what was convenient for what we needed. - The rooms were spacious and very quiet. The staff at the front desk (most notably the young lady working on the day of check in) were not pleasant. The lady at checkin was outright rude and ignorant. She chatted about her weekend plans with a visiting friend of over an hour while we sat in the lobby. I was happy I wasn’t the person on the hook for paying her salary. On the second last day, the gentleman was quite pleasant. Housekeeping and the breakfast staff were very nice.

The eggs was dry, the sausages overcooked, no bacon or waffles ( that would have been a +) We ended up driving to Starbucks for coffee and a sandwich.

Pour éviter cette mauvaise expérience qui nous à mis dans une situation compliqué, assurez-vous de communiquer avec l’établissement par courriel et garder une preuve de votre communication.

Arriver à la chambre, il nous manquait les draps pour le divan lit qui n’était pas très confortable, toilettes ne floche pas bien, machine à café qui ne fonctionne pas, et pas insonorisé du tout.. pas tellement dormi avec les jeunes qui courrait dans les couloirs et les escaliers, les toilettes des chambres voisine et pour finir les camions de déneigeur.

• Irma (9/5): This Holiday Inn... Is My Choice for Quebec! - The pillows were Fantastic. The breakfast was very good. Front desk staff were Very Friendly! I would definitely stay here again. 😃 We came, to Quebec for Winterlude. There was No mat want you entered the room and we had muddy boots from the weather. I mat for footwear, would be 👍 Great.
• Sentheena (5/5): Not the greatest experience this time - Parking was easy accessible. The snow wasn’t really cleaned properly so it was hard to walk through to get to the entrance. I normally stay at this hotel for work because it is nearby. I have stayed a few times but unfortunately this time, it wasn’t great like the others. After a long day we check in, we had 2 people try to come in the room without knocking. If we hadn’t put the lock, they would have came in. When we went to the door, they questioned if we had checked out, we had to explain that we just checked in not too long. It seemed like they had some sort of confusion. The room itself wasn’t very clean, it looked like they had cleaned it very quickly. The floor was still wet, there was hair everywhere and the bathroom was different. It was a tub, which was okay but still a little dirty. The towels had a stain in it. On the couch, there like white powdery residue that we had to clean.The outlets were broken and not working which was frustrating because we had to use the outlets near the TV.

Hallway noise and door knocking games till the wee hours by young hockey players who apparently were on every floor of hotel. We asked to be away from them and told not possible.

Not so much but the breakfast ran out of scrambled eggs every morning and the other choices werent replenish as quickly as needed. . But it was over the Christmas holidays so I assume the hotel was on minimal staff so keeping up with the crowds was probably difficult.

Émilie m’a dit que c’est ce qui avait été demandé lors de la réservation, je lui ai dit que j’avais répondu à un courriel de confirmation de cette demande en disant, que c’était une erreur et que je voulais être sur un étage. Elle n’a pas voulu et ce, même s’il y avait de nombreuses chambres disponibles. Plus tard, je suis allé à la réception pour m’acheter une barre de chocolat, mais étant donné que vous ne vendais pas de lait, j’ai demandé à Émilie si je pouvais acheter un verre de lait. Elle m’a répondu que c’est juste au déjeuner, je lui ai ensuite mentionné que lors d’un de mes séjour précédant, la personne à la réception m’en avait donné un, elle a quand même refusé.
