Austin (2/5): *WARNING BLACK MOLD* DO NOT STAY HERE! - Do not make the mistake of booking here, my room was completely contaminated with black mold and made it difficult to breathe. I have included photos, however there was much more mold, I just did not feel safe staying there any longer. I arrived for check-in at 6:00 AM, ran some errands and checked out of there that same night, even though I had a three night reservation. The employee at the reception desk was polite and offered to transfer me to another property. However, if one property (Bog Urban Hotel) has mold, chances are their other property does too. After showing the pictures they still refused to give me any sort of partial refund.
JORGE MARIO (6/5): No es para mi. - Hay personas simpáticas y otras antipáticas, en el hotel son apáticos. Las habitaciones muy pequeñas y sin sitio para trabajar dentro, me llegaba muy poca agua a la ducha y no calentó. Lo que primero me indispuso fue que en la pagina de Hotelrs.com el precio esta sin iva y no lo hacen claro, cuando llegas a recepción, es lo primero que te enrostran, tengo que pagar mas de lo previsto.

Jorge Alberto (2/5): DESASTROSO - LA HABITACIÓN NO TENÍA PAPEL HIGIÉNICO, NUNCA CONTESTARON EN RECEPCIÓN. Las habitaciones del primer piso, con mucho ruido, cerca al comedor. Por más que tuviera cortinas, cuando la Luz del pasillo se activaba por el paso de los huéspedes, quedaba iluminada la habitación en la noche y madrugada. Imposible conciliar el SUEÑO.

Verified traveler (4/5): - Where to begin with, the water pressure was low and they had cold water. Also, the staff was very rude towards me when asking a simple question. There are a lot of options in the area , so please do not go there.
KATHYRN (10/5): A great place to escape - My plans suddenly changed and the place where I was originally staying was no longer an option. Hence, I chose to stay in BOG URBAN. Great choice, super friendly and helpful staff, exceptionally clean and comfortable, and in a good neighborhood. I do not speak Spanish, but we were able to communicate via Google translator. If I ever return to Bogata, I would stay at this hotel again.

However, the walls and floor were incredibly thin and you could hear EVERYTHING from the surrounding rooms, construction outside, and people having breakfast downstairs. Also not nearly as well located as I had read in other reviews. 20-30 min car ride to everything but the airport.

American (6/5): - Seems like staff doesn't tell hotel guest they can't smoke in hallways and they lack control of hotel guest having parties in room. Allowing other people that are not hotel guest to roam around the floors alone. Hotel and rooms are small with thin walls, but are average, breakfast is ok, area has limited restaurants. Overall I give it a 3.5 out of 10 for lack of controlling unregistered hotel guest and the smoking in hallways with paper thin walls.
