Pelo preco praticado acho que deveria estar incluso na diaria. Primeira opção de quarto oferecida cheirava muito forte mofo e umidade. Segunda opção cheirava também, porem, menos. Agua do chuveiro nao esquentava tanto e isso me incomodou. Mini formigas na pia da cozinha o tempo todo.

• Kenia (9/5): Great location for family with kids or friends - Kitchen with multiple appliances, everything we needed. Clean and functional. Beds were comfortable, great location. The elevator was close to our room, nice view to the pool. We felt safe at all times, they even have an agreement with beach seats for free which is great! The beach was at walkable distance as well as a Publix. The bathroom shower had a smell, I'll say related to old sewage. Nothing critical but a little bit annoying.

• Marina Mallajeva (7/5): - Two sun loungers on the beach are provided for free, but without an umbrella. There is a nice small pool with loungers and umbrellas. Paid parking: you are assigned a specific parking spot, so you don’t have to keep looking for where to park. High humidity in the room. There is nowhere to dry a swimsuit. The bathroom has no heated floor and no heated towel rail, so towels are always damp. You can leave swimsuits to dry outside on a chair, but even by morning they are still not dry. The humidity in the room is unpleasant. The bedding and clothes also feel constantly damp, which is uncomfortable. The floor is stone and cold, with no carpeting, so sand and similar debris stick to your feet. The TV worked poorly-it wouldn’t load properly and kept freezing, probably due to a weak connection.

• PT45 (4/5): Würde ich kein zweites mal buchen...... - Das einzig positive an diesem Hotel ist die Nähe zum Strand und der Pool an dem man sich nach dem Strandbesuch noch kurz abkühlen konnte. Preis/Leistung stehen in keinem Verhältnis. Über 220Euro pro Nacht zu verlangen ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Lage des Hotels an der stark befahrenen Hauptstrasse ist nur für Gäste geeignet denen der Lärm (auch Nachts) nichts ausmacht. Wir haben eine Junior Suite für drei Personen mit einem Doppelbett und Schlafsofa gebucht. Es war bekannt das wir zu dritt anreisen. Dennoch war das Schlafsofa nicht vorbereitet. Wir mussten das Schlafsofa selbst beziehen. Die Zimmer und die Ausstattung sehen auf den Fotos deutlich besser aus als in Realität.

• Ani (1/5): Very negative experience with Park Royal - Our room was cancelled by Park Royal last minute. When I reached out inquiring why, they said that there was an error with booking.com. I doubt this since a few days before our stay Park Royal sent a message saying they are waiting for us to stay with them. For the sake of honesty, they did arrange us with another hotel - Collins in Miami beach. It did not meet our requirements at all. In the morning, smth was burning in the parking lot and so there was a haZardous smell all over the hotel and the rooms. So, we were disappointed even more. In short, don't book this hotel since they are not trustworthy and can cancel your booking last minute and re route you to another worse hotel.
• Hans (9/5): Great hospitality - The managers were really helpful and kind. They let us hang around the pool with our kids way after our checkout time after our flight got delayed. The foldable couch-bed was a bit uncomfortable, but the kids still slept well
• Angela Sterpeta (10/5): Stupendo - Lo staff gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. La camera bella è pulita. Il trolley gratuito aveva la fermata di fronte all hotel. Il centro veramente facile da raggiungere. La spiaggia era a pochi passi.
• Fernanda (5/5): Does not worth the money - Close to the beach. The room 11 seems that went into a maintanance and the dishware in the kitchen closet was not cleaned after it and was full of dust. Additionally, the flush valve in the bathroom was running continuously and I let the front desk guy aware as soon as I arrived but nothing was done. I need to open and close the toilet main valve everytime I need to use the restroom.
• Manuel (4/5): Ok für 1-2 Tage, aber auf keinen Fall mehr - Der Pool, und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Zimmer sind alle sehr überholt und nicht wirklich sauber. Das Bett war sehr laut so das man sich nicht wirklich getraut hat sich umzudrehen.

Although the pool was smaller than it seemed in the photos, the setting was really lovely with the palm trees. We were surprised to find such a beautiful shower in the room, a balcony, and a kitchen. It was a really excellent place and I wish we had stayed longer. Also really loved the staff, everyone we interacted with was very kind and hospitable. We were looking for a good value on Miami Beach and can’t believe how much you get for the price with this one.

Ci hanno tolto i soldi con il pagamento anticipato di 280 dollari, e anche se siamo stati presenti alle 10 ,lasciato le valigie ,al ritorno per il check in che era solo alle ore 16 ci hanno dato via la camera. Il personale molto scortese. Mai più. Dopo un litigio ci hanno dato una camera senza aria condizionata dicendo di chiamare Booking se non ni va bene.mai più.

Atención con tema parking - Las instalaciones y la habitacion super bien, con cocina super equipada incluida, piscina muy bonita y terraza para tomar algo. Personal de limpieza super amable. La situación, está en North beach, muy alejado de todo lo turístico aunque hay un trolley gratis que baja hasta south beach. El parking es lo peor, el hotel cobra demasiado teneindo palzas disponibles todos los días y en los alrededores todo de pago y super caro. Por suerto encontramos parking gratis a 15 minutos andando y pudios dejar el coche.

Huoneen ilma oli kostea ja ummehtunut, en huomannut siellä minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa. Pinnat kaipaisi remonttia. Siivouksessa parannettavaa, lakanoissa oli karvoja ja keittiö täytyi siivota itse poistuessa mikä on hieman erikoista huomioiden huoneen arvokkaan hinnan.
• Ray (4/5): Not good - Close to beach Not clean, bad neighborhood. Scary place to be. Staff no helpful. The lobby reminded me of an old construction office from the 60’s. This property is not a three star at all. I could hear the noisy neighbors all night through the walls. They finally got quiet at 3:00 am and then I got up at 3:30 to catch my fight. My socks will never be clean again from the cold floor. We got there early and they would not accommodate us even by 30 minutes to check in early. The room was old and dated. I felt like I was in a single wide trailer from the 60’s. I would not want to stay there again.

• Elvira Akhatova (10/5): - Отличный отель! Персонал просто великолепный — шутки, улыбки, лёгкая и очень приятная атмосфера. Чувствуется настоящее гостеприимство. Очень удобное расположение, всё рядом. Отдельный плюс — есть кухня, что делает проживание ещё комфортнее. Понравился и бассейн, а на пляже для гостей предусмотрены лежаки и зонты. Также очень удобная парковка, что важно, если вы путешествуете на машине. Единственное, о чём жалеем — что выбрали этот отель только для короткой остановки. В следующий раз обязательно постараемся провести здесь больше времени.
