Rooms are fine staff is friendly but washrooms big problem when you take shower water do not drain and overflow the whole washroom after multiple complain heard from house keeping the whole hotel washrooms are same and lot of customer have same issue. Hallway smells.

- Syed (4/5): Customer service is very poor. - Complaints are not knowledged and no apology is offered. Airport drop off and pick up is really a joke. They do not have in house transport. Uber was booked to drop off us at airport which cost Rs500 but we were being charged Rs1500. Front desk staff are the worst I have ever seen. Very rude and are not very good listeners.
