Loved the Taphouse for food, drinks and vibe,
Great facilities like drying rooms, onsens, games and nearby shops, rental, restaurants and transport.
All rooms have a beautiful view of the mountains and in spring it's surrounded by Sakura.
Was amazing value and plenty of room for people, gear and luggage. Nothing, would definitely stay again
- SU CHEN (8/5): 房間及早餐用餐區可以看到山上未融化的雪景,離白馬村景觀台不遠,附近用餐的地方算方便 - 早餐😄 床偏軟

- Jess (10/5): - I am writing to sincerely thank your staff Mizuki for her exceptional assistance during our recent stay, which ended on 4 May. We realized that we had accidentally taken the room key with us from the previous hotel. We were very worried about returning it, but Mizuki was incredibly helpful and made the process of returning the key seamless. We truly appreciate the efficiency and kindness shown to us. We look forward to staying with you again. Nothing in particular.

- Kerry (8/5): The hotel is walking distance to everything. Staff is friendly and very helpful. - All the staff are friendly and very helpful. The hotel was not clear about off season period, so we missed out on the shuttle service and ended up walking to the hotel from the bus terminal with all our luggage’s. Having said that, it was not a long walk, but just unfortunate that it was dark and raining.
- Taniya (9/5): - Staff is very nice and all of them can speak English very well.

- Pattamawan (7/5): Free onsen with Hakuba Mt. view - Free onsen, mountain view in winter season will be great. In early spring, have a full bloom sakura tree just in front of the hotel and nearby area. Not far from Lawson and Snow Peak Starbuck. Breakfast is just normal but may because low season.
- Umaporn (10/5): We have a really pleasant stay in this hotel. The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and the blanket - Cold weather with fluffy and warm blanket is the best Nothing

- Davina (3/5): Not the best hotel, but great location to the bus stop - The staff were friendly and very helpful It wasn’t what I expected, a big culture shock from spending time in other regions. A lot of tourist, wouldn’t recommend for families, the smell of cigarettes came through to the room and it was loud and rowdy during the night (we were on level 2). The bathroom shower curtain was a mouldy.

- Troy (9/5): Would stay again...hopefully next year when they have more snow! - Great little hotel within walking distance of all that Happo-One has to offer...bus station, bars, restaurants, ski/board rentals, and the gondola up the ski hill....all within about a 10 minute walk. When I was looking at Hakuba for the first time, it was hard to decide where to stay and which resort to base at, but Panorama Hotel was almost perfect. Happo-One resort is great, and a free shuttle right outside the door will take you to the Goryu and Hakuba 47 resorts. Easy gear storage at the hotel, a small laundry room, and a good breakfast. The staff were all great...very helpful, friendly, and multi-cultural...Australian, Japanese, Canadian. And the Taproom just downstairs is great if you like beer! My son and I stayed for 5 days and we both enjoyed it. It's not a 5 star hotel or a resort hotel, more of a budget/family-friendly hotel. It's dated with older carpet, and our room smelled a bit musty, but that's to be expected with sweaty skiers and snowboarders coming and going all day! Nothing a little air freshener doesn't fix.
- Rebecca (7/5): -
- Gordon (6/5): Basic and ticks the boxes - Staff were friendly and the location was convenient for ski bus and town. The room was big but I did stay on my own and great views of the mountain. The room wasn’t that comfy - couldnt control the heating and the bathroom was weird. Very basic standard breaky which appeared to be standard for this area of Japan.
- Thomas (8/5): Great accomodation that caters to western guests who don't want to leave their comfort zone. - Staff service was outstanding and the rooms were comfortable and clean. There is no common room area or space to hang out with family or friends except the bar / restaurant which is not open except for breakfast and after 4pm. You typically have to book a table after 4pm for dinner and you can't just chill. Only western style breakfast available. some rice and miso soup would have been a great break from eggs and baccon.
- Meck (7/5): - Onsen was lovely at end of a long day and so convenient having a bar in the hotel The rooms are a bit outdated but the beds were super comfy!
- Clair (9/5): Great! - Continental breakfast was great and tasty. N/A

- Melissa (9/5): Great location in Happo with Comfortable Rooms - The location is awesome for a skiing holiday - walkable to Nakiyama area of Happo, Happo bus terminal, and there is a shuttle stop right outside for Hakuba47/Goryu. Also walkable to the many bars and restaurants in Happo village, fit people can walk to the Happo Gondola (though there is a nearby shuttle stop as well). The family room was a good size for 2, would be squishy with older children. The onsen scratches an itch, but isn't anything special. The included breakfast was decent, though repetitive! Beds and rooms were comfortable, I would stay again. From the cost you might expect luxury, but reset your expectations to a ski lodge-type accommodation and you'll be happy. The bathrooms are not great - very small, no japanese toilet (!) and a handheld shower. We had an onsen each day just so we didn't have to shower in the room.

- ALEKSANDR (10/5): Чисто , удобно , отличный персонал. Буду рекомендовать! 👌 - All good !!! 👍👍👍🫶🫶🫶
- Kate (7/5): Clean, close to Happo 1 restaurants, nice to have brewery onsite, yummy wings, great boot room, a little overpriced for - Clean and good location. Quiet rooms Staff were not up to date with transport/ lift closures/ directions. No coffee for those leaving before 7am for early lifts.
- Aiellomi (10/5): Comfortable accomodation for a wonderful ski experience. - Great location. Yes you are paying for being at the snow but the hotel was awesome. The staff were super friendly and very responsive, they just made the experience enjoyable. Also, having the bar down stairs (another reason I chose the place) was perfect. Kids could hang in the room while we were downstairs having some adult chill time in a lovely atmosphere that wasn’t too big but comfortable. Plus the beer was great so many choices… be sure to get the beer card! The Onsen after skiing is always a win and a heart breakfast in the am before heading to the snow was great. It’s a popular place so if interested get in quick. Nothing to be honest.
- Bradley (9/5): -
- Lucinda (8/5): The Panaroma hotel suited our family of 4, staff were very helpful, buses at the front door to ski fields & short wa - Well located hotel with good breakfast, drying room, washing machine and Onsen on site. Bathrooms are small and basic, more variety for the breakfast would have been good
- Peter (9/5): -
- Deborah (9/5): had a wonderful time - Breakfast, onsen and friendly staff
- Dear (10/5): - Great hotel, nice buffet and meal/tap room for the end of the day. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
- Rick (8/5): - Location was good - but closer to restaurants would have been nicer. some variety in breakfast would have been nice
- Paula (9/5): -
- Marisa (8/5): -
- Tim (10/5): - Love the pick up and drop off service from the train station during winter. Made our life easy!
- Masaru (8/5): -
- Brian (8/5): - Staff were great
- Joel (9/5): Had a wonderful stay and would certain return - We really enjoyed our stay. They staff we extremely friendly and helpful. It was awesome having a cooked breakfast every morning and an onsen at night. Missed the Japanese toilet :)
- Catalina (10/5): Great place to stay for a ski break. - Clean, spacious, they provide limited shuttles in the morning for the nearest slope and shuttle from train or bus station for arriving guest. The onsen was a wonderful addition. Location is close to bus station, slopes and restaurants, but the lack of sidewalks makes it pretty dangerous to move around in the winter with ski gear, especially when traveling with kids, sharing narrow ice covered roads with busses and cars. This may be related to the way the town is designed rather then the property’s fault, just be aware.
- Dinh (6/5): Convenient location, very nice front desk staffs, but everything else were below average. - Walking distance to town and the lifts. Rowdy at night due to the taproom downstairs. I heard guys talking loud outside when I was in bed at 2am. Breakfast was a big disappointment! Why serve Australian meat in Japan? Subpar quality food.
- seth (9/5): -
- Sarah (10/5): Excellent value for money - Very friendly and helpful staff, hotel was clean and tidy, excellent value for money -
- Jonah (10/5): -
- Akkadech (7/5): -
- Syahirah (9/5): Comfortable, cosy and feels homely! Staff were friendly and we truly enjoyed our stay there! - Location is great, there is a Lawson nearby! Hotel staff were friendly. Loved the onsen too! More variety for breakfast would be great as the bread were similar everyday. To have some board games for rent would good too!
- Fiona (10/5): Awesome trip - Staff were so helpful and friendly.
Having taproom on site was great as could just go down and have a drink and great outlook. Taproom is popular, just remember to book table or you could miss out.
- MuthuVinayagam (10/5): Awesome stay and view. Stayed true to the name of the hotel - Amazing view from the room. Decent breakfast. Great staffs Size of the bathroom is small
- Samy (10/5): We loved our stay here. Beautiful traditional house which looks better IRL vs. pictures - Traditional house, unique vs. typical hotels. Love the wooden bathroom. Comprehensive facilities, including washing machine It can feel a bit small at times but typical of Japan
- Waterhouse (8/5): -
- Catherine (10/5): Loved it! - Friendly and helpful staff. It was a great location to access ski slopes and plenty of places to eat. The pub downstairs was great too.
- Natasha (9/5): - Friendly and helpful staff, great location and view.
- Jonathan (7/5): - Location and staff
- Iceberg Zainy (8/5): - The price was right
- faye (10/5): - Facilities were great. Staff were very friendly and helpful with directions.
Our room had a great view of the snow mountains and so did the breakfast area. Toilet was rather small but usable otherwise. Pillows were quite small and flat.
- Keith (8/5): Very enjoyable - Very friendly service and great location
- Liyifan (10/5): -
- Gary (10/5): Perfect for a trip to the snow. - Great restaurant and beers downstairs.
Super friendly and helpful staff, they picked us up, arranged our ski hire gear and instructor.
English speaking too. Just a bed in the room, nowhere to sit.
