- Nylle Chealsy (5/5): - The location is great and close the the subway stations, and there are a bunch of restaurants and shops to choose from literally as soon as you get out the hotel. They limit the key cards to two, so if you are staying with friends and have different itineraries, this is something to consider. Also bear in mind that, the annex is not actually connected to the main building and would have to go down and walk over across the street to access the communal facilities.

The room is spacious and comfortable, featuring an open-air bathtub that adds a relaxing touch to the stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a convenient luggage delivery service directly to the airport (extra cost) Some staff members are not very fluent in English (but they are genuinely helpful and always try their best to assist guests) The hotel has only one elevator, which can sometimes result in longer waiting times.

Staff were lovely and hotel had luggage storage facility post check out as our train was later in the day. Laundry facilities available at hotel too. Room was small in size but I cannot complain as we already knew this about Tokyo hotels. The room was kept fabulous each day by wonderful staff so it was welcoming after a tiring day

Ça sentait la cigarette à l'étage de la chambre. C'était écrit que la chambre était à l'abri du bruit, ce qui est totalement faux car la chambre est au-dessus d'un magasin (Pachinko) jouant de la musique forte. La réception de l'hôtel m'a dit qu'après 22h il n'y avait plus de bruit...

- Maho (7/5): 御徒町、アメ横を利用するなら、バッチリですよ。 - 荷物を広げられるスペースはありました。利用することができませんでしたが、入浴施設もあるので旅の疲れを癒せると思います。 御徒町の繁華街にあるので、とにかく夜は楽しめます。

- TAE WOO (3/5): 완전 비추,. 못 믿겠으면 경험해 보시라~! - 딱히 좋은 점이 별로 없음. 우에노 시장은 자주 가는 곳이라 좀 다른 숙소를 사용해 본 것이었으나... 기대 이하임. 단, 직원들 인사성 하나는 매우 훌륭함. 이 분들은 상줘야 함. 사우나 및 스파 그거 딱 하나만 보고 일단 예약을 했으나, 별관에 위치해 있어 시설 이용이 용이하지 않음. 중간에 대로를 실내까운만 입고 자나갈 수도 없고 대략난감일쎄. 더구나 침대가 너무 낮아서 침대인지 라꾸라꾸인지 모를 정도임. 뭔가 일을 하려고 해도 의자도 없고 탁자도 작아서 노트북 펴기도 힘듬. 다음부터는 절대 이 호텔로 예약 안함.

- Ezgi (1/5): Terrible, never again - Anything Reception and customer service is very bad. They were so rude. They hold me to not go out for 1 hour late check out that even he ( reception man) said that it is okey for 12- 1 hour late check out and 1 day left they ask for extra price, they were gonna bullying on me, increadible. They are from Myanmar, not kind as Japaneese anymore. It s not Japaneese system work there.

- Ichikawa (7/5): 上野で日帰り温泉も宿泊も楽しめる場所を探しました。 - スタッフの方が明るくて大浴場に入る時にコートを預かってくれたりと親切でした。 大浴場もジャグジーになり良いお風呂でした。 更衣室にお客さんが使ったタオルが散乱していました。海外からのお客さんが片づけなかった物でしょうか？今まで日本でそんな光景を見た事が無かったので驚きました。こんな事があるとホテルが悪く言われてしまうので定期的な見回りをお願いしたい。

- Shu-en (9/5): Great spa hotel close to Ueno station and park - Good location close to Ueno station and Keisei Ueno station for train to Narita airport. Very close to Ueno park with activities for kids like duck boat and zoo. The outdoor hot tub was amazing! Difficult for taxi to find as there are 2 Centurion hotels.

And not far from the Ueno Zoo, museum and park.very accessible to everything. Very clean. My favourite thing is the sauna Nothing that I can think of, but maybe the lift. Too small and busy all the time. We have to used the stare to go up to our room and coming down. But it’s ok
- charles (8/5): - Good location if you're coming from Narita, close to Keisei Ueno, Ameyoko is a lively shopping area with bars and restaurants. The Spa facility with hot and cold baths, sauna, etc, was a great jetlag-kicker. The room was non-smoking, but it seems that it wasn't always.
