- Ching-sui (9/5): - 我沒選早餐，因為飯店附近有很多很棒的早餐店，日式到洋式都有！飯店位置在捷運不遠處，巷口有7-11，再轉角還有starbucks，有免費的足浴，且足浴時還能享用特殊的茶(用茶塊沖泡的)，還有清酒、咖啡、茶、氣泡水無限免費供應(清酒有時限)，備用品自取也很充足！房間雖不大，但很舒服，還有小廚房及洗衣機，對於要停留兩晚以上的，是加分的！走路去鴨川還能順便逛街，很舒服的路程！

- Christian (8/5): Komfortabes Hotel in guter Lage. - Sehr gute Lage, komfortable Betten und sehr nettes Personal. Die Waschmaschine im Zimmer und die Kaffeemaschine im Foyer waren Top. Wenig Platz für Koffer im Zimmer. Der Zimmerservice beschränkte sich auf Handtuchwechsel und Müllentsorgung. In 5 Tagen wurde nicht einmal das Bett gemacht.

- todd (10/5): Exceeded expectations. Can't recommend enough. - It is in a great spot, just minutes to Karasuma Oike subway station. A short walk down Sanjo Dori to the covered shopping and eating areas. The free sake in the afternoon and the foot soak pool are nice touches. The room key card knows what floor you are going to. Good size room compared to Tokyo. Nice clean bathroom with great water pressure. Coffee and water machines in the lobby, plus a range of useful amenities: razor, toothbrush, q tips, tea bags etc - free. Hard to fault. Lovely breakfast available in building right outside front doors. Relaxed vibe. Loved it. Nothing. It was great.

- An (10/5): - The lobby has a foot bath spa area for guests to enjoy. The amenities included coffee, water, and unlimited sake. This was such a game changer as I could always refill my water bottle versus continuing to buy more water each day. The unlimited sake from the dispenser was great. Our room was very spacious. We had three large luggages and were able to open them all up easily without any issues. The washer and dryer all in one inside the room was a game changer. It babe doing laundry quick and convenient. The AC unit worked really well and we overall had such a wonderful great stay. I was telling my travel friends all about it because we cannot wait to come back here. Will definitely be returning! That we couldn't stay longer to enjoy lol nothing at all we didn't like.

Et svært hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale som virkelig hjalp oss med det vi trengte hjelp til. Instruksjonen for vaskemaskinen også på skjerm, der med litt engelsk, var for dårlig for en som ikke kan japansk. Kan en plansje over knappene på engelsk og lim den på toppen av maskinen. Fungerte bra slik på andre hoteller. Men, dette er et topp sted å bo uansett!

- Ridhi (3/5): Location great, limited facilities in room that was poorly maintained. - Location, foot spa and sake in reception Room was very damp, air con didn’t appear to work properly. No sink, washing up liquid or sponge to clean dishes and no bowls or knives to use - Tokyu Stay Shibuya had all of this. Staff directed us to more expensive luggage transfer option which was complicated to use and didn’t have our hotel listed.

- Laura (9/5): Excellent - The lobby was wonderful with a foot bath for relaxing the feet after walking around so much. We also enjoyed the hot liquids and saki offered. Additionally, the room included a washer/dryer which was great!

La vasca per fare il bagno dei piedi alla fine di una camminata è molto bella averla. Nel mentre è possibile sorseggiare un the o un sakè. La camera è spaziosa rispetto alla media del Giappone e ha tutto quello che serve.

- Maisuria (7/5): Affordable hotel for central Kyoto - The washing machine in the room with detergent was useful. It was spacious. Staff were friendly and helpful, the luggage forwarding was easy and well priced. Quiet location as away from the main Kyoto centre. It was affordable and right next to a 7Eleven. They provide a free tea/coffee machine in the lobby and a free, self serve sake machine. They also provide toiletries which you help yourself to such as a toothbrush, face wash etc and they provided the usual toiletries in the room such as shampoo and conditioner. Not well ventilated, and had a damp, musty smell. The aircon unit was very loud, and there was constant gurgling sounds at night coming from the hotel pipes. Pillow and beds were not as comfortable as could be. Slightly dusty.

Lots of restaurants and shopping in immediate area and a 30 minute walk to Gion district. Loved the free coffee and drinks in foyer. Beds were soft and comfortable! Small bathroom which included the toilet.
- Hiroko (10/5): ゆったり - 京都らしい趣きのある佇まいのホテルでした。 清潔で居心地の良いお部屋でゆったり過ごせました。 お部屋に洗濯乾燥機が付いているので、好きな時に利用ができ、ホテル宿泊時に感じていた洗濯ストレスは皆無でした。 2泊しましたが、残念ながら足湯は利用できずじまいで次回は利用したいと思います。 リファのドライヤーとシャンプー，リンス、ボディーソープはテンションがあがりました。 夕食にホテルのレストランを利用しましたが、京都を堪能できました。 特にないです。

- Simone (10/5): Definitely stay here when in Kyoto. - Perfect location for exploring Kyoto, very close to the subway, easy walking to Gion, imperial palace, lots of great restaurants and shops around the hotel. The hotel itself is very new and clean. Beds were comfortable and the room had a large washer/dryer with detergent provided allowing us to do all our washing. Free tea/coffee/cordial/sake were available Great value. Definitely recommend for your stay in Kyoto. Nothing

- Paola (9/5): Amazing hotel in Kyoto, we will come back! - The hotel has all facilities you need as a traveler, staff very friendly and helpful, and the room is incredible as they have a washing machine with dryer included, is the best service in the middle of your trip. Only one note: the window in our room could not be open. We noticed this after unpacking everything and we didn’t want to change room. They could only fix it by calling someone that would have come after two days. Breakfast is average.

Zu bestimmten Zeiten Sake und nichtalkoholische Getränke zur freien Verfügung. Kleine Sitzecke im Zimmer. Exzellentes Frühstücksbuffet. U-Bahn-Station um die Ecke. Milchglasfenster- kein Ausblick. Zimmer wie üblich in Japan nicht sonderlich groß und - ebenfalls wie üblich: kein Schrank.

L'hôtel a une esthétique raffinée et sobre, dans un style japonais moderne du meilleur goût. Malheureusement nous avons dû écourter notre séjour à cause de l'annulation de notre vol (Lufthansa). Nous aurions voulu avoir le temps d'utiliser le bassin pour les pieds, nous reviendrons.

Dans le hall il y a une machine à café gratuite, des boissons chaudes et froides, un bain de pieds pour se relaxer lorsqu'on arrive le soir. Les transports sont à proximité. Le personnel est très agréable et professionnel.

- Rocio (9/5): Buen hotel bien ubicado - La ubicación es bastante buena y las camas eran muy cómodas. Hay café, agua y sake de cortesía en la planta baja. La lavadora-secadora dentro de la habitación también es un plus. La habitación solo se limpia una vez si te quedas siete días o más, el resto de días solo cambian toallas y sacan basura. El desayuno del hotel se nos hizo muy caro para lo que se ofrece, en cuanto a variedad y calidad.

Recommend! - The hotel is a central area. 2 min walking from tube, plenty of grocery shops, cafes and restaurants close by. 10 minutes from the central market and department stores. Staff is very kind and attentive. The room is quite small but very clean. Value for money is excellent! This is a 3 Star hotel and for the category is one of the best I have seen! Rooms are small
