- meeggs (10/5): Best hotel gym! - Lovely hotel and great service. The rooms are beautifully designed and very clean. The breakfast was awesome in their restaurant. We had a welcome beverage on the patio of the main level bar which is a gorgeous space with a fireplace. The gym is massive and very modern. It’s located in a mall complex and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again when visiting the Seattle area.

- WTravelerSeattle (10/5): Excellent Service! - This has become our go-to hotel every NYE to rein in the new year. The front desk team has always made us feel valued. They are always very friendly, helpful, and professional. They recognize my Platinum membership and provide a great room upgrade automatically without question. Free breakfast vouchers at the Lakehouse restaurant beside the W are also offerred. Silvia even remembered me from last year! When the lounge was closed until 4pm and I needed a beer during the afternoon, Jeremiah went behind the bar served me a cold one. Every time we came down to go somewhere in Bellevue, everyone always greeted us with smiles. Even the housecleaning folks you see in the hallways seemed happy. This extra touch of service definitely doesn't go unnoticed, and we will continue to stay at this special W whenever it's that special time of year.

Also the bathroom has no fan or way for ventilation so it just stays for a while until it disappears
- sylvial465 (10/5): Amazing Hotel - A very nice location with connections to the malls within the area so you can avoid rainy days. There is also public transportation that is 5-12 min walk if you want to go downtown. It takes about 30-40 min to the airport from this location. I was on the 12th floor, so the view was amazing. I felt like I had the honeymoon suite. The beds were super comfortable and there is no noise either. It's really the first time I saw a shower in the middle of the room made of glass, there is some privacy to the bathroom since there are pocket doors that separate the room from the bathroom. If you saw those celebrity homes with their bathroom within their closet, that's exactly how it felt. I like how the toilet is separate as well. I was a bit surprised they didn't offer free Wi-Fi for the guest because the rooms are very expensive. You do get it for free if you are a member and there was nothing free if you take something from the mix bar either. They actually charged me for a tote bag that I didn't even know was in the room. I say check your bill before checking out because that came to a surprise to me. I did call the hotel, and they are working on my refund. The service was amazing at the front desk. I want to shout out to Beatrice who showed me where the bus stop was and also recommended a great breakfast spot that isn't too far from the hotel. I like how they offer free bottles of water upon request and they also have apples. The gym beautiful. Felt a little like a lounge. It was very well equipped. They even have a punching bag. I like how there is a pool table for the guest to use as well. The entrance to the W hotel was a bit strange and the concierge was actually located on the 2nd floor.

- Global51532010049 (2/5): Terrible Stay - We are here now and having a terrible stay. Neighbor is blasting their tv, very loud and we can’t sleep. Called 4 times to request help. Manager was dismissive of our concerns. Said he really couldn’t do anything and its our problem. We can’t wait to leave this place.

I took my daughter to the W for her 40th birthday to spend qualify time and enjoy the special ambience of the Bellevue Square. We had so much fun and will be going back every year for that special Mom & Daughter time.
- Trotsee (10/5): I recommend this hotel for Bellevue - I was here with family on Labor Day weekend. We did a lot of research before booking and we are happy we chose W Bellevue. All the critical reviews on this App about housekeeping overlooking something is true as for one of the 2 rooms we booked needed better vacuuming & had not emptied the trash. The manager made up for it with some sweets & ultimately we travel so much that it did not dent the overall experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly on both days - always greeting me and my parents throughout the stay. I was hesitant about the “open shower” layout as I don’t like showers out in the open when ur trying to sleep so I booked 2 Queen Cosy Rooms which do have the sliding doors that close off the shower. These rooms are also slightly bigger than the Kings and I believe it made a difference. Bed was comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and I liked the layout at entrance where there is a lot of space to hang clothes etc. Amenity Brands are Top Shelf: The Skin Regimen facial wash & lotion were high end products I used & just lovely. The expensive Davines brand for shampoo, conditioner and body cleanser was a nice surprise. Location is very good, the lobby connects to the Lincoln plaza mall that has several restaurant, fast food & coffee options (and a Nordstrom rack). And down the street from a larger shopping mall. The valet is very nice and they even told us self parking was free on weekends but we just paid for the valet as we were going in and out a lot & the valet was a flat rate per night. This is a great location central to everything !

- amalms475 (4/5): WREN at the front desk needs to be replaced and the valet was a mess - Wren at the front desk was unhelpful. She acted like us asking questions was putting her out. I called for my car at 12:45pm. I got my car at 1:30pm. The valet was a mess and the “customer service” by Wren was totally non-existent. When I asked to just get my keys and direct me to my car she gave me HUGE attitude, when I asked for her name she said very snarky W R E N and spelled it out. Really WREN? Kind and helpful you are not. I am so grateful I don’t have anyone like her working for me. I would rather have a hole in a shift than someone who represents the company that poorly. Thank goodness I just had a lunch to go to and not trying to get the to airport. The W and WREN’s attitude is the absolute last place I’m staying for my next work trip. Long time Marriott member here. Whoa. Need to reassess their hires.

- 458ezrac (10/5): Pleasant Surprise - Exception property in every respect. The W franchise has positioned itself as the cool and hip place to stay which, in my experience, comes at the cost of great service. However, the W Bellevue has found that service and cool are not mutually exclusive. The hotel was in the perfect location with modern, comfortable rooms and great amenities [e.g. outstanding fitness center and restaurants]. In addition, the staff and service were amazing. When we had a problem at check-in, the manager, Dylan, quickly corrected the issue and resolved it beyond our expectations. This is now my go to place in the Seattle area. Make it yours and you will not regret it.

- geovannap844 (2/5): Safety issues - PLEASE READ SOLO FEMALE TRAVELERS (or anyone really - it applies to all). On March 10th I was checking into the hotel around 11:25pm. By 11:35 I was texting my friend frantically about how I was undressed in my room when a man attempted to get into my room twice & while I had called the front desk, they had me on hold. That is the very short version of the events, and I’d like all to know this before I go into further details that you may want to skip out on. Again, I checked in pretty late into the night, I flew in from the east coast & I was tired. When I came in, the only person in the lobby was the concierge and a security guard, it was dead. When I was in the process of checking in there were 2 men who I assume were Guest of the hotel come and ask for directions on how to leave to street level. The concierge instructed them & they went on their way. I finished the check in process and spoke to the concierge for a few minutes, she was very friendly - I observed no one else before I left the lobby. I got in the elevator and went to my room, first thing I did was close the window blinds since I was advised there would be window cleaning through out the week. Then I started to undress to get into the shower. Already undressed I suddenly hear the unlocking sound of the door from when someone taps their card. The door goes to fling open but I had placed the latch on and that prevented this man from fully gaining access to my room. I ran to the door and pushed it back close. I’m in utter shock naked against the door and the only thing I can verbalize loudly is WTF. Then I hear it again, the tap of the card against the door and the room door unlocking. The man attempted yet again to get in and since I am already at the door I am able to shut it quicker. I stay there for a little bit to see if there is a third attempt. When I no longer hear anything, I run to cover myself up and call down to the front desk. Now the same concierge who checked me in answers the phone and the first thing she is asks is to put me on hold, I ask her to please not put me on hold because someone just tried getting into my room & she says ok but still put me on hold. This is now 11:35… all of 10 minutes since checking in. She comes back on the line a few minutes later and tells me they would investigate but it appeared to be an error from a mobile key I was given. I still don’t know what that means since I was never given a mobile key. I had a physical key that was just given to my at check in. She ask for a few minutes to continue investigating & that she will call me back. As I still sat there in shock I asked myself how is it possible that in the middle of the night when there are no guest in the lobby or a rush of people checking in that they give 2 people the same room and keys back to back. My senses told me this was not a mistake and it felt very intentional. If I were already in bed or in the shower this could have gone very wrong quickly. But I had the response time needed for that not to happen. I started to gather my stuff up to leave since I no longer felt safe. The concierge calls back up and offers apologies and to move me to another room. I tell her I am just going to leave & so I left. The next morning I call Marriot and explain the event that occurred and they opened a case detailing the events & sent it over to the GM. By late morning the GM, Irina Samarina, emails me offering me a cookie cutter corporate apology. That was to be expected. But then she disrespected the whole experience and negligence in her operations by offering a very special complimentary 1night stay at her hotel. let me get this straight - I had a 4 night stay booked at the W & left in less than 30 mins due to this event BUT YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO COME BACK FOR A 1 NIGHT STAY. The stupidity and disrespect of this line is overwhelming. If I wanted any sort of freebie I would have stayed and asked for the full 4 nights to be comped, not rush out of there. Needless to say I rejected the offer. If you made it this far please reconsider staying at this W.

The outside space by the bar is a nice place to have a drink. The service is also consistently decent. This is my go to hotel when I have to stay in Bellevue.

- 150emany (2/5): The absolute worst hotel I ever came across - Worse customer service ever, check in time was at 3 they made us wait until 5 to check in. Front desk kept messing up gave a room and coupon cards for free drinks “alcohol” and we’re minors. We booked 2 rooms they apparently couldn’t find the 2nd room! The price they give you on the phone is totally different then when you arrive we got priced on the phone 458 we got there 558. They are so “against” noise and they have a whole noise policy yet they have a party downstairs with a Dj My friend heard it through the room. They wasted our time they separated us my friend had to stay at their hotel and me and my family had to stay at a different hotel. Over priced over rated most terrible hotel and experience I ever came across.

You would think spending that much for a room that the hotel would be able to sound proof the walls or floors somehow better. I also was not impressed with the shower that was huge, but had a very short arm on the shower head so that you had to stand way up right against the shower handles with a ton of wasted space that was unused.

Fun, funky, modern decor throughout. High quality services and staff. Thank you! The "rainfall" showerhead is not installed correctly. It should not be coming from the wall above the faucet handles; it should come from the ceiling in the center of the shower enclosure. One must stand as close to the wall as possible to be under the shower stream.
- Eric (4/5): Disappointing - room is pretty, so is entire hotel room is really really small for the price. and they really screwed up my laundry, specifically telling me, two separate people, that it would be ready by 6:00 p.m., and then they tried to claim it wasn't because of something that I checked on a forum even though I specifically asked them about the form. also the vanity light in the room didn't work.
