- Ms Raina (8/5): Not worth the price you pay - I booked this condo months ago prior to the new COVID restrictions were put in place. This was a non-refundable booking.
We booked the unit for 2 nights, Dec 24& 25.
PROS:
1. Check in was good, met Derek at the front entrance of the building, the unit is on the 10th floor. Derek extended our check out to 1pm on Dec 26.
2. Beautiful view of downtown, and the Calgary Tower.
3. Queen bed in the bedroom was very comfortable.
CONS:
1. There was a coffee maker in the kitchen HOWEVER there was no coffee/creamer. We found a container with "sugar" label (see attached photo), inside was small amount of used up sugar. It did not look new.We enjoy our morning coffee so this was very disappointing for an “up scale” condo.
2. There was no dishwasher soap even though there was a dishwasher.
We ran the dishwasher on Christmas Day morning (to give a hot rinse to the dishes) & water leaked out. We immediately stopped the machine and hand washed all dishes.
3. The inside of the kitchen drawers were dirty. We found hair in the cutlery drawer (see photo). The fridge had left over, some almost empty containers of hot sauce, dressings etc.
4. The laundry detergent bottle was EMPTY.
Quite disappointed with lack of amenities that we assumed would come with the condo & we paid $380 for 2 nights (mandatory cleaning fee was charged).
At the time of check out I did send a text to the condo contact person with my concerns and received NO REPLY.

- Mark (8/5): A hour and a half from the rockie mountians... - Other than the bed had dirty stained sheets on it when we arrived, the place was great. Good location, good neighborhood and good security. 1 1/2 hour drive from Banff and the beautiful canadian rockies. I would use this place again.

Condo was a little small for 5 adults and 2 children but that was our choice. Would suit 4 adults perfectly. Kitchen had necessities.
Would recommend for downtown Calgary stay. Easy walk to train and Chinatown and Riverfront.

We were 6 and was hard with one bath.if you are more than one family think twice before renting this property.perfect for a couple.
The kitchen had all the neccessary equipment and dishes.
Beds were not comfortable especially the sofa bed in living room.
Not enough towels and sheets . No extra blanckets. We thought this is a suite in a hotle with room service. But it was more like renting Airbnb. The owner met us on time in front of the condo for check in and showed us the condo.
Overall we had a good time in Calgary. Price was fair for high season.
- Floyd (10/5): Awesome Place!!! - This place was amazing, what a surprise to find out it is not a hotel but an apt. with a kitchen and bedrooms very clean and comfy. Kalok was an amazing host he met us there and even gave us recommendations on where to eat and shop. Location is near everything within walking distance and very quiet location, it is right by the river and walking trails. Will definitely be staying here again.
