Guest Reviews
- David (6/5): - Typical for the provence
- Antonio (2/5): - No elevator, we were move to another room after we were so mad due to clog drain. It’s unsafe and unsanitary. We were also told that we cannot flush toilet paper. That’s also unsanitary. Shower heads also unsatisfactory. Personnel were not responsive tttoccomplaintissuescomplains
- Domingo (10/5): - Nice 👍
- Domingo (10/5): - Nice
- Mazher (6/5): - My second night at this place was not good. The staff are excellent, however noisy guests and the substandard beds mad sleeping challenging. Although it is cheaper accommodation so I can’t really complain
- Mazher (10/5): - The hotel is conveniently near the bus station. However it’s on the third floor so it’s not very accessible and not recommended if you have lots of luggage. Otherwise it’s a nice clean facility and for 100 Filipino pesos you can jump on a Auto to 100 Islands
- Alma (4/5): - Poor
- Ma. Glenda (10/5): - The staff very nice and very accommodating and the very clean and comfortable.
- Frederick (2/5): - Water in bathroom keeps coming off. Was not able to take shower when needed or use the toilet due to no water. Hotel provided a bucket of water. Very uncomfortable for a weary traveler.
- Andrew (8/5): - The location was great for a couple wanting to explore Alaminos and Bani. The facilities and space were average, but it was surprisingly quiet which was nice.
- Scott (2/5): No water supply - Two nights without water for shower or toilet. Excuse on first night was scheduled maintenance. Second night was scheduled maintenance. When I complained, someone turned on the water but is was very slow running. Would not offer refund. Check other reviews as this is ongoing issue. Not worth staying here.
- Harold (8/5): - Clean room, very good cable and AC, bed was fine. Only real issue is the water pressure in the shower. Staff is nice and helpful and hotel is close to downtown shopping
- Maria Criscia (10/5): - Clean ans staff are very accommodating
- Anna (10/5): Great value - Great value for the price. Bed linen white and clean. There was a problem with the shower due to low water pressure.
- Don (8/5): - This is a decent low budget hotel. AC was good, WIFI was ok, Room was clean with towels, Window looked at another wall, but we felt safe. There is a large supermarket below the hotel, so that is convenient. The rooms are on the third floor with no elevator.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Good value for the money. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the city center. Despite being on main road we were in a quiet room. No frills Like WiFi in rooms but a clean basic place to spend a night close to hundred islands.
- Mila (6/5): - No elevator too high to climb the stairs. I did not get the room I reserved. Not enough parking
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Thus hotel is very nicely located on top of super market close too shopping centers. Also MacDonalds. Bus terminal very near.
5 minutes trike ride to hundred islands entrance.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very accommodating staff, but need to improve communication services (chat)
- Verified traveler (8/5): - close to the center and bus station
- CHRISTIANA (10/5): - Very nice place, very relaxing, the room is clean, the aircon is very cold. Very accomodating staff. Kudos to all.
- lucky (6/5): Fair budget option. - Decent cheap hotel. Wifi and water pressure was practically non existent, but aircon and staff service was good.
- Danielle (8/5): Close to hundred islands - Good clean room, easy to access Hundred Island National Park.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Satisfactory - we stayed there for 2 nights... the room and bathroom was clean.. the location was great coz there are supermarkets and fastfood chains near the hotel.. THERE ARE NO WIFI AVAILABLE IN THE ROOMS, i hope they can resolve this.. overall, it was a good hotel for me
- Verified traveler (6/5): Fair enough to stay and relax. - Its pretty cool, and the price is just fair enough for a 2 night stay. The room is but simple yet organized.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel, value for money - - hotel is near victory liner bus station, easy access, downtown area. Clean rooms, soft pillows and comfortable bed, value for money...room is spacious..
- Verified traveler (10/5): Satisfied an had a relaxed vacation. - The staffs are accomodating. Though I had a hard time looking for available parking area, the assigned security guard did prioritized the guests.
- David (8/5): - Good hotel for the location. Popular hotel, many other tenants. Good for travelers and students. Many families staying there so it felt safe.
- zy (6/5): Near hundred islands, convenience stores, market - We stayed there for overnight in Pangasinan. I reserved the room via expedia fyi, they have this 2pm check in on your room whenever you arrived early, in our case we arrived alaminos around 9am. * if you have baggages and you are planninng to go to hundred islands for a day tour you can left your extra bags to their admins just make sure you'll bring your money and important stuffs* room is clean however when we arrived at 4pm from hundred islands to the hotel, no curtains, no available water on cr, so we need to call it again to the admin, good thing they provide us what we need. All in all good place to stay. Privacy is 100% achieved.
- Carolina (8/5): - The room wala okay except for the bathroom that smells and the flooding outside our room has a carton that covers a broken flooring. The location is ok.
- Nico (8/5): Very good Hotel - Stayed for 2N3D. Worth the price and the location is excellent to bus terminals, church, mall, market, tricycles are everywhere, bakery and carinderias and more. 30mins to and from Lucap. About 45mins to and from Bolo Beach
- ML (10/5): 5 star - Stayed there for 1 night. Close to everything, jolibee, mcdo, mall,7 eleven. With parking, lots of tricycle just ask the guard where you can park,.rooms are clean and cheap price.
- Nishantha (6/5): We enjoyed our stay - We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. But there are lot to improve to serve the clients better. First is the reception is in a hidden place. There is no proper entrance and enough parking space. The owners run a lot of business at the same building, therefore no proper hotel entrance. No elevator. We had an elderly, so hard to club the stairs. Value for money is ok. Comfortable room.Bed was comfortable and clean room. Good air conditioning. Affordable rates.
- Larry (8/5): - Surprizeingly quite right in city centre .
- Irene (10/5): - Amazing
- Larry (6/5): Backpacker Hotel - Poor check in service. Check in time should be 2PM. We arrived around 3PM but the rooms were not ready yet. We left to eat to give them enough time to ready the rooms. When we came back, one of the 2 rooms we booked was still not ready yet. We found out that one of the rooms earlier reserved for us was assigned to another client. Parking is a chaos as tricycles double park blocking the limited parking slots in front of the hotel building which also houses a grocery store. Hotel is not SC/PWD friendly. Reception is at the 2nd floor and rooms are in the 3rd floor but no elevator nor escalator is available.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Parking is difficult but the guards were helpful.
- peter (8/5): Nice hotel is close to city centre and beach - Nice clean hotel with excellant facilities very resonably priced. Good location for city centre, bus station and access to beach.
Excellant staff from reception to room service to guards.
Off street parking available.
- Marz (6/5): Just an OK hotel - For a PhP998 per night stay its just ok...my major concern is the hotel has no Cafeteria, it should have at least one that caters to the guests and the WIFI accesibility is poor so with the parking area but over all its just OK ,
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Bed is good, bathroom smells terrible.
- Kat (6/5): Never again - No wifi in the room although it’s advertised with free wifi. Very disappointing. Very thin walls, you can hear everything in the corridor.
- Joshua (8/5): Good budget hotel - For a budget hotel, it's a good choice. The bed is comfy, the tv works. The sheets they put on the bed are a little odd (almost like a pita), so they're hard to share. The bathroom is good for the price, though there was a problem with consistent water pressure for the shower. Also, we found some ants, but housekeeping was quick to take care of them after we made mention of them. If I needed a hotel in this area again, I wouldn't mind using this one.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Nice room and place, close to restaurant and grocery store
- Thijs (6/5): Ok but noisy - Our stay was ok but there is room for improvement. When we arrive the girl at the desk make a quick call. She not have our reservation even it allready payed with Expedia.
The room was nice and looks good. The bedsleep nice and I am in love with the shower. The shower and beds are up too western a standerd. The big down side too this hotel is hotel is the walls are not even made of cardboard they made of sigarette rolling paper. So when they get a late check in . The whole hotel and barangay are awake of the cleaning crew riding the mopping car through the hallway
- ronald (10/5): Its was really good and affordable. Very clean - Will definitely come back.. great staff and real clean environment.... slept like a baby... great place
- Maria Rita (8/5): Definitely coming back there - It was good and comfortable
- Maryjoy (10/5): Satisfying stay at novo hotel - My group had a comfortable atay at Novo hotel in Alaminos. It was very ckean and accessible. It is near the public market and there is a grocery below. Rooms are well maintained at a price worth your money. People's Park is a walking distance away.
