The beds were especially very cozy, which made our stay even better. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our entire stay. We had a very early morning flight and could not make it to breakfast, so the hotel kindly prepared lunch boxes for us in advance. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we truly appreciated it. Special thanks to the whole team for their hospitality and care. If you are visiting Tbilisi, this hotel is an excellent choice!

Left early morning to the airport and got lunch boxes with us. The AC doesn't work until they change the system of the whole hotel. It was a little warm at night and opening the window causes traffic noise. The Hotel is 10 minutes walk from freedom square but on a hill. after 2 times we started taking bolt up for 10 laries.

Отличные завтраки и вежливый персонал Бассейн не работал, так как был на ремонте. Я выбирал отель в том числе из-за наличия бассейна и можно было бы это в описании указать. From an outstanding breakfast, the cleanliness but most of all the staff…just outstanding - The hotel was beautiful, spotless clean, and the staff was amazing. But the one staff member I have to really call out is Maria. She went above and beyond my expectations. I had an incident that’s a very long story, but she helped me so I could actually get home to America. She was just outstanding. Lilia (9/5): Кулинарен и Културен туризъм в Тбилиси. - Хотелът е в широк център, разположението е удобно, въпреки че се слиза надолу към центъра, а на връщане към хотела има доста стръмно изкачване нагоре, което следва да се има предвид, ако за някого е проблем. За сметка на това има удобен и изгоден бизнес с таксита, които те взимат от всяка точка на града в рамките на 5 минути. Закуската е разнообразна и персоналът откликва при необходимост да се приготви нещо по-различно. Басейнът почти не се ползва , но е чисто и топло,което направи нашите посещения още по-приятни. Когато детето ми се разболя, всички реагираха с готовност да помогнат и бяха искрено загрижени. Отначало всички изглеждаха намръщени, но после забелязах, че когато се усмихнеш и поздравиш, всички ти отвръщат със същото. В ресторанта, където се сервира закуската беше много студено, вероятно за да не се застояваш много.

Orkun S Serttas (3/5): - The hotell was clean. I had a terrible experience here due to both the staff and the facilities. Unacceptable Service: I was given the wrong view (Mountain instead of the City View I booked). When I asked to change, the staff told me if I didn't like it, I could "cancel and leave." Heating Issues: The suite only has heating in the entrance. The main bedroom has no vents, so if you close the door, you are in cold. Bathroom: Low water pressure, took ages to get hot water, and the towel heater didn't work.

Maria (8/5): - Hotel Astoria is actually three different hotels. We thought we booked rooms at Hotel Astoria as of the picture above, but was directed to the Astoria next door. The service there can best be compared to that of Fawlty Towers (the show). In the end, we got rooms at Pine Astoria - which is an excellent place! Everything from the service to the rooms, breakfast and pool is superb. The grades I have given are a medium between the three. Pine Astoria is worth top points, while the ”Fawlty Towers” hotel is worth none at all.
