Good value for your money.. It’s a bit of a hassle walking up the stairs especially if you are a senior.. And the bathroom smells a bit.

- Anne (1/5): Terrible place to stay - Location is accessible. To name a few e.g. leaking taps, the toilet doesn't flush properly, the water pressure in the shower is terrible. The water doesn't even drain properly and we booked 2xfamily room for 3 nights. We had to wait until the next person could use the shower as water pooled on the floor and it took time to drain. Smelly drained, we had to leave the light/exhaust fan on the whole time as it stinks the whole room. Beddings are ripped sheets, no bath mats. I had to ask for it because the bathroom floor was wet from the sink that was leaking and apparently they have none available, I had to use the towel provided as it's a hazard and very slippery for our elderly parents. Molded ceilings and air-conditioning aren't really good for your health. We had such a terrible experience staying in this place and will NEVER ever go back. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE PEOPLE.

- Leif (5/5): You get what you pay for. Just sleep and rest in the hotel and forget the other issues. - The location, near the airport, near to big shopping malls. Also, when you go out, you can immediately hail trikes if you want to go around the city. It has have what you need, a nice bed, a TV with good channels, a hot/cold water bath. The hotel is old. You can smell the old vibes. I saw some cockroaches. The AC seems lack proper maintenance cause the smell coming form it smells damp.

- Greco (7/5): Good - Great location. Friendly staff. The hotel has a department store next to it where you can buy toiletries amd bottled water for cheap As with other Novo hotels, you can check in early but you have to leave early in the morning. No elevator available. Bathroom is dated.

The window and the grills is open a little bit affraid specially @ night maybe some one can attack you or during the time your out. . They need to fix the window and the door also may i suggest to put a double lock as assurance that the customer is safe and have a peace of mind. .

They charge extra if you request fir pillows. No cups for hot water watet. The water in the showrr is too slow snd few drops only. There’s no rod to hang towels. Wifi is only for third floor.
