- GRAHAM (7/5): Comfortable room, great location, great city - The room was comfortable, the pool facilities were well managed and very clean. Location was superb and within close walking distance of everything you need to see in Bath Room ventilation was the aircon only as windows couldn't be opened. The first floor location right on the corner opposite the Green Park Brasserie wasn't private enough and we had to have the blinds down and curtains closed which shut out natural daylight. The price was excessive for the room and breakfast wasn't even included. I asked for a bottle of prosecco on arrival as it was our anniversary and I got a bottle that cost £38!

The hotel was modern, clean, and comfortable, with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. We stayed on the first floor and the room overlooked the street, so the view was not very enjoyable, but it was quiet.

The rooms are absolutely immaculate, and the lobby is stylish, modern, and very welcoming. The service throughout our stay was perfect, matching the high quality of the accommodations. We absolutely loved the city of Bath and only wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy it more. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area! The restuarant seemed very popular- we did not get to try it- we were just too busy.

Staff at checkin were very friendly, grandkids loved the pool, location was great, and rooms lovely . But and this is a critical but, the bed was like sleeping on a wood plank. I’ve never slept in a harder bed. Even my husband who can usually sleep anywhere could not stay asleep. He woke me up every few hours to massage his shoulders because they hurt from the bed. If the beds were even of average comfort we would come back and recommend Apex, but unless you get better mattresses we’ll never be back. Mattress that isn’t like wood plank.

В номере определено не хватает уюта и хочется добавить хотя бы одно кресло. Было несколько сыро в номере.

Room was clean with good sleep quality, en-suite excellent, lashings of hot water. The Leisure centre, pool, steam room and changing facilities, top quality. Pool is small but did the job. The lift service was excellent. Breakfast is the start of the day and can make or break it. A pet hate of mine, is to be served Luke warm food on a cold plate. On this occasion they went one step further and served undercooked Luke warm food on a cold plate. That said, the rest of the selection was great quality.

- Fiona (9/5): Very helpful staff - The hotel is situated on the corner of a very busy main road which I knew in advance of my stay and requested a quiet room which had been organised before I checked in. The room was very nice, had a small fridge and exceptionally clean bathroom had both a bath and large walk in show. I experienced several issues with the heating/air con, toilet and phone which was a bit unlucky. The maintenance/front of house staff responded super promptly. They have a brilliant pool and spa area which was quite popular with other guests. They have a booking system to avoid it getting over crowded. The restaurant is expensive and the bar area not very welcoming so stayed in my room.

He drawn a map to show us where the Roman bath, Abbey and the bridge were. The room was full of surprises, the bathtub was the perfect and we really appreciated the hot bath after a whole day of walking.

We also appreciated that it was at the heart of the city and majority of the tourist attractions are reachable by walking from the hotel. The staff was very professional and friendly, the hotel room had everything we needed including my favorite cosmetic brand (shampoo, conditioner and hand & body lotion), the swimming pool was a great size unless it got very busy, good sauna and steam room. The breakfast was great. The only thing I would suggest that I saw in a different hotel is adding allergens under each breakfast item. I'm lactose intolerant and it's very helpful to see the allergens and I'm sure other people would appreciate it too. Nothing that I didn't like! Everything was great.
