• Ian (6/5): Good cheap place to stay one night before a flight. Breakfast was free, and not very good to be honest. - Inexpensive for a night before a flight out if Kansai Airport. Shuttle bus was very handy and appreciated. A little far from anything other than simple food shops. Nothing to do here.

• Damien (7/5): Good Japanese airport hotel experience - Onsen and breakfast were good. As an Australian family we stayed for one night for the Japanese vibe. Beds were firm and somewhat comfortable.

• WEE8 (8/5): a pleasant stay - Free airport shuttle bus to and from the hotel Noise from people talking loudly outside the room. Generally, it was quiet when there is no tour group staying on the same level.

Tried to book a non-smoking room, didn't happen and when I tried to rectify it was told that it would be an extra $53. Decided to leave the booking as it was. The room/whole floor stunk of cigarette smoke, had to sleep with the window open. A great shame that people aren't charged ore for a smoking room, perhaps shouldn't be encouraged. Wouldn't stay here again, for that reason only. Otherwise a perfectly good hotel.

• Leia (6/5): Ok for a night to be near the airport. - Close and convenient to the airport. Staff spoke excellent English. Shuttle bus back to the airport saved us lots of money and hassles in organising ourselves. The beds are very hard and small, but this is sometimes to be expected in Japan.
• Cameron (10/5): Amazing place - Very nice staff, and are very helpful even if you're not great at japanese and need help in English. The free shuttle service is also extremely nice especially for the late flights. It also has a shuttle to rinku, but personally I recommend walking there because its a nice scenic walk there. It is also right next to a coco ichiban which is extremely nice for people who are nervous about dining in somewhere for the first time. Would highly recommend staying here for a few days My only negative is location. The closest station is about 19 minutes, but personally I love walking around the city. You have rinku town which is a must which is close and if your willing there is also Wakayama which I highly recommend, but besides that I didn't seem to find much around. In my opinion this place is absolutely amazing for your first hotel coming in through KIX and spending two days at to hit Wakayama and rinku.

• Chamathka (8/5): Good value for money - There were convenient stores and good quality, affordable restaurents nearby - within walking distance. Had the necessary facilities and rooms were clean and comfortable. Free airport shuttle that picks you up from the airport and drops you to the airport too (but you have to inform the counter if you wish to take the shuttle, the day before). Only green tea was available in the room , no coffee. Other than that, nothing else.

They also provide a free shuttle pick up from the airport. This seems to be a rarity even though other sites on Booking.com mention a shuttle service, be sure to check if this both ways or only from hotel to airport. It was quiet. Beds and pillows were hard

One of the highlights was the breakfast – it was quite complete, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and more. It was the perfect way to start the day. Another big plus is the airport shuttle service. It was very convenient and punctual, which made my trip much easier, especially with early flights. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, delicious breakfast, and reliable airport transportation. There wasn’t much to complain about.

• syamon42 (8/5): 関西空港へのアクセスは良好ですが、、、 - 事前に予約をすれば、関西空港までの送迎があるのでホテルまでは便利に行けるのですが、公共交通機関では最寄り駅から徒歩約20分ほどと結構な距離があります。 　建物は新しく、部屋やお風呂も清掃が行き届いており気持ちよく滞在できました！　他のお客さんがホテル周辺のコンビニなどを聞いた際には、スタッフが丁寧に説明をしていました。 　朝食は種類も程よく、味付けも濃すぎず必要十分で美味しくいただきました。 　公共交通機関は近くないですが、自家用車やタクシー・レンタカーなどを利用する、「20分程度なら歩きで無問題！」って方なら格安で宿泊できるコスパの良いホテルだと思います。 If you book in advance, there is a shuttle to Kansai Airport so it is convenient to get to the hotel, but it is quite a distance from the nearest station by public transport, about a 20-minute walk. The building is new, and the rooms and bathrooms are well-cleaned, so we had a pleasant stay! When other guests asked about convenience stores around the hotel, the staff gave them a detailed explanation. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, not too strong, just enough. Public transport is not nearby, but if you use your own car, taxi, or rental car, and are fine with walking about 20 minutes, I think this is a good value hotel to stay at for a cheap price.

• Heather (5/5): Check that you do NOT book a smoking room... - The staff were very friendly and as helpful as possible. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and it was fully booked. The curtains were stained, the room smelled awful and it made me sick. The AC did not even help to make the smell go away. When I looked it up before I booked, the walk from the train looked okay, but the crosswalk was far away and I had to walk down the road, cross three times, and come back with my suitcase. There is a shuttle, but only to the train to the airport or the airport, but not to the train I needed.

• Veronika (7/5): Great place to stay if you need to be near the airport. - Close to airport, free shuttle from airport, free breakfast, walking distance to convenience store and restaurants. Was perfect for our first nights stay as we arrived late at night. Staff were friendly and helpful. Allowed us to store our luggage. It was walking distance to a nice playground. Bed was very firm.
