Beaucoup de petites attentions qui rendent le lieu très agréa - Tout, l’emplacement, la décoration de la chambre, l’accueil hyper chaleureux, les produits d’accueil très luxueux, toutes les petites attentions et surtout le transfert jusqu’à la suite. Le personnel est extrêmement patient et dévoué. L’absence de petit déjeuner mais cela reste un détail par rapport à tous les atouts du lieu.

• Alfredo (9/5): ORTIGIA CENTRO - Struttura di recente ristrutturata ubicata all'interno di un vicoletto secondario ma centralissimo dell'Isola di Ortigia, facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi che in automobile. La stanza è spaziosa, pulita e arredata con gusto, esattamente come il bagno, comodo e illuminato. Una lode al personale: cortese, disponibile, preparato Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ritengo che, all'interno della doccia, sarebbe utile provvedere alla sostituzione del soffione e della grata posta a copertura dello scarico. Entrambi presentano evidenti segni di usura e piccole incrostazioni di calcare. Premesso che ciò non ne altera la funzionalità, credo che questa attenzione possa esaltare ulteriormente una struttura bella come questa.

• Simmo (7/5): Fantastisch om kort te verblijven en om intens te genieten van het middelpunt van Ortigia - De locatie is geweldig. Het zit in de meest leuke straat van Ortigia met allerlei wijnbars en boetiekjes, op steenworp afstand van de zee. Dat je je sleutel moet ophalen op een andere locatie buiten het eiland. De koelkast was licht beschimmeld en de kamer in het algemeen was wat viezer dan we hadden verwacht. Bovendien hing er een muffe geur en stinkt het straatje bij de ingang van het complex naar kattenpoep door de oude buurvrouw die er tientallen onderhoudt.

• Giovanna (7/5): Siracusa in un giorno - Ottima accoglienza e posizione Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura in stile moderno situata in una posizione centralissima dell'isola. All'arrivo abbiamo riscontrato un problema con il telecomando della vasca idromassaggio, prontamente risolto dalla reception che si è dimostrata estremamente disponibile e cordiale, offrendoci anche un’ottima colazione in un bar del centro. Purtroppo, nonostante il potenziale e la cortesia, molti dettagli inerenti manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria lasciano a desiderare. La nota più dolente è stata il persistente odore di umidità all'interno; nonostante avessi lasciato la finestra aperta durante la notte (pur essendo inverno), la situazione non è migliorata. Consiglio vivamente degli interventi definitivi e non di solo ripristino per l’eliminazione della problematica con idonei materiali deumidificanti e sistemi di areazione efficace. Il piatto doccia, la rubinetteria e l'elemento a cascata della vasca risultano deteriorati e andrebbero sostituiti. Inoltre, il rivestimento stesso della vasca risulta a mio avviso poco idoneo.

La rubinetteria molto corrosa dalla ruggine, e il fatto di avere a disposizione una vasca idromassaggio per uso privato e non avere avuto la possibilità di usarla perché l’acqua era troppo calda, e nonostante abbiamo chiesto di poterla abbassare ci è stato risposto che non era possibile. Quindi abbiamo pagato una suite con idromassaggio senza possibilità di utilizzo..

Но дори и с тези минуси, престоят ни беше невероятен!

Armaturen im Bad verrostet), Zimmer teilweise schlecht gereinigt (klebrige Oberflächen, Haare); völlig chaotischer Valet-Park-Service, um zur Unterkunft zu gelangen (weil Unterkunft selbst in ZTL Zone liegt; am besten Parken selbst organisieren und zu Fuß zur Unterkunft gehen!); Gasse zum Hauszugang stinkt enorm nach Urin, sehr unangenehm

• Laura (5/5): Not what we expected but enough space in a good location. - The location was great close to lots of restaurants, bakeries etc, There was touch lamps that you could only turn off by touching them and they were very dirty . We mistakenly thought there was an onsite spa from the pictures but apparently that is only in one suite . Some review talked about a breakfast and rooftop patio. There was nothing on the roof but some very dead plants and dirty chairs I don’t think it’s been used in a very long time -certainly no breakfast as there is no on site staff. We had to message them our coffee pot was broken and instead of bringing us another one we had to wait a day for someone to come again and bring one . So no coffee for 2 days .They also advertise city tour and cooking class - that never happened or was offered. They should update their website .Maybe it would be fine for a night or 2 but we were there a week .

• Emilie (10/5): Charmante suite en plein coeur d’une île merveilleuse, je recommande sans hésiter. - J’ai tout aimé! Nous avions la suite 3 qui était grande, moderne et propre. L’établissement est vraiment bien situé , dans une superbe rue et près de tout. Le personnel était super. Dévoue et à l’écoute. Je retournerais la sans hésiter et le recommande. Le divan pourrait être rafraîchi mais tout le reste était parfait.

Se nos inundo el baño, aunque vinieron enseguida a arreglarlo,el agua habia llegado a la habitacion. Hay un yacuzzi q no te metes ni a palos

• Justin Ho Yam (10/5): - Very friendly and helpful receptions. The location is very convenient. We had an issue with the aircon late at night. I was told the next day that the aircon was fine that is was in sleep mode. As we stayed 1 night it didnt matter but definitely its not easy to use if thats the case. The bed light on/off is tricky but the hotel does explain to you during checkin. It was a nice laugh with the family trying to figure it out!!!
• Jean (7/5): Séjour agréable mais ... - L'appartement est en plein centre d'Ortigia donc idéalement placé. Dans une Impasse très silencieuse. La décoration est de bon gout. La location était pour 3 personnes mais rien n'était prévu en conséquence (Verres, mugs, tasses, chaises) La bonde de la douche était bouchée donc nous avons inondé la moitié du studio. La moitié des produits de toilette était vides.

We checked in and got the keys at the partner hotel and they transported our luggage to the Cinque Suites for us, which was very easy. The room felt more like an Airbnb than a hotel and it wasn't exactly spotless, but it was spacious and plenty comfortable. Well worth it!

• Liza (4/5): - Extremely disappointed for following reasons:- Booked continental breakfast for duration believing the property had a rooftop terrace available for our stay and breakfast. Learned on arrival when asking for breakfast service times that breakfast was no longer provided by the hotel. Not notified in advance of arrival despite booking 8 months before and not informed in any of our correspondence. A voucher was offered at a cafe, 5 min walk away for a pastry, hot drink, juice only - no savoury/fruit option - not the continental offering originally booked. Rooftop area no longer in use. Again not informed prior to arrival. Area not clean, pigeon droppings everywhere, all furniture stacked up, all plants dead, cushions filthy and stained. Space not fit for purpose - but we were told at reception it was available to use - even though not serving breakfast there anymore. During stay the lounge light fell from the ceiling and a replacement light was not provided so difficult to use the space anymore as too dark. The hotel WhatsApp business account used during our stay pictured breakfast on the rooftop which is misleading and inaccurate. The Hotels.com information and images used for this property listing are inaccurate and misleading. Booked this hotel specifically to be able to use the rooftop for relaxation and also for the inhouse breakfast. Very disappointed as we have used Hotels.com for years.

• Karason (3/5): disappointing and not close to the pictures on the website - The location is great and the shower was really good First thing is how you get the keys. You have to go to a hotel that is 15 minutes walking distance. We had two rooms (two couples) and in one apartment the sofa was so dirty and ruined that nobody would want to sit in it. Broken glass table, dirt in many areas. They should through out the carpet in one of the apartments. They had strange hanging lights that were dirty and you put them on by touching the wire. They went on 6 in the night in both apartments so that was really strange. Woke us all up and at the same time. Then the roof area was so far from what the pictures show on there website. Then when I sent these points to them less then 24 hours from arriving I was told the day after that when we were leaving that we should have complaint sooner. We were on a two weeks vacation that was great but this accommodation was so disappointing.

• Irene (9/5): Ubicación y estancia excelente - La ubicacion perfecta, a 5 min caminando a la plaza principal, en el centro de Ortigia. La habitación impecable , limpia, moderna, reformada. Nos atendieron muy rápido y con muy buenas indicaciones. Por decir algo, que el baño no tiene la puerta de vidrio ajustada y resta intimidad. Por lo demas, todo perfecto.

• DAVIDE (9/5): - Stanza modernissima e funzionale. Pulitissima. Confortevole. Ambiente giovane. Bello l'atrio e le scale. Doccia fantastica. Non avere la possibilità di oscurare la finestra del bagno. La porta è satinata e l'ospite che dorme sul divano letto dorme alla luce nonostante le tendine parasole della stanza salotto. Cambierei i sanitari: neri non ci sono piaciuti ma è questione di gusti e di design.
