Большая и ухоженная территория. Прекрасные виллы. Я с уверенностью рекомендую это место для прекрасного отдыха! Персонал подтормаживает, но не критично.

saud (10/5): رائع - نظيف جدا من اروع الفنادق اللي سكنتها ،، فلل اللي على البحر مع مسبح خاص فيها خصوصيه عاليه الفندق هادي بعيد عن البلد مناسب للاستجمام انصح به كذلك لشهر العسل الموظفين رائعين كذلك دائما مبتسمين وبس يبون يخدمونك باي طريقه اتمنى تمديد اغلاق المطاعم بالفندق الى 11 المساء
Lisa (10/5): Paradiesischer Strandurlaub - Ein traumhaftes Hotel! Wir waren Anfang April für 6 Nächte im Green Bay Phu Quoc in einer Green Villa. Das Zimmer ist stylisch, gross und sehr sauber! Die gesamte Hotel Anlage ist sehr modern, dies merkt man an der ganzen Ausstattung. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich! Besonders empfehlen kann ich das vietnamesische Restaurant. Wir legen sehr viel Wert auf gutes Essen und im Green Bay hatten wir das beste Essen während unserer gesamten Vietnamreise. Wer gerne internationale Küche mag, auch das zweite Restaurant war top! Das Frühstück hat eine grosse Auswahl. Der Strand ist ein wunderschöner Privatstrand, an dem es nicht zu voll wird und man einfach geniessen kann. Das Hotel ist sowohl für Paare als auch Familien geeignet. Am meisten überzeugt hat uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Ich war bereits in vielen Hotels in Asien und das Green Bay war wirklich eines der tollsten Hotels in denen ich je war! 10/10, vielen Dank, wir empfehlen dieses Hotel jedem weiter🤗

Azat (10/5): Excellent stay, but sea safety, cleanliness, and food options need improvement. - Mostly everything. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. The villa exceeded expectations, the food is great, and the sea is beautiful. The sea is not entirely safe. On separate days, both my wife and I stepped on some kind of sea creature (possibly a plant or fish) and were injured by long needles that penetrated deeply into the skin. Sea shoes (e.g., Crocs) are essential. There is some plastic waste in the sea. It’s not severe, but plastic cups and bags are noticeable. Periodic cleaning of the seabed would improve the experience. Limited plain food options. It would be helpful to have simple dishes without garlic, spices, or oil (e.g., boiled chicken breast). Additionally, breakfast items lack descriptions—e.g., dumplings are not labeled with their ingredients. Basic labeling (type of meat, presence of garlic, spice level) would be useful.

Manuel (10/5): Besser als erwartet - Das Personal, die Ausstattung und das Gelände waren einfach super. Der morgendliche Spaziergang zum Frühstücksbuffet war so friedlich und wohltuend. Ich kann mich nicht daran erinnern, dass ich jemals so schnell in den Erholungsmodus gekommen bin wie in dieser Woche im Green Bay. Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt. Danke auch an Raymond für die netten Gespräche am Frühstückstisch.

PJSing (8/5): Private pool villa - We had a pool villa (19) next to the activity/towel hut by the beach. It was a huge room with amazing views and only 10m to the sea. The bed was massive. I think they call them alaskan size. The room was also far enough away from the communal pool/ deckchairs, not to hear any of the other guests. The private pool wasn't heated but was warm enough. The cocktail bar was far enough away not to disturb evenings with live music too. The Vietnamese restaurant (also where you have breakfast) was very nice. The international restaurant wasn't the best. I'd give it 3.5/5.

Saad (6/5): حليو لمرة واحدة - الموظفين ودودين ومتواجدين عند الحاجة. موقع الفيلا امام البحر مباشرة، كانت اطلالة جميلة رائعة. موقع المنتجع معزول وبعيد وغير ممكن المشي خارجه. وجود الحشرات بكثرة داخل وخارج الفيلا، وبشكل عام هذه فكرة المنتجع الحفاظ على البيئة والطبيعة. صالة الجلوس بالفيلا كانت حارة جدا ولا يوجد بها تكييف، فقط يوجد مراوح لكنها لا تؤدي الغرض.
ESTELLE (6/5): Séjour décevant ! - Très belle villa avec espace extérieur sympa. Grande salle de bains. Très beaux espaces verts bien entretenus. Bar sur la plage agréable. Le personnel ne parle pas bien l'anglais, il est parfois difficile de se faire comprendre. Le service n est pas toujours à la hauteur. Nourriture des restaurants convenable. Lieu très éloigné de tout, parfait pour un séjour sans bruit ni animation. Le premier soir nous n avons pas pu profiter d un des restos car un mariage avait lieu. Un endroit un peu triste. Séjour décevant par rapport au prix payé.

Andrada Viorela (10/5): Excellent stay - Everything was great, perfect for unwinding. I liked the fact that the resort is remote. They have a shuttle service after breakfast. But you can also easily take a taxi to the city center, it’s not very expensive. The pool villa was big, comfortable with a great view, had everything I needed. The food was delicious, there are 3 restaurants where you can eat. I also liked the spa and the Vietnamese massage. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We communicated through WhatsApp and they assisted me with everything quite quickly. The beach is nice. I would definitely come back. The mattress was a little too hard for me, but not a big deal.

benno (8/5): Heel prettig verblijf - Ontbijt was uitgebreid en erg goed. Zwembad was prima ik had liever wat minder chloor of helemaal geen chloor. Personeel zeer vriendelijk. Keuken heeft problemen om tegelijk uit te serveren zodat het regelmatig voorkwam dat de een al klaar met eten was en de andere nog moest beginnen. De gym viel heel erg tegen en er zijn weinig yoga klasjes. Dit mag je geen Gym noemen.

Aleksis (10/5): Magnificent place, wish to be back - I have been to many great hotels but this one has been so far my favorite overall. Everything was just to beautiful in harmony with the surrounding nature. Also the service and the food was great! The gym could be a bit better equipped for strength training for those of us who wish to maintain their regular work-out routiness.
Raffaella (9/5): - Everything was perfect, from the beautiful beach to the restaurants and the overall atmosphere of the resort. The property is immersed in nature, peaceful and incredibly relaxing, making it the ideal place to disconnect and truly enjoy the surroundings. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming throughout our stay. While English was not widely spoken, we always managed to understand each other thanks to their smiles and genuine willingness to help. It actually made the experience feel even more authentic and human.

Nigel (10/5): Stunning. - Everything. Such a beautiful location and felt like a little bit of paradise. It was stunning. Peaceful and quiet. Maybe not the place to go if you want lively. We didn’t venture out of the resort, didn’t need to for the short time we were there. Not sure what the island is like, looked as a lot of development going on.

Nathania (9/5): Het was geweldig. - De rustige omgeving, prachtige strand, mooie zwembaden en de attente attente en zorgzame medewerkers. De nachtelijke geluiden van verschillende dieren, maar dat hoort er gewoon bij als je omringd bent door natuur.
Yu Ling Catherine (7/5): Nice resort in the nature but on the pricey side & service is bit lacking - It’s located on the quiet side of Phu Quoc away from the tourist traps, the breakfast is so soi good the Vietnamese restaurant has decent food, the pool and room is good, shower is hot, we had a complimentary transfer and staff left us some chocolates and decor for our honeymoon First day the reception is good and very responsive, we booked a private pool villa but then we found out that the pool is actually facing a road and people kept passing by so it’s not private, I requested a few times to change to another villa and even am willing to pay for upgrade because we were really looking forward to the private pool, and finally they changed to one that’s private, the next afternoon, with a pool facing trees instead of a road. The second and last day the service fell short, when we booked a romantic dinner by the beach, it was expensive, the staff kept badgering us all night and day to place food orders in advance, it ended up as not much of a surprise at all because we had to choose everything in advance, including the dessert, but also the mains and dessert were so so, appetiser is good but the wine is absolutely awful, so we had to order a bottle of wine, and the 2 glasses of wine were still charged, on top of the fancy dinner. When we check out, they charged us for water, since we spent 3 nights here and spent a decent amount of over 1200USD, one would think that they could have simply waived the charge for the water. When I requested kindly if the airport transfer can pick us up at 9:15am instead of 9am, the reception typed “do you want the transfer or not?” That seems quite rude, as it turned out, no other guests were there for the transfer to the airport and because the reception was so slow to calculate the bill that we left at 9:15am anyways instead of 9am. The in-room dining was also not the best, we called to place a simple order of 3 items: 2 coconut and 1 summer roll, and 10 minutes later a guy knocked on our door to ask for the order again, to “confirm” and proceed to tell us to wait another 20minutes.

Chloe (10/5): - EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! This place was absolutely amazing. I was skeptical and considered cancelling when they notified us that they were undergoing some renovations and had closed a restaurant, but in reality we didn't even notice. The noise was minimal and the food was amazing. We were upgraded to a beach front pool villa and it was just absolutely the most stunning accommodation we have ever stayed at. The pool was huge, the deck was huge and had all types of comfortable out door seating and we also had a giant inground spa. We were spoilt for choice. The villa itself was fresh and clean and just lovely. Such a highlight of our trip. The staff were so attentive and would reply on what's app within 10 minutes if you needed anything. We were lucky enough to experience a complmentary 45 minute massage at the spa ( each ) which was heaven ( the therapists actually know how to massage ) . The beach was stunning and clean. Such a fabulous experience. We will return one day!
Henda (10/5): Impeccable - Un séjour absolument parfait ! Nous avons passé une partie de notre voyage de noces au Green Bay et nous en garderons un souvenir incroyable. La chambre avec piscine à débordement et vue sur la mer était juste magnifique. Le calme, la propreté et l’ambiance du lieu sont irréprochables, on s’y sent vraiment bien. Un immense merci à My Trinh Tina, toujours souriante, attentionnée et présente dès que nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Elle a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Un endroit merveilleux que nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Chloe (10/5): Amazing! - Exceeded all expectations. We stayed in a standard garden villa for 1 night and also a beach front private pool villa for 2 nights and they were both absolutely beautiful. The pool villa was just so incredible and definitely the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. The private pool is bigger than it looked in the photo. The villas are freshly renovated. The staff treated us like royalty. It was a truly wonderful experience. The restaurant food was delicious. The room service pizza was delicious. The massage therapists at the spa actually give a 5 star massage and was greatly enjoyed. What an amazing place. Just book it!!

Linda (9/5): loved my stay & would definitely recommend this hotel to all.. - the food is amazing & the staff are exceptional. I loved the decor & the attention to detail communication is fantastic & nothing is too much trouble. there is a little noise at the moment due to renovations but the hotel & staff do their utmost to minimise the impact on guests. there is only one shuttle bus to the centre in the morning, back after lunch. As the resort is a little isolated it would be nice to have one in the evening occasionally
SANELISO (10/5): Amazing place, well worth every penny and more. - The whole stay was an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, polite, approachable and professional. They dealt with an request efficiently. Bhao, one of the baggie drivers was exceptionally. Our villa had the most amazing views, with the infinite pool. Being in our villa felt like we were in our own little home world. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The food was great from breakfast to supper. I loved everything.

Frank (9/5): - Die Lage der Villas ist sehr Ruhig und abgeschieden, bedeutet jedoch auch das man einen z.B. Roller braucht um in die nächste Stadt zu kommen. Der Shuttlebus fährt nur über die Mittagszeit in die Stadt, nicht Abends wenn dort Nachtmarkt ist.
