- Harsh (10/5): Nice Stay | Great Staff - It was a good stay overall. The staff were very courteous and ensured that we had a comfortable stay even without our asking. NA
- Manisha (9/5): - Swimming pool is missing!
- Ritesh (8/5): - Location & peaceful ambience Room balcony was near to reception area, so no privacy.
- Nilesh (9/5): -
- shilpi (8/5): Nice location and silent place, good for stay. Feels like out of delhi - Location and views Service bit slow, Food good but not excellent
- Nidhi (10/5): -
- Bányai Partners (9/5): - The most horrible bicycle I have ever had. After 100 meter of ride it was already uncomfortable. Breaks are dead and no gear. Staff are lazy everyone is chilled out. 30 minutes to serve a tea but a gentle reminder because they do forgot it. It happened twice. Nice location, clean and comfortable however service way under class.
- Priti (8/5): Very good. - Beautiful surroundings and pleasant environment. Activities like pottery and star gazing are amazing. Property is lovely but I was wondering why there is no lock for washrooms, this was main negative point. Room service like everyday cleaning, replace towel and replenishing tea/coffee should be a default. Also, portion size could be larger for dinner. This property is a bit far from the city which gives opportunity to stay in a serene location, however, a bit scary to travel in late evenings.
- Vaheguru (6/5): Ok stay , too expensive for the service they do . Staff is not fully trained like other good hotels like marriott or oth - Quite place and nice location Staff is not fully trained and things were very slow . They not doing extra effort. Gone there for anniversary left a note well before still . Rooms were ready one hour late .

- AdiSing (1/5): - Location Pathetic undertrained unprofessional rude unaccommodating horrible staff. Our kids had a separate room and made some calls to the front desk - which we admit wasn't correct on their part. But without informing us, or ever connecting with us regarding this issue, one staff member went up to the kids room at 11 pm and started screaming at them and threatened them.
When we went to question him, he glared at our kids with an intimidating look.
I will never go back to this pathetic property again. Not one person apologised! Horrible pathetic staff

- Suman (8/5): Very good - Lighting at the premises was well designed. It is in accordance to the nature. There were frequent power cuts, though it was for max one min each. But it was not expected.
- Personal (7/5): Good -
- Dishika (10/5): Exceptional -
- Varun (1/5): Refund my money - if possible - Worst 5 star property as compare to others ! Don’t follow others guidelines eg. rejected Booking.com or Agoda.com etc. Hotel follows its own pricing and guidelines.

- Ashish (8/5): Very good -

- Srishti (4/5): Good stay but definitely see a lot of scope for improvement, not on a 5 star level yet. - The location and the route to the property is easy to access and well located! The rooms are huge and well designed. Overall property is decent and we enjoyed the activities like stargazing, also pottery looked fun but one wheel isn't enough for all the guests staying! Food is decent, not the best or the worst really. The staff at the check in desk is quite rude and unprofessional. Think his name was Vipin (not the manager), the room was not ready when we reached one hour post check in time. Me who was a little unwell at the time and my pregnant friend were made to wait for an additional hour in the lobby and we didn't get a clear response from him regarding our when our room will be ready. I had to chase this guy down to get it done, eventually the MOD showed up and helped us check in quickly. The rooms are full of flies and the staff needs to clean it up properly before guests show up, we had to call someone to get rid of the flies infestation these guys are dealing with!
- Varnika (5/5): Passable -
- Sumeet (7/5): Good -
- Dot (9/5): Great choice for a staycation - The location and the rooms are excellent. Rooms are so spacious, almost the size of a regular hotel suite. The food can improved substantially. I feel it is quite overpriced but not upto the mark. Also, some of the staff, I would term them a little rough around the edges. Things like getting the porch lights turned on is a basic thing they should’ve taken care of. Also, overall better lighting would definitely help guests who like to take midnight strolls in this otherwise peaceful property.
- Siddharth (9/5): Superb -
- Romilla (9/5): Wonderful - Location Not having a swimming pool
- Kriti (6/5): Ok for 1 night. More than that it can be boring. - Room size, room facilities, toiletries in the room were good. Balconies in the room are good. Distance from delhi 👍
Pottery, chess, stargazing, spa, gym, pool table Small property. Just 35 rooms. Hardly anything to do. No swimming pool. Winters Could be a better time to visit the property. Food is average.
- Keshav (10/5): Excellent service and birthday at Lalit. - Excellent service. All was good.
- Bansal (9/5): It was a great experience - It was a great place to relax and the staff was very helpful The property should have a pool it is only missing a pool
- Shubham (10/5): Exceptional -
- Iqbal (9/5): Superb -
- Ishmeet (10/5): Exceptional -
- Annu (9/5): Comfortable relaxing - Comfortable quiet excellent food Lack of swimming pool
- Dias (8/5): Very good -
- Prashant (8/5): Very good - Staff Service and Courtesy Spa not working. No instructor at GYM.
- Anand (10/5): Exceptional - Breakfast was awsome. There should be swimming pool or plunge room.
- Charchit (8/5): Very good - Location Menu prices
- Gaurav (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rajesh (9/5): Superb -
- Joanna (8/5): Very good -
- Gaurav (10/5): Exceptional -
- Devan (9/5): Great - Quiet and surrounded by hills No swimming pool and spa was not operational
- Nitin (4/5): could be good if prices are less . for the prices they are charging is not worth at all . - location was perfect and good ,nearby delhi ,peaceful i have 19000 for Normal stadard room , which is not worth property on that higher prices offer ,Mostly staff are trainers .
- Ashish (10/5): Excellent and fab - Location , service and comfort Gym could have been better and swimming pool was not available
- Abhimanyu (9/5): Amazing Stay - The food was amazing. The location is excellent and convenient. The staff is extraordinary. They go out of the way to look into all of your needs. Would definitely recommend to fellow travellers. The property could very well have a pool.
- Mahima (10/5): Perfect staycation. - Its serene
- Meenakshi (8/5): Good place to spend quality time with your loved ones, but food was not that great. - The location Nothing. Everything was good
- Ajay (8/5): Very good for relaxation but do not expect big green areas within the property. - The Room Nos. from 102-108 have a panoramic view, whereas the other room nos. from 108-134 has construction on the other side of the rooms. So choose from room nos. 102-108 for a clear and unobstructed views. As we were only 3 families in the resort on the day of our stay, it is difficult to comment on the total feel when the same is fully occupied.
- Sams (7/5): Good -
- Kaur (5/5): Passable -
- Kunal (1/5): Bad -
- Renu (10/5): Exceptional -
- Nimesh (5/5): Passable - Rooms were good, staff was good. No facilities as a five star property
- Shivesh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gagan (8/5): Very good -
- Arpita (10/5): The place was mesmerizing! With the Saturday morning rain the surroundings just lit up! - The dinner experience and one at the bar were enjoyable Breakfast was very ill-managed; the staff was inadequate and non-responsive. On day 1 occupancy was very low and therefore the place was better managed. Day 2 breakfast was very disappointing. Cold milk for the cereals was not available and was given on request. It was found to have curdled. The Uttapam batter had also turned stale and sour. These were simply unacceptable.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Saumitra (1/5): below average - the view from our room extremely avg food. Highly overpriced. we were travelling for our anniversary and checked in a couple of hrs late to spend more time we asked for a late checkout but were denied the request even though resort was empty. spa was not available as it shuts at 6. not deserving of a 5 star rating
- Anonymous (1/5): Bad - staff offering solution again and again. there were too many insects. the first room we got, had to be changed because a black reptile was present in the room. the second room we got had lights going out again and again. the ac went off again and again too. lastly what’s most sad is got skin infection after being in touch with the bed sheets. it is sick. worst property ever in terms of hygiene.
- Rakhi (8/5): Very good -
- Sondh (2/5): Very poor -
- Ashish (9/5): Superb -
- Mekhla (3/5): Poor - When one hears the name “Lalit Group of Hotels, there is a certain standard / expectation one has from such hotels. It was a thorough disappointment especially with the staff right from the time we checked-in and then checked out. I wouldn’t recommend stay here
- Deep (7/5): Good -
- Manoj (4/5): Stay away from this property - Extremely disappointed.. not worth even half the price.. the resort does not even have a swimming pool. Leisure activities limited to a small pool table and table tennis.. no medical support / first aid
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Expecting a quiet weekend getaway that we have been looking forward to since couple of days, we checked in as per planned.
What we find is that the hotel is hosting some corporate event for the night.
The lobby was booked for it, so they checked us in through the parking itself which in itself is quite weird. Their event had been happening for almost the whole day, till late night in the lobby adjoining the restaurant. High volume DJ and songs were playing, and we lost all the charm of our weekend, especially during dinner.
If the hotel is supposed to cater to the corporate event, they shouldn’t have taken regular bookings. It’s such a disappointing thing to happen, coming from such a renowned group.
- Rajesh (8/5): Stunning Location... - Stunning location just 5km off the Gurgaon-Faridabad highway. Nestled in the woods & surrounded by the Aravallis. The resort is well built, clean & inviting. We took a luxury suite, which was spacious, private & had a great sight view from the balcony. Facilities are limited to a spa & indoor sports (no swimming pool or gardens) but they do try and organize small activities like stargazing, folk dance to keep one engaged. The high tea spot known as Tapri also adds to the charm. Food was good but lacked variety especially the in-room dining menu.
- Devan (8/5): Weekend Getaway - Amazing resort , close to Delhi best for a weekend getaway. The property also arranges activities to do throughout your stay helping to relax and rewind. The Property does not have a swimming pool yet, which is a major draw back, but overall good experience.
