- Janelle (10/5): Escape to this blissful country retreat overlooking the vineyard - Everything, relaxed country charm (but still clean), sitting on deck watching the cows and vines, comfy bed, very clean, fireplace, breakfast provisions, easy short drive to local rockpool at Obi Obi creek, we ate at Spicers Tamarind (15 minute drive) one night and walked down to Flame Hill winery for late charcuterie board and tasting the other. Had the best massages and salt detox at Hinterland float and wellness in Maleny and breakfast at Monica’s there. This weekend was just what we needed. Would have liked a coffee pod machine but there’s coffee from 10am at winery

It was a bit warm with a doona in summer. Maybe change linen to use a cotton coverlet.

- Kylie (5/5): Could have been great but it wasnt, cooler weather more frequent pest treatment required for comfort - Location Peaceful Short drive to montville and waterfalls Lovely renovated bathroom & kitchen Full kitchen facilities Cute cottage style home down the road from the main vineyard Nice touches with chocolates, bfast and port for guests Arriving at 3 pm to a locked-up house with stifling heat and no aircon relief, we found it unbearable. The lone small aircon in the dining room couldn't cool the entire place, prompting us to move a mattress in dining room for a more comfortable sleep. The house, overdue for pest treatment, was infested with spiders during night, limiting our ability to enjoy the back porch. We cut our stay short due to the heat and inadequate cooling, notifying property management with photos of the issues on day of arrival and additional following morning. Despite this, the owner declined any accommodation cost subsidy, suggesting the property might not be suitable for me and advising to enjoy the Sunshine Coast. I am no city slicker, I live rural in the NT and still was overwhelmed with the amount of spiders (we get regular pest treatment to stay on top of this). Disappointed, as I ended up having to pay double for another nearby property due to late booking, during the peak Christmas period.
- Sheridan (8/5): Peaceful, relaxing escape. - Comfortable 3 bedroom house with a lovely view. Nice bathrooms and cute extra spaces. The outdoor area and furniture needed a good clean, as it was such a great space to spend our time.

Thanks for the Port and chocolates too! Only slight issue we had was the lounge which was too low and soft. So a bit less comfort than we hoped for - but everything else was fantastic!

- L (10/5): Lovely homely place to stay. Amazing views - A clean, comfortable, and homely cottage with everything we expected and some thoughtful touches that really made us feel welcome. The view was really beautiful and great location. Highly recommended It would have been lovely to have a table outside on the back deck to enjoy a sunny breakfast. The soap needed some soap dishes. The fire place could have used a dust pan and brush to get rid of the ashes so it burned better on the second evening. *There is reverse cycle air con but we didn't use this for heat, and there was a heater in our room which worked great. The pillows were a little big for us but we both slept well.
