Raymond (3/5): Nous n’y retournerons pas - La localisation la chambre Le charme c’est plus un village de vacances qu’un établissement de charme. Nous sommes arrivés un dimanche soir et à notre grand étonnement il y avait une réception de plus d’une centaine de personnes pour fêter un baptême ! La musique allait très fort et nous a empêché de dormir. La restauration est très quelconque et il fallu patienter 1h avant de recevoir une entrée sans saveur et à peine tiède.
Philippe (9/5): Un hâvre de paix en immersion dans un très beau cadre. - La grande qualité des hébergements et des espaces communs ( restaurant, très belle piscine, espaces verts ), l’ambiance « antiquaire » du restaurant et du bar, ainsi que le calme et la tranquillité ( pas d’animations bruyantes…). Dîners de bonne qualité, personnel accueillant et agréable… Les petits déjeuners n’offrent pas suffisamment de produits salés ( jambons, fromages, salades de tomates etc… Par contre, profusion de produits sucrés certes excellents…

It’s very difficult to get to the pool with a pram as there are no paths – just loose stones. You’d struggle if you didn’t walk well. Our view was weeds, toilets and a JCB tractor. • The apartment furniture was cheap MDF. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. • We were charged €6 for a 250 ml cup of lager. It seemed excessive. • Finding the hotel was a nightmare. The location on Apple Maps is away from the hotel and there are no lit signage for evenings. You would really struggle to find it unless you look during the day. Do not use Apple Maps location! We ended up down some one-track roads, scratching the car, and we definitely weren’t the first for it to happen to from the reaction of the hotel reception, or the walls down the track! If you stayed at the hotel I’d recommend you use one of the villas and not the cube apartments, as that was our main issue. They seemed unfinished. And organise your directions / print them off if you’re arriving at night!
Magdalena (9/5): Schöne Anlage mit grossem Pool - Schöne Anlage, wir hatten eine ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern und zwei Terrassen, ca 400m weg vom Pool und Reception. Sehr grosser und toller Pool. Zu viele Hunde, die sich überall aufhalten dürfen. Restaurant, Pool etc. Am Sonntag hatte es viele externe Gäste, so dass die Poolanlage überfüllt war.

Hendrik (6/5): Pleasant - Swimming pool and large covered terrace It was impossible to sit at the table, kitchen was rickety and very basic, no coffee making facilities, living room is very small, no WiFi at the house, no washing machine but laundry service instead: this was a hotel room disguised as a small bungalow.
Bates (6/5): Some problems with the room, but a nice property - The property is nice and the staff is very nice. It is a lovely property and they do have a little mini golf and billiards table. The rooms are large and clean. Lunch was just ok, not wow. Breakfast is tasty and according to my husband the top 5 espressos he’s ever had. The pools are large and there are a few of them at different depths. we had a few issues with the room. The WiFi wasn’t working and it took at least two times of asking them to fix it for it to actually get fixed. Also one of the air conditioning units leaked dripping water which was quite loud. When they went to fix that they left the room door wide open and we were out for several hours so bugs got in. Thankfully it’s the low season and nothing got stolen. The staff felt badly, but didn’t really do anything to make up for any of the issues. On our last night it rained and water got in and wet the drapes. They also charge for cleaning the room. This wasn’t listed anywhere so it came as a surprise to us. It was 50€ to clean. The pool was lovely but freezing, so unless it’s really hot out it’s hard to enjoy. The location is a bit remote so you definitely need a car. Breakfast was good, although a little overpriced.
Hagai (4/5): Poor cost-benefit ratio - Although the place was almost empty of guests, the staff's attitude was disappointing, very formal and without goodwill and willingness to come to meet the guests. The room itself is spacious but windowless, which makes no sense at all and creates an atmosphere of closure, as well as faults that show a certain neglect and poor care.
George (9/5): Superb - Very enjoyable and welcoming place. Vera was particularly helpful to accommodate the needs of our two children. The old olive and almond trees around the agriturismo are like a piece of art. We were mostly cooking evening meals at home for the children but the ambiance in the restaurant is very nice. Perhaps mosquitos in the evening if you are outside, but this is part of nature and time of the year. The property has mosquito nets on all windows and doors. Bring a repellent if you are sensitive to bites.
Jackie (10/5): Remote quiet location with superb food - Very remote location, peaceful and quiet. Delicious food at the restaurant. Lovely friendly cats! There was a mix up about which room we were in so we had to move villas after we had unpacked etc. Not ideal but they offered us a free meal as compensation for the disruption which we were happy about.
Cláudia (10/5): Beautiful and practical location, where the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay memorable. - It’s located in the middle of the beautiful country side, but still perfectly located to quickly hop on to the all the beautiful beaches and hikes that that coast has to offer. The bedroom was amazing, and even had two shower heads, which a little luxury for a couple. The breakfast is simple, but has everything you need, and the staff is so so lovely. I will be back! The experience would be taken up to a 10 if they also facilitated beach towels.

To improve: the bathroom was very small and not tiled, so it did not give me a feeling of being clean Wifi in the room was not stable/ not strong enough to work with laptop in the room The access road to the hotel is in a bad condition
Heloise (9/5): Superb - This felt like being at a Caribbean resort but in Italy. The property is nicely laid out and the pool areas are lovely. The restaurant is great and the food was delicious. Again, the staff are what made the place stand out - everyone was really helpful and accommodating - even coming to rescue us in the car when we got lost.... On that note, do not rely on googlemaps to find this place! I would strongly suggest speaking to the staff prior to arrival as once you know the best way - it really is so easy to find!
Amalia (10/5): Gorgeous facility, fantastic staff and handy location for the gorgeous beaches in Baia Verde. - The staff were fantastic, especially Giusi. They really did bend over backwards to make our stay memorable and enjoyable. The grounds, restaurant and swimming pool area are gorgeous. The shuttle service was also very useful. I would definitely visit again. I’d recommend some complimentary water in addition to tea in the room. Bed and breakfast option would also have been useful, although the price for adding breakfast was reasonable.

The trees are adorned with beautiful lights that create a magical ambiance in the evening. The rooms are spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the reliable wifi was a lifesaver for our remote work needs. We absolutely loved having our own private veranda to relax on. The breakfast is delicious, and the coffee is truly exceptional. Moreover, they were incredibly accommodating to our dietary preferences, they had non-dairy milk options available. However, the true highlight of our stay was the incredible staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel like part of their family. They truly made our experience unforgettable. Nothing

Stephen (8/5): Very good - Supper very good. Wine reasonably priced. Nice pool area. Very friendly staff. Easy parking close to room. Had to drive to get anywhere. No nearby restaurants. No hot food at breakfast.
Pauline (5/5): We will not return - too many disappointments. - Two Nice pool areas with comfortable lounging areas, Fantastic massages. nice gardens! Friendly staff although you need to speak Italian to communicate (only few speak basic English). Food and wine was cheap and good. Very basic room equipment and cheap furniture. Loud music all day and extremely loud disco music till late at night on some days. We had to leave the hotel to relax. Many external guests on the weekend = overfull pool area.

Clobonnie (10/5): Beautifully kept rural setting with fantastic services for all the family! - Very pretty resort merging traditional rural elements with modern world-class facilities for the entire family. The resort has a stunning swimming pool, with a huge kiddy area only 60 cm deep for children to play and enjoy in safety. There's an amazingly hippie and bright restaurant and chill-out area, which merges outdoor and indoor areas, overlooking a large grassy garden with outdoor furniture, decor and children's games. The staff is absolutely brilliant and everyone goes out of their way to make you feel at home and meet your needs. There's a fantastic gardener on site who brightens everyone's day with his good spirits, lovely Vera at reception makes all the family feel special, the woman at breakfast cooks the most amazing home-made cakes, and also the barman is always available to help out and entertain. Location is perfect, a five minutes drive from the town of Gallipoli and the most beautiful beaches.

Elizabeth (9/5): excellent, idillic spot to relax and enjoy the facilities. - great facilities. Danielle at reception stood out, she was so pleasant and helpful and has very good English, which was a great help to us. a bit hard to find.
