- Valeria (10/5): - It was a perfect accommodation near the ocean with all necessary aminities in the room and facilities on the grounds. We especially enjoyed beach chairs and umbrellas provided to our personal use and stored in the apartment. It was cleane, quite, and comfortable. It was a rare case when I didn't want to leave the place and stay longer. Thanks a lot to the management of the apartments!

Couldn’t sleep in the morning awaken by loud jackhammer noise at 8 am every day. The building is old and has a musty smell and air conditioning is on HVAC so no control of air. Lounge chair in living room needs to be deep cleaned. Doors should be put up on closets instead of curtains it makes it look cheap.

The temperature was too hot inside it would not go below 77 degrees. The first morning staying there it was 82 that morning. We had to go buy fans to try and keep us cool

- Kathleen (8/5): - The unit was well stocked with almost everything a family needs for vacation. It was right on the beach and roomy enough for all of us.

- Jeroen (6/5): Prima verblijf vlakbij zee - De ligging vlakbij de zee en de lekker koele temperatuur van het zwembad. Het appartement was heel compleet met apparatuur en zelfs stoelen en parasols voor op het strand. De andere bezoekers waren erg luid. Rondom het zwembad met harde muziek en veel schreeuwen. Het leek vooral om 1 familie te gaan. Ook het appartement was ‘s nachts erg gehorig en we hoorden dan ook veel geschreeuw, geschuif met meubels en zelfs slaan tegen de reling van het trappenhuis in de nacht. De slaapkamers bleven ‘s nachts te licht en zouden voorzien moeten worden van extra gordijnen.

- Robert (6/5): Unit #401 is not well maintained. Staff was great - Great location next to the Pier Unit #401 needs a remodel. Pull out couch was broken. They put signs on the pull-out asking us to use a blow-up mattress which I rejected. The staff was great and brought up a roll-away bed, but it was broken also. In short, these are individually owned units and are not consistently maintained. It appears that the owners of #401 have not put a nickel into their property since it was built (40+ years ago). Mattresses, appliances, etc looked like they were purchased from a second hand store.

- VIDA (4/5): The facilities were great but didn’t feel welcome by property manager & security - I liked the administrative personnel. They were very helpful and professional. The location and condo was fantastic. The property manager lives on the premises and treated us as if they were annoyed with our presence. The security guard singled us out multiple times telling us out of the pool but failed to address the other families in the pool. On 7/4, he literally stood on the stairway blocking us from using the rooftop to view fireworks. Other families were allowed through. When I went to confront him, he said he wasn’t aware the area was open to people. Both instances, we were the only Hispanic family present. Racism or ignorance, I’ll let you decide.

- Doraine (8/5): great value in the beach - The host was great sending local highlights, the facility was clean and comfortable, and loved the location right on the beach with so much to do and eat nearby. The twin beds don’t fit adults and are very firm.

- Sally (10/5): excellent - The accommodation was better than expected clean had everything we needed in the apartment my sister and her children were all very happy The pool time of 9am was a bit late for us also pool on the Friday 20th morning was still being cleaned at 09.30am. The only 2 negative feedback's I have was that there was no air line for the children to pump up their inflatables they had bought it was very hard work to do by mouth, I think this would benefit the complex. The parasol for the beach was not fit for purpose it kept flying down the beach.

- amanda (10/5): Perfect for a relaxing beach getaway! - The location of this property is wonderful! Direct beach access, very close to a lifeguard stand and the Cocoa Beach Pier. The roof top has great view of the surrounding area. We loved the two bedrooms each with their own en-suite. The living room, dining area and kitchen provided plenty of space for us to relax and enjoy each-others company. The building was clean and quiet. We all agreed, we’d be happy to stay there again.

- Silvie (10/5): Exceptional!!! Absolutely love it!! - This property was exceptional! Its location is fantastic, right at the beach, near many shops and restaurants. Also only 20 minutes to JFK space center. The property was very clean. The kitchen was fully staffed. Beds were very comfortable. Pool was very clean. Everyone around was very respectful and friendly. I must give a big shout to Zareh the property manager who was always reaching out and making sure we are enjoying our stay. He was in touch with us before we got in, during and after our stay as well. It felt just like a family member who is checking on you. We have been recommending your place to everyone we know. And we are planning to return in near future. This place is worth every penny!! There is absolutely nothing bad to be said about this property.

- Leigh Ann (9/5): Had a wonderful week with my teenage kids! - Great Location (lots of stuff to do locally), cleanliness was above and beyond and they provided cleaning supplies, plenty of trash bags and trash chutes were so convenient, spacious rooms with huge closet spaces, heated pool felt amazing and was clean with multiple chairs and a shaded area, easy beach access, games to play (in the amenities shed and in the room), nice personal care products available, beach tents, 4 beach chairs, cooler and boogie boards available, stocked kitchen, washer and dryer with laundry soap and dishwasher with detergent. Lots of privacy, nice areas to lounge. They provided 6 beach towels. Easy coded access to the room and other areas. Elevators easy to use and never overly busy. 2 parking passes. I could go on and on about how much they provided! Both showers weren’t great. One was luke warm and little pressure. The other was very little pressure but did get hot. One of the kitchen chairs was broken and the toaster didn’t work. But none of that was a huge deal. It was advertised as sleeping 6 and that included a sleeper sofa in the description. It was actually an air mattress and I don’t think that was stated. I’m glad I didn't know though because the place was amazing and it may have stopped me from booking. The air mattress was easy to deal with and very comfortable. The biggest think I didn’t like was everything that they have to offer ends at 9pm. The pool, games, rooftop, etc. It is strictly enforced. On vacation with teens or really even myself, I feel this should be much later, maybe 11 or 12. 9pm is early.

- Woycik (3/5): Probably would not go back. - Location and smart tv. Old major appliance’s, very small bathrooms, only 1 uncomfortable couch in the main room, literally 6 forks, and 4 knives in the kitchen with VERY Limited dishes for cooking. There were only 10 lounge chairs in the pool area, but they were reserved by others everyday by 7:30AM. Another downfall was the pool was shaded by the building by 2:00PM. Then to top it off the beach in front on the condo was closed for 1 week out of the two we were there, due to construction on the beach. The bulldozers would run from 7:00 AM until midnight, which was really very noisy.
