• Keyur (1/5): Shoddy, Unhygienic, Dark and dirty - Nothing. Hotel was at shoddy location with shoddy ambience, rooms, amenities, toilets, entrance and access to rooms The hotel rooms were next to bar and dirty and filthy toilet. No windows, mosquitoes, stinking and smelly rooms, dirty doors of bathroom, latches not working, Poor illumination, congested, dark lobby and crazy staircase up and down to reach the room on ground floor. Better delist this shit property. Looked like a shoddy property unhygienic pale bed sheets, liners, pillows, damaged wardrobe. Not even suitable for individual traveler. I had to move to another hotel nearby and it was not possible to spent even a few minutes inside the rooms and hotel premises. Overall a shoddy property not meant for any decent traveler.

• Supriya (1/5): I do not recommend this place, it’s very unsafe and dirty. - The pictures are different from what the property provided. We have stayed for 3 days and not seen anyone clean a single day. It is attached to a local bar and restaurant the crowd feels very unsafe. It doesn’t have a security guard, the entire place is smelly, it is very unsafe for female travellers. The rooms stink of cigarettes. The entire place is very dirty. I do not recommend this place. The staff were good but there is no cleanliness.

• Sudeepta (1/5): Very very unclean - Location was good. We had occupied three rooms. All were unclean with dirty bathrooms, smelly and stained bedsheets and blankets. Breakfast was not good. We had informed the staff in advance that we are coming and to clean the rooms. But that did not work. We booked thinking that treebo usually provides standard rooms and the rating wasn't that bad. However , now I realised that it was a big mistake.

• Vidhu A. (1/5): Absolutely filthy, dirty rooms, not recommended at all unless one wants to fall sick. - There was nothing that I liked. The room was filthy. We changed the first room that we were allotted as it was dirty but the second room was filthier. Both rooms were dark, dingy. The pillows and bed covers were unwashed, dirty, smelly, (we were told that these had been washed). The ceiling fan was filled with dust, the rooms without ventilation, the table and chairs in both rooms were unclean, sticky, the staff unprofessional. One didn't even feel like sitting on the bed. The bathroom door of the first room and the main door of the second room could not be locked. We left the hotel within an hour fearing about catching an infection. Had to make the complete payment without the stay.

Breakfast was pathetic, they did not have basic courtesy to provide proper cutlery, salt and pepper, no paper tissues and food spread was very limited and not having quantity to serve even 6 people at one go. The staff were courteous in shifting our luggage to the rooms.

I have been on a religious trip to Kamakhya and fall for the review and booked this hotel as I had good experience in past with Treebo at other city locations, but at this hotel I had a nightmare 😔 Don't Fall for Any of the Good Reviews for this Hotel !! It is All Fake !! The Room and Hotel condition is pathetic 😭 The Food Quality is even worse !! Top of it they charge huge amount for any request you make as extra !! I have been on a religious trip to Kamakhya and fall for the review and booked this hotel as I had good experience in past with Treebo at other city locations, but at this hotel I had a nightmare 😔

I had good experience with treebo in the past and looks like the reviews are mostly fake. Some reviews talk of good view, view of dirt is it? The REVIEWS ARE DEFINITELY FAKE since that is the reason I booked this place to begin with. Treebo owner has responded on reviews that they take feedback seriously but I've been seeing that reply for very old reviews too. The Treebo support team comfortably ignored my calls and there was no response after I lodged the initial complaint with them. No response after repeatedly reaching out to them. The place was dingy and extremely dirty. The bathrooms were unbearable and the pillows were black. This is at best a 1 star hotel and customers are duped to believe that this is a 3 star. The heater was not working and it was broken - literally and figuratively (attached photos) and no help came to fix it.
• Peter (4/5): Overall a very poor experience - I can’t recommend this hotel! - Nothing special Despite booking a deluxe room I was initially put into a poorly cleaned and maintained standard room. After I complained, and the the following day (no deluxe room available my first night) I was moved into a deluxe room, which was an upgrade. However at checkout I had to insist vehemently for a reduction in the rate for the poor room the first night, saying that I would contact Booking.com about my experience and pay through them. If you are looking for a balcony, as advertised, they don’t have any! If you are looking for a room with a window that lets in the sun, they don’t have any! Don’t be duped by the reduced rates offered, the rooms I stayed in are not, in my opinion, even worth the reduced rate offered! Staff did try their best though
