- Torsten (1/5): HEALTH HAZARD. DO NOT BOOK A NIGHT HERE! - Not much to like really. The staff in the reception were friendly, but that’s pretty much it That this hotel is in rough condition is an understatement. The whole place is run down and looks like a ruin. We checked in to our room and it had black mold everywhere. Since it was too late to book another accommodation we thought we would sit it out, but after a quick nap, we woke up with sore throats and burning eyes cause of the mold. We went down and asked if we could get another room, but all the other rooms we were offered had the same problem and even worse some places. When we asked if we could get a refund we were denied because we already checked in a few hours ago. They were not very understanding of our situation and it felt like a money grab. This place is NOT suited for accommodation. Please for your health, do not book a night here. It is a health hazard and the whole place needs a serious renovation. Even that, I think, would not be sufficient. The rot and mold is deep in the structure of the whole place. Should not be legal to run a hotel out of this place
- Guilain (8/5): Very good -
- Brian (6/5): Meh, it's fine for a night. - The location is quiet, it's far from the road and the staff were very helpful. The A/C worked, they gave you a couple of bottles of water in your room for free. For the money it's not fantastic. It'll get you through the night for sure. But the place isn't particularly spotless and it's pretty old. For the amount of money I've stayed in better places in Malaysia.
- Mohd (10/5): Exceptional - Clean swimming pool,
- Muhammad (8/5): i have a comfortable stay. i sleep ok, the bathroom is clean. have hot shower, and all the basic - the room were very clean. it have all the basic hotel stuff. air condition, kettle, tea and coffee, 2 mineral water, small fridge, and the were clean. no dust, no rubbish. not that i did't like but the hotel is and old hotel. so to for those that want to stay here dont expect this to be a 4 to 5 star hotel! it just an old hotel building. but clean!

- Ahmad (7/5): Guide good - Location Tidiness
- Family (8/5): Basic hotel with some good facilities for kids. - The pool, the tabletennis table, the Nintendo 64. Very nice for a family stop-over before going to Tioman. The rooms and hotel are a bit dated, but clean enough. Little restaurants or shops close-by.

- Nor (9/5): Exceed my expectation & will come again - I love everything. Around 20- 30 mins to Tanjung Penyabong. Ample parking, spacious & clean room, clean pools, got bathub. I got room in level 3 with pool view. Beautiful scenery especially in morning. Check in was smooth & the staff was polite. No breakfast but there’s lot restaurant near the place. No lift but the stairs is okay for both of us.

- Ellie (8/5): Very good - We spent one night before taking the boat to Tioman early the next morning, a great little place simple but clean and staff was friendly. The pool was great for an after dinner night time dip, and we had also had fun playing ping pong.
- Yyy (6/5): Pleasant -
- Lia (8/5): Lovely stay with lovely staff and great pool! - Lovely staff, a great clean room with a working AC and a beautiful pool that we were able to take a little night dive in :)
We stayed for only one night before taking the ferry to Tioman Island and this place was perfect since it was also just 5min by car from the jetty.
We can only recommend staying here!

- Nadzlin (9/5): Short escape getaway - I like staff who were very friendly and very much helpful. Parking area
- Mohd (8/5): Simple and Quite Stay - Simple, Quite and Clean Hotel. Value for money. The staffs are also accommodating. I asked for a lower room due to me having a lot of baby luggage. They contracted me immediately to help with my request. I also arrived at 12.30am. The staffs directed me to the counter and my room. Really helpful and understanding. room is fine. aircond and toilet works. Nothing that is glaring. Just don't expect the hotel to be 5 star. it is not. but the rest of the room and ambiance is just alright. you get what you pay for. nothing more nothing less. only the bathtub plug is too small. that is about the only flaw i can write here.
- Musfirah (10/5): Exceptional -
- Malek (10/5): Exceptional -
- Richard (5/5): Basic hotel to break a journey. - Good location for ferry to Tioman, but no easy walkable places to go. Hotel did not accept the credit card I used to secure the booking but instead wanted a bank transfer in advance. This was not possible due to international transfer fees. I had to return with cash later.
- Yusri (6/5): If through Booking.com, it is OK - Location No facility
- Norshar (7/5): Good -
- Hanumah (3/5): Poor -
- SOHAINI (8/5): Good value - It was okay for a no-frills no-thrills hotel. 10mins to town. Quiet area, clean room with a balcony & bed. Everything works. Just bring your own toiletries.
- Guan Chwee (8/5): - i cycle tour and hotel staff allow my bicycle in the store room.
- Samuel (8/5): Very good -
- Ana (6/5): Decent solution for a night before catching a ferry. - The hotel was a good solution just to spend a night before taking a ferry.
Short, 5-minute drive, to the Mersing ferry terminal.
Huge free parking.
Decent and free wi-fi.
AC and ceiling fan. Warn out and old furniture.
No elevator.

- Nurulazunia (5/5): Passable -
- Izzatul (7/5): Good -
- Amir (5/5): Old and dingy but still probably the best hotel in town. - Located just out of town, this is probably the best surviving hotel in Mersing whose tragedy it is to be just a staging point for tourists on their way to the islands. Serviceable, comfortable enough and clean enough but that's about it. The property is in desperate need of renovation and new fixtures and equipment.
- Ammir (8/5): Very good -
- Francis (8/5): We had a pleasant stay. - Parking was easy to access. Room was clean. Location to eateries.
- Hazrul (7/5): Good - Clean and pleasant enough for a short pit stop on a long road trip. Mobile phone network coverage was not strong in the area. 4G data connections for Celcom and Maxis frequently cuts off.
- Mohamad (4/5): Disappointing - nice old school hotel why on earth police officers knocking on my door in the middle of the freaking night ?
did the hotel staff did a ‘profiling’ on my appearance to be an addict ?
- Nur (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lee (8/5): Ok - Ok for a stop over
- Mohd (10/5): Exceptional - Nice Hotel.. Recommended..
