- Abdallah (7/5): Very nice and modern hotel with special guidelines to fully enjoy - Calm, clean, modern and excellent parking I understand, appreciate and respect that the hotel was very clear about the dress code and iron guidelines, however, these small things reduce the hotel value in comparison to all the hotels around the world that I had stayed in.

- SILVANA (9/5): Wir kommen wieder. - Sehr "cooles" Hotel. von der Einrichtungen, zum Personal und Service. Das Eck-Superior Zimmer war wirklich sehr ruhig und die Betten sehr komfortable. Die Aussicht war einmalig. Das Abendessen im Sky Restaurant war ein besonderes Erlebnis. Sehr sympathisch, die strikte Einhaltung des Dresscodes! Am Montagmorgen waren die Backwaren (vor allem Kuchen) nicht mehr die frischesten und teilweise solche da, die bereits 3 Tage zuvor aufgetischt waren.

- Sabine (10/5): Sehr empfehlenswert und werde das Hotel gerne wieder buchen. - Gleich neben Salzburgarena, Gratis Bus Ticket erhalten, reichlich Parkplätze inkl.Tiefgarage, Zimmer geräumig und schön eingerichtet, Frühstück super und sehr viel Auswahl und natürlich der Ausblick beim Frühstück vom 15.Stock aus ist einfach mega.Personal von Rezeption sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, auch das Personal beim Frühstück sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

La qualité du petit déjeuner … Le poisson que j’ai commandé à dîner au restaurant. Il était trop cuit. La chambre aurait pu être un tout petit peu plus confortable. Le design était sympa, l’aménagement minimaliste mais chouette, mais ça manque d’un tout petit peu de confort, de chaleur….

Das Personal war extrem unfreundlich und ungehalten. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr übernachten!

Das Zimmer sehr schön und wirklich mega sauber. Leider hatte das Restaurant nicht offen. Vom Personal wurde uns ein Lokal um die Ecke empfohlen. Das Essen und der Service dort war hervorragend (Panorama). Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Es gibt gar nichts zu meckern.

Frühstück im übrigen mit großer Auswahl, und schön platziert.

- Leon Otto (10/5): Perfekt - Außergewöhnlicher Aufenthalt mit extrem reichhaltigem Frühstück bei Blick über die Stadt. Sehr freundliches Personal und und insgesamt unschlagbares Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Viel Besser als die deutlich teureren Hotels in der Nähe vom Flughafen und Trotzdem in 10 Minuten Fahrtzeit alles erreichbar. Im Zimmer hat ein bequemer Stuhl, Sessel oder eine andere legere Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Fenster gefehlt.

- Katharina (8/5): Gerne wieder - Frühstück ist immer wieder Top mit sehr viel Auswahl, lecker Kaffee, beim Sky Restaurant ist die Aussicht traumhaft und auch das Ambiente am Abend wunderschön. Die Zimmer sind sehr modern und sauber. TV hat viele Sender. Schöne Tiefgarage, gute Lage. Sehr zuvorkommende MitarbeiterInnen. Ich mag das Hotel sehr gerne, einziges Manko, es gibt keine Fenster zum Öffnen oder Kippen. Zwar gibt es einen Frischluft Drehknopf im Bad (Lüftung relativ laut im Zimmer wenn man ihn betätigt) aber das ist nicht das Gleiche wenn man Frischluft möchte. Jedoch für eine Nacht ist das in Ordnung.

- Sonja (6/5): Salzburg, eine traumhafte Stadt zum verweilen........ - Das Zimmer selbst hat uns überzeugt. Es war modern eingerichtet, sauber und gut aufgeteilt. In diesem Punkt gab es nichts zu beanstanden. Unser Aufenthalt begann leider enttäuschend, obwohl wir unser Zimmer bereits drei Monate im Voraus gebucht und vollständig bezahlt hatten. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir weder freundlich empfangen noch war das Zimmer bezugsbereit, was nach einer längeren Reise besonders unangenehm war. Als wir mit dem Auto in die Stadt fahren wollten, wurden uns zwar kostenlose Bustickets angeboten – grundsätzlich ein netter Service. Allerdings wurde unsere Entscheidung, mit dem eigenen Auto zu fahren, nicht respektiert. Stattdessen fühlten wir uns unter Druck gesetzt, den öffentlichen Verkehr zu nutzen, was wir als unprofessionell empfanden. Beim Check-in am Abend wurden wir zudem aufgefordert, eine Kaution von 50 CHF per Kreditkarte oder in bar zu hinterlegen – für mögliche Zusatzkosten wie Minibar oder Tourismusabgabe. Dabei hatten wir den Eindruck, als würde unsere Kreditwürdigkeit infrage gestellt. Dies wirkte auf uns irritierend, insbesondere da das Zimmer bereits im Voraus vollständig bezahlt war. Am Abend wollten wir noch einen Drink in der hoteleigenen Bar nehmen. Zu den Getränken hätten wir uns etwas Knabbergebäck gewünscht. Stattdessen wurden wir vom Kellner auf die kostenpflichtige Minibar im Zimmer verwiesen, was wir als wenig gastfreundlich und befremdlich empfanden.

- Patrick (9/5): Tolles Hotel - Tolles Hotel. Ich war bereits zuvor dort und kann es nur empfehlen. Nur eine Kleinigkeit, aber als Verbesserungsvorschlag: Ein internetgängiger Fernseher wäre heutzutage schon state of the art (YouTube, Amazon prime, hulu, Netflix, etc.). Ebenso USB-Outlets bei den Steckdosen.
