After I called them to inquiry about it, they offered to mail it but only if I covered the cost 100%. Would not recommend this hotel.

- meg (8/5): - 二名一室で2000円ちょっとくらいだったので、深夜発の帰国便までのシャワー兼拠点用に使いました。屋上のプールは小さいけれどキレイです。周りの建物から多分丸見えですが、私達以外誰もいなかったので晴れた中で気持ちよくチャプチャプできました。タオルも大きく清潔で、3台くらいビーチベッドもあります。 安い部屋だったからかバスタブは無くシャワーのみ錆っぽい臭いがしました。部屋履きは汚かったので使いませんでした。他は清潔でお湯わかすポットもあります。無料のお水2本も。有料のお水とカップ麺には値札が貼ってありますので注意。 受付は英語通じますし親切です！私達の英語がひどかったので、スマホ翻訳で日本語で説明してくれてとても助かりました。

Breakfast was good taste. We will come back to stay when we has chance to visit Da nang again. Thanks to Mr. Khuong for taking us during our stay.

I checked out late at 6:00 pm and got charged for exactly half avdat for the rate I booked. I would recommend tonothe this facility which is just a block away from the beach without paying twice as much on Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard.

- Tommy (6/5): Seaview Hotel ohne seaview - Wir haben ein Hotel für eine Nacht als Übergang gesucht und uns für das Grandiose Seaview Hotel aufgrund der guten Bewertungen und des relativ günstigen Preises entschieden. Angekommen eingecheckt. Ging alles schnell und das Personal versteht auch gut Englisch. Als wir dann auf dem Zimmer waren sah auch alles ganz ordentlich aus, vielleicht etwas heruntergekommen aufgrund des Alters aber naja es war ganz sauber. Die Dusche war leider nicht so ganz sauber weswegen wir diese auch nicht benutzt hatten und uns auch nicht die Mühe gemacht haben dies beim Personal zu melden, da wir nur eine Nacht dort bleiben wollten. Das Bett sieht zwar ordentlich aus aber war nicht gerade angenehm darauf zu schlafen bzw zu liegen. Die Umgebung war extrem laut da dort zur Zeit Bauarbeiten durchgeführt werden, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Dennoch war es im Hotel selbst auch sehr laut, da die Wände anscheinend sehr dünn sind. Von Seaview kann auch nicht wirklich die Rede sein, da wenn wir aus dem Fenster geschaut haben nur das Nebengebäude zu sehen war. Höchstens vom Pool aus auf dem Dach könnte man eventuell etwas sehen aber dazu war uns die Lust bereits vergangen.

The hotel located in My Khe beach, it took me only 2 minutes to walk to the beach so that I can swimming whenever I want, besides the hotel also have pool on the top floor that is so nice and clean. The breakfast with many dishes including Asian & Western food. The room was very clean & comfortable. I would stay here again if I come back Da Nang city. Highly recommend this hotel.

- 219rachaelj (10/5): Great location and friendly staff. - The Grand SeaView hotel was great! A perfect place for traveling surfers. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean with nice, small balconies. The hotel is in a perfect location, only a few blocks from My Khe Beach, with several restaurants/bars/coffee cafes within walking distance. There are also a few surfboard rental places nearby. Finding a taxi is never an issue since there are several drivers at all times outside the hotel. They also offer free breakfast from 7 to 9 am. I enjoyed my stay at the Grand SeaView hotel and wouldn't want to be anywhere else in Da Nang.
- jeffchia88 (2/5): Worst Hotel That I had ever stayed - When I arrived the Shower was broken. The safe in the closet was not mounted to the wall. Bed Side lamp does not work. Breakfast Menu in the restaurant was badly translate omelet was two sunny side eggs with a baguette. Entrance to the hotel is via steep steps with handrails to low to provide support for user. No peep hole for occupant to check on who is outside of the door. The hotel is noisy. Only the front desk staff speaks English.
- gabriellarobinson (2/5): NOISY HOTEL! - There is building work going on around the hotel which starts at 7am. The other guests were running riot, shouting and screaming on the corridor and no matter how many times I went out and politely asked them to be quiet they continued... this happened at 2am then again at 6am, then the building work started... The breakfast is very basic, you get two fried eggs and a piece of bread. The breakfast area is covered in the previous guests rubbish - serviettes, bits of food and anything else that has been thrown on the floor and left. The lack of English in the hotel is a real struggle when asking for local advice, for further requests, or even ordering breakfast! Our room was cleaned and magically our toothbrushes had disappeared, so the maid must of thrown them out during her cleaning. It is a good 15 minute drive into town, so you can't really walk to anywhere but the beach. Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here when there are plenty more cheaper and better places to stay!
- jamesspammyh (2/5): Do not stay!!! - This hotel is really only caters to the Chinese, staff really struggle with the smallest of English, the Chinese coming in at all hours hours just walking round the corridors shouting and banging doors even had one banging on our door at around 12pm getting the wrong room! Then getting woke up at 6am by more shouting and banging!!! Breakfast is beyond rubbish ordering an omelette to which who fried eggs swimming In grease with half the shell In there with it! Coffee is probably the worst/smallest coffee you will be served here in Vietnam. All In all it's a very poor hotel, the rooms are modern but that's about it they need sound proof doors!!!
- JohnT344 (8/5): good choice for the price - Good choice for the price. Newly opened so everything was clean and well taken care of. Staff is new and could benefit with a little more training. Staff was very welcoming. Breakfast was disappointing but I suspect it was more because of low occupancy at the time I was there.
- Paradise689907 (2/5): Very Disappointing! - This hotel quoted me one price and charged me another. The price difference was significant. I find this very upsetting! This is my second trip to Vietnam and the first time I have encountered anything like this. Even after we discussed the problem with the management they were unwilling to find a suitable solution or compromise. Obviously they are not interested in customer satisfaction. My advice, choose another hotel ...Grand Seaview was my only disappointment in Vietnam.
- Jschoenbohm (2/5): Disappointed in the poor customer service - do not stay here. - The location and rooms of this hotel are adequate however, that is about the only thing this place has going for it. I was told I would be paying ~$25 USD/per night (it was also in writing) however upon checkout, I was told I needed to pay over $60 USD a night. Their customer service was completely unacceptable and they would not compromise on the price whatsoever. I left completely disappointed and it made an otherwise perfect stay in Da Nang, quite unpleasant. Do yourself a favor and stay at one of the many other hotels in the area, this place needs their staff to work on their poor customer service. Also, their breakfast is awful.
