- Annemieke De Corte (10/5): Goedgelegen, zeer netjes en vriendelijk personeel. - Zeer propere, moderne ingerichte kamer. Ons hondje was er welkom. We hadden het geluk om tegenover het hotel te parkeren in een 'groene' zone waardoor de parkeerkosten laag waren. Ik miste een koffiezet apparaat op de kamer en een kleine koelkast.

Un détail infime pour nous mais peut-être important pour d'autres serait la terasse avec quelque détails à réparer ! Sinon la vue est super sympa! 😀
- Maryam (8/5): Ein Hotel in bester Lage mit freundliche Personal und Herzhaftes Frühstück... - Die Zimmern sind etwas klein gewesen, die Einrichtung war neu und schön, die Lage war Top, Parkplatz haben wir keins bekommen, da ja nicht Saison war haben wir außerhalb geparkt und genügend Parkplätze frei gewesen. Das Frühstück war Sehr Sehr gut, alles was das Herz begehrt... und auch sehr Qualität und Frisch. Es wurde immer schnell aufgefüllt und was wir super Toll gefunden haben war das jede Ecke ein Kaffeeautomat war, so das keiner Schlange stehen müsste. 5/5 bekommt das Frühstück Büffet und das Personal :) Beim Eintreten in Das Hotel Lobby war immer ein fauliger Geruch, was ich denke dass nicht von Hotel aus war sondern eher von draußen war.. es waren auch überall Raumduft an der Decke platziert.

Le petit déjeuner continental est une référence. La localisation est idéale pour passer un excellent séjour à Knokke - Alberstrand et profiter de cette station balnéaire à recommander. Nous reviendrons. Rien à déplorer.

- La maison (1/5): UN CALVAIRE - RIEN Évitez absolument la chambre 601. Elle est juste à côté de la machinerie de l’ascenseur : un bruit infernal toute la nuit. Impossible de dormir. Nous avons dû mettre le matelas dans le salon, à même le sol, comme des SDF, pour essayer de trouver un peu de calme… Le matin pour le check-out, nous avons attendu 15 minutes à la réception. Pas de sonnette, personne, rien pour appeler le personnel. Personnel fantôme. Franchement, pour une nuit censée être reposante, c’est raté.

Le buffet petit-déjeuner est magnifique, copieux et délicieux. Tout est mis en œuvre pour que nous vivions de très beaux moments. Les chiens sont les bienvenus. - Natalie (10/5): Uitmuntend! - Uitstekend verblijf in Hotel Nelson met een super locatie, op slechts 50 meter van het strand! Het ontbijtbuffet was zeker in orde, met een groot assortiment aan brood, vers fruit, dranken en zowel zoet als hartig beleg. De kamer was bovendien fris en verzorgd, alles zag er proper en goed onderhouden uit. Wij komen vast en zeker terug! Niets op aan te merken.

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam, hadden een probleem met de verwarming, na melding werd het onmiddellijk opgelost. We wisten niet dat er honden toegelaten werden, vinden wij iets minder, maar is hun keuze in beleid. Zeker omdat er vloerbekleding ligt....

Très bruyant mais c'est surtout lié aux clients de l'hôtel, aucun bruit extérieur. Il faisait mourant de chaud dans les chambres, impossible de réduire la température malgré thermostat à 17°
