- Cathy (6/5): It made a great meeting area for our family to meet at before going to activities since everyone was at different places - We like the vicinity of the hotel as its just blocks from our son’s. Easy to get to. I stayed here two separate times and had different experiences. When I went in April I went by myself. I felt safe and the staff was cordial and helpful. When I went a week ago we were in a room right by the weight room, and I swear people had to be in and out of there all night. When I checked in they told me it would be quiet as the outside door by our room wasn't working to get in, but could still go out. I don't know that we really slept much the two nights we were there. We were also a little disappointed in breakfast although still better than a lot of places.

Appeared clean but carpets were really stained everywhere and smell of leave in carpet powder was really strong, almost checked right back out due to this. Light bulbs in some lamps were burnt out and one plug was not even in the wall. Shower had orangeish slimy spots at bottom where it hadn't been cleaned.

Breakfast was really good with a wide variety of choices, the rooms were clean and comfortable. My only complaint was: I didn't care much for the bed pillows. If I come again, I know where I'll be staying.

- Devin (2/5): - It amazes me how a hotel can degrade over 2 years. This hotel was the best in town 2.5 years ago and I would now rate this as one of the worst. The swimming pool was not operational but they had no signs posting to keep out and my kids almost jumped in. There were mold, algae and insects covering the bottom of the pool guaranteed to send a kid to the hospital if the water was infested by accident. The room was musty and the floor felt dirty to walk on and the carpet was shredding and the nail strip was exposed by the tile to the bathroom. The bathroom shower curtain was falling apart as it looked to be like the cheapest model from the local grocery store and the drain on the tub was majorly plugged as it would not drain very fast at all when showering. The beds and blankets were hard as a rock and I love a nice firm mattress. Could not sleep but a couple hours on it. Breakfast, although lots of choices was bland and cold items not very cold. Staff were not very social and hard to understand some. This is definitely not worth $150 a night. Only nice thing was location from the highway and the only hotel on south side of town. Will not recommend this hotel and will not be returning sadly. I will be contacting Wyndham with photos of the degraded property as something needs changed at this hotel as this hotel has the potential to be great!

I would have loved at the end of a long journey and/or a hot day to jump in the pool. I can look thru the door and see the water in it. But again closed - always. I feel like I should have had some of the cost of my stay(s) reimbursed because that part of the package has never, ever been working, even tho it is *advertised* as part of the amenities. It would be more honest of you to remove that from the description, since it is not and apparently never available.

He did an exceptional job fixing our air-conditioner. However, I believe that we should have been compensated for our loss of air-conditioner.
