Lekker genoten van sauna en jacuzzi Wat me tegen viel is het vroeg uitchecken... we waren er een weekend ..je komt vrijdag laat in de middag aan (vanaf 16:00 uur inchecken)met 2 kleintjes..eten wat rondkijken en het is al bedtijd.. Zaterdag de hele dag genieten, in de avond al spullen opruimen... Je bent moe, in de ochtend om 8 uur eruit...snel ontbijten, alle beddengoed opruimen, afwassen, stofzuigen...door haast, en er zo vroeg uit...ben je het weekend alweer vergeten

• Heinz (9/5): Sehr gerne wieder.... vielleicht nicht unbedingt mit der gleichen "Nachbarschaft" - Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft hat unseren Ansprüchen genügt. Die Anlage war sehr tierfreundlich. Sicherlich sind die Freizeitangebote (Schwimmbad, Bowling, Kletterhalle etc.) sehr kinderorientiert und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub in einer angenehm gepflegten Anlage mit freundlichen Personal und einer guten Infrakstruktur, so dass man alles auch fußläufig mit dem Hund erreichen konnte :-) Nicht gefallen hat uns, dass in direkter Nähe zu unserem Bungalow eine Schulklasse untergebracht war. Ich sage mal so: in einem schwierigen Alter. Die Jugendlichen haben sich etwas ausgetobt, unsere Eingangstür zerstört und waren jede Nacht laut. Aber wir hatten das Gefühl, dass sich das Centerparcs-Personal angemessen darum gekümmert hat.

• Jessica (4/5): - First impressions of the property looked clean upon check in , once I.mn the room was great. Realised the first night when the girls wanted a spa bath I filled it up and placed the jets on and something I’m not sure what blasted out of the jets and I got my girls out immediately as it went all through the water. These cottages have a kitchen with a oven dishwasher and stovetop which is great , however we weren’t able to work out the oven as there was no directions and I think our oven wasn’t operational as I even had to google the instructions which didn’t work! This place would be even better if they offered more towels for a 7 day stay ( you only get 1 small face towel and 1 bigger towel ) no extra unless you pay 10€ which I didn’t think should occur for the price not to mention trying to access the pool through the change rooms is very strange and if they made the entrance easier would be a better experience.
• Jessica (4/5): - Unser Haus war leider sehr dreckig und abgewohnt. Man hatte zudem den ganzen Tag den Lärm der Rennstrecke zu ertragen. Das Aqua Mundo ist das schlechteste was ich bisher von Center Parcs kenne und im Park sollte man auf keinen Fall essen, sowohl das Frühstück als auch das Buffetrestaurant hatten kaum Auswahl und geschmackslos. Die Lage zum Strand und der Innenstadt ist top. Geht lieber dort Essen, wir hatten nur top Essen als wir nach dem ersten Tag uns ausserhalb durchprobiert haben.

• Ruling (8/5): Great park for kids - Water park is a lot of fun for kids. A lot of activities to do at the park as well. House is comfortable with a big bath. Food options were quite bad. But you can walk to the city center for supermarkets and restaurants.

• Alenka (10/5): Highly recommended. Beautiful location and great accommodations. - The house was very nice and clean. We enjoyed the evening in the living room by the fireplace. We also had a fully equipped kitchen, including new, unused dishcloths and dishwasher tablets. By chance, the electricity went out when we turned on the toaster. Their staff took care of it immediately, they fixed the electricity within half an hour, and they also replaced the toaster with a new one. The gentleman at the reception was also very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and private. The facilities were good and the shop on site had a lot of choice. We arrived in the night due to flight delays. Trying to find our lodge in the dark and rain was difficult due to the lack of light on the signs. To have been shown to our lodge would have been good.

• Saujanya (8/5): Great place to relax with kids - Well ventilated cottages, nice warm indoor swimming pools. Lots of things to do with children and most included in the stay price. Good restaurants as well. Also just really nice to walk around in the park itself. Good free parking. Supermarket nearby. They did also give some soap, shampoo - etc, for 1-2 days, after which you would need to buy / carry. The floor of the cottage we had was very sticky and not clean at all. If you're going past 5 PM, you have to checkin at a different place - so, good to keep that in mind. Kitchen is well equipped, but you have to carry salt, pepper, oil etc or buy at the supermarket.

• Luis (8/5): Good place to stay but read carefully. - The water park is very fun and you can relax in the heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi. Supermarket, shop and restaurant is also very convenient as there is nothing close to the property. Bike rental is also on site, so we got everything we needed here. Cottage was modern and had plenty kitchenware and dishwasher machine was great to have. I will stay again but book directly on their site. The Apartment wasn't ready. Be warned that everything is extra, even bed sheets and towels, not to mention Toiletries and Kitchen Kit. Also no Hair drier. After we complained they gave us everything though, but be warned and read carefully what you paying for. ZERO CLEANING the whole stay and no towel change, and we stayed 5 nights. They make you feel you're at home alright... like you have to do everything by yourself or pay for it. The cottage they assigned to us was in the edge of the complex, far from the reception and beach. We had to rent bikes.
• Ssk (1/5): A huge disappointment as far as accommodation was concerned. - Location. The Pool. The two shops. The cottage was not at all clean. Dust and dirt everywhere. Bedding very smelly. When we took the sheets off the bedding on our departure as requested, mattress and duvet full of stains. Towels were flimsy with dirt marks everywhere. There was no option to get an in between clean, even at extra cost. All in all, just awful cleanliness and hygiene.
