Booking aún me debe estadía en hotel Makondo de Cartagena, Colombia.... una semana que no utilicé, comuniqué el problema que tuve e igual me cobraron... son unos piratas y trato de no volver con booking

Lo que no me gusto porque es la primera vez que me pasa, no sé respeto el precio establecido en la página de Booking, era U$D 141 y cobraron U$D 171, jamás me pasó las veces que contrato con Booking, la recepcionista me dijo que era algo normal de está página. Si realizabamos el pago el mismo día que contrato el alojamiento a través de la página Booking respetaba el precio establecido, no sé después que paso. Gracias.

Solo mi marido pudo bañarse (después de prender el termo), mientras que mi hija y yo no pudimos asearnos. Dormimos muy mal por la incomodidad. Fue una experiencia desagradable e inesperada."
