- Roy (6/5): Not great, but OK for 1 night stay - Reasonably central location Not a very clean and pleasant area to stay. The family room was tiny so would only recommend for very young children although its at the top of the house via a thin staircase so not ideal.

- Karen (10/5): Cheap, cheerful and clean would stay here again - Great place to rest our heads after a night dancing at the tower. Great location, price and very clean with additional extras such as coffee/tea, shower caps soap etc There was nothing to dislike for the price - it was a very pleasant place to stay considering what we paid for the room.

It was ok but not the cleanest bedding was all stained as didnāt smell fresh The size of room to small for double.bed wasnāt very fresh the ceiling in shower was ready to fall in didnāt look safe at all no proper mirror for female to get ready make up & hair. The mirror was high up over the sink in the bedroom only 1 bedside table so couldnāt make tea or coffee to relax with. Ok for overnight as youāre always out in Blackpool.

- Michael (8/5): Good for value, great location, fab staff. - Staff were lovely and asked if we needed anything, happy to help. location was great and easy to get too, lots of car parks n street parking around property. Unexplainable banging noise coming from the wall behind our bed all night and into the next morning, it was every 5 mins. Sounded like an issue inside the walls.
- Claire (10/5): Home from home - We stayed the night in the b&b after a fulfilled day in Blackpool with the kids. I was pleasantly suprised with the cozy family room and the kids enjoyed their little welcome packs. Nothing was too much trouble for the lady who checked us in, she ensured we had everything we needed. We ordered breakfast to the room in the morning, it was fresh and didn't take long to arrive. Of the many b&b's in Blackpool I'm glad I chose a good one. Highly recommend and a great price too. Thank you for making our stay a good one š

USB chargers next to the bed. Quiet and comfortable for a Friday night. The provided bottles of water and packets of Piper's crisps were a lot better than you get in some expensive chain hotels, very much appreciated! Nothing

- Treva (8/5): Nice location for you to enjoy Blackpool - Lovely place and ideally set with secure carpark nearby and seafront 2 mins away. Rooms are nice but being an older building you take your chance with noisy people above you as the sound travels well. Ensuite was adequate even though the shower could do with a bit of tlc and the bedroom draws could of been cleaner or at least remove the hairs but over all in would still recommend you stay there.

The team are so warm and friendly and made us very welcome. The location is perfect - a few minutes walk from the Winter Gardens and also the seafront with plenty of shops and eateries on the doorstep. N/a
- Philip (8/5): Clean, friendly place for a Blackpool experience. - Lovely welcoming by the staff. Anything was clean. The beds were very comfy. Ours kids enjoyed the colouring books and sweets that were left. We enjoyed the snacks and tea in the room. Closely located to the main attractions in the north of Blackpool. Bit noisy at night but this is probably a normal thing in Blackpool. The lock to our room was very stiff (as pointed out by the staff). Room was a bit small for us (family of 4 with a dog) but manageable. Shame there are not more places like this and more investment to the area as it would totally change Blackpool.

There was the odd bought of noise on Saturday night, Not from this property but from a neighbouring one. But this is probably to be expected on a weekend in Blackpool.
