- C1357WIscotts (10/5): Lovely family friendly hotel - I went with my friend to see a gig at the hotel and I absolutely loved my time there. The staff are lovely and there is a family atmosphere about the place. The rooms were clean and tidy and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. The food was really good and the chef, Sascha, was exceptionally helpful, dealing with any request that came in. If you have a young family with you, there is a new play park at the rear of the hotel. The kids would also like to go and see the horses, goats and cows that they have on their grounds. If you want a relaxing break, there are many walks to be taken, if that is what you like. The town of Freiberg is only a short drive away, and it is a lovely town to walk around. I loved my stay at this hotel and, hopefully, I shall be back again.

- Vadym (10/5): - A very nice place in the country! I would come back or recommend it to friends. Breakfasts are good, especially tea (was looking in stores later but could not find it)
- ykhppc (8/5): A good place to stay but some improvements needed - I was here on business and the hotel was the nearest to the company. The area was quiet and nice while the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was basic but one of the day where there were many guests, the hot food had ran out and it was not replenished despite being only 7.45am. The hotel didn’t offer any laundry services which made it inconvenient for a long stay. The housekeeping was also a hit-and-miss as for some days there was none while others might have the rubbish bins cleared or the beds made. Overall a good stay we had but hopefully the hotel would improve in some areas of concern which it will be perfect then.

Es war ruhig und zuvorkommend. Die verranzten Stuehle im Eingang widersprechen dem Gesamteindruck, denn die gesamte Anlage ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Komme wieder!

Der Landgasthof ist gut zu erreichen, mehrere Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung. Die Räumlichkeiten sind groß und freundlich eingerichtet, aber auch sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück reicht für einen guten Start in den Tag.

- Sami (10/5): Loved it - The hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was big and comfortable with a nice balcony. Buffet breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was good. There was a large yard where our kid enjoyed a trampoline and soccer field. Location was in a very small village at the end of an bumby road but it meant that it was very peaceful. Full points.

- claudiaz408 (8/5): Good overall - For us as a family of 4 this is a great location to stay while visiting relatives in Freiberg. The price is good and the apartment is roomy. It's really good that the kids can play outside and still have their own room and own TV.
- Marja (8/5): Maaseudun rauhassa - Hotelli sijaitsee kaukana päätieltä, mutta on viihtyisällä paikalla maalaiskylässä. Ympärillä on kaunis maalaismaisema hevosineen. Pihaan hankala ajaa, mutta parkkitilaa reilusti hotellin takana. Vastaanotto rajoitetusti auki ainakin toukokuussa. Vähän asiakkaita, mutta aamiainen ja ruokailukin ok. Huone oli yksinkertainen, siisti.

Communication was a little difficult at times but we enjoyed our stay and the “conversations” we had with other guest and locals who came for the great dinner. Quiet location, nice clean room, and a great breakfast also. Overall a great stay.
- S (10/5): - Beautiful laid back German country inn. Family run, clean, comfortable, relaxed, good food, bustling with country life and a very popular place for festivities. Food and service were excellent, we have no German language skills and the staff were limited in English but we all laughed and had another pint of Freiberg beer. Beautiful countryside and a lovely stay.

- JessicaLynnMusic (10/5): My favorite place in Germany - If you want a true German experience while visiting Germany, you MUST stay at Pension Fischer in Freiberg. We have traveled all around Europe, and staying with Torsten and his team was one of the best experiences we've had. You really feel at home and they treat you like family. From the excellent meals cooked by the friendly chef Sascha, to the comfortable and clean rooms, and beautiful outdoor spaces filled with flowers to sit and relax, and a wonderful included breakfast , this place is top notch. We are actually coming back for a second stay in a few weeks. I highly recommend this place. P.s : The chef Sascha even made us "special" American iced coffee to make us feel at home. :)

The place has tons of old school country atmosphere, is impeccably clean and the food is first rate. Run by Torsten Fischer who personally greeted us and ensured that our every wish was tended to including some great local site seeing. Lots to do for children and beautiful grounds to explore. We will be back!

- joyissac (8/5): A nice Place to stay out from the town - If you are looking for a small cozy place to crash in this would be the best. They only problem is that this is a little far from the town. But they have their on cozy restaurant with local Freiburger beer. The food is nice, the place is calm , in the middle of farm. People are very nice to the guest. No one there can speak even a little english and the WiFi is really bad at room.
- 007travelguy007 (6/5): good value for money, only minor problems - had some minor problems like no electricity between 5 am and 6:20 am ( problem with breathing machine....) soap extremly watery, no complimentary shampoo or bathing stuff, only 3 of 4 lass holder, stressed out breakfast waitress but would stay again as good value for the money, peaceful surrounding, delicious meal. No access to w-lan in room.
