• Dunlap (1/5): Trashy ass hotel - N/A EVERYTHING THING WAS HORRIBLE I THOUGHT BY REBOOKING THE HOTEL AND CHANGING MY ROOM WOULD BENEFIT ME MORE BUT HELL NOOO I CHOOSE A DOUBLE ROOM THINKING MORE SPACE LOL NOPE ROOM WAS SMALLER ROOM WASN'T CLEANED PROPERLY I HAD NO TABLE FOR ME TO EAT NO CHAIRS THE COFFEE MACHINE WAS DIRTY HAD THE WRONG KIND OF COFFEE THERE WAS ROACHES YOU CALL FRONT DESK NO ANSWER THEN WHEN THEY CALL YOU BACK NUMBER POPPED UP AS SCAM LIKELY AND TO TOP IT OFF THE FRONT DESK PERSON SHE ACTUALLY THERE EVERY DAY SO SHE MUST BE THE LEAD TRIED TO SCAM ME SAID I DIDN'T PAY FOR MY ROOM BUT BEFORE THAT SHE HAD CHARGED MY CARD A 10$ FEE TALKING ABOUT A SERVICE FEE HOW DF I PAYING A SERVICE FEE WHEN ALLEGEDLY I DIDN'T PAY FOR MY ROOM LIKE SHE STATED WHICH I HAD A CONFIRMATION NUMBER I PAID THREW BOOKING SITE THAT ALSO STATED I DIDN'T HAVE TO PAY NOTHING AT PROPERTY SHE GOT UPSET WITH ME N MUST GAVE ME THE WORST ROOM AND WHEN I COMPLAINED SHE STATED WAS THE ONLY DOUBLE WHEN CLEARLY ON THE BOOKING SITE IT STATED OTHERWISE I UNDERSTAND THIS ISNT A 5 STAR HOTEL BUT FOR MY MONEY WORTH THIS PLACE IS TRASH ASH PLEASE DONT BOOK HERE UNLESS U HOMELESS OR SOMETHING

• Latasha (1/5): - Nothing Loud fire alarm was on for 6hrs and then made us come out room at 1pm to clean AC unit and left water all over the floor.
• Terriss (3/5): Nice hotel but rude manager. - The general manager is a real tool. She is a very rude person and treats customers like she doesn't want them there. Only thing I didn't like was the manager. She is the only reason I will never stay at this property again.

• Missy (5/5): A bit disappointing and not recommended if you are a short term guest - Location was ok. Sandy was helpful. We weren’t there 5 minutes and were being hit up for rides. We had no tv. We didn’t have linens for our stay as I would sum up this property as rentals not intended for short term guests. They don’t have anything extra for short term guests.

• Bradshaw (5/5): - Comfortable and a good price but only via booking.com and other 3rd party sites. Bad value booking direct. Reasonably clean. There is one staff member that always gives me a hard time accomodations wise. Sandy i think her name is. My remote did not allow me to access the TV inputs and she tried to claim they changed all the tvs to that remote so there was no substitute which i know for a 100% first hand knowledge fact to be false. Had to get my room changed, and my new room kept having power outages/surges. But at least it had a better remote.

• Cindy (1/5): For the comfort I needed I found it across the street for only $10 more. - The location. However, I wasn’t a fan with it being way back in the back especially at night. I did see 2 Dekalb police vehicles there. Not sure if they were security or if they were on a call. I was surprised that they had a smoking room option. The bathroom was a big NO!! I explained to the lady who checked me in about my situation and that I would like to have a room that was on the bottom floor and that I desperately needed to soak in a tub. My mind and body was beyond tired and sore. I’m a nurse, I had worked a double and had been moving my things to a storage unit since 7:30am. She was able to provide me with a room on the bottom level wayyy in the back which I could’ve been ok with but that bathroom was beyond repair. I checked in at 3pm and had to be at an interview by 5pm at Northside Hospital in Gwinnett.I didn’t have the time to go back to the office to request a new room. When I returned to the hotel I stopped by the office and informed her about the condition of the room. The toilet seat was stained and oversized and didn’t flush. The bathtub was black and rusted with mold around it. She asked why didn’t I say something when I 1st noticed it. I reminded her once again in detail about my situation and my interview and how I didn’t have time. She said that I had 30 minutes to cancel the room or request a new room. She said that the only thing she could do was move me to another room the next day if I stayed or she could try to email the owner about my request for a refund. There was no way I was staying there in my condition. So I gave her the key and I’m still waiting to hear from the “owner”.

• Matireah (1/5): This place in Tucker Ga is absolutely awful, despicable and disgusting. - That the property was close to the people and places that I needed to go. Upon entering my room it was filthy, fridge, countertops, walls, bathroom toilet, tub bottom was black and I cleaned it myself it’s grey now. Hair on bathroom floor. The gentleman at the front desk was ok, however the lady was very unprofessional and treated me with rudeness and didn’t even bother to listen to my concerns. 15 years ago I stayed at this property the kitchen was functional, however now it’s supposed to be a extended stay. No cooking allowed. I was supposed to have payed 201,01 and was charged 300.00. The property was severely deteriorated in the time that I last stayed. Booking.com should remove this property from its site, and I feel that my overpayment should be refunded to my credit. There were questionable people on the property and it was quite noisy. THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE OPEN FOR BUSINESS! STAY AWAY!

• Gilbert (7/5): Ok - Very cozy and quiet location. Secure and safe They almost did not let me stay because I booked 2 weeks online. I came to town for work (3-6 months)and after the mgr acted like I was trying to rob them because I booked online and told me they would not accept online bookings and I had to pay cash at the counter if I wanted to extend I decided to leave and find different accommodations.

• Robert (7/5): More than adequate! - The updated kitchenette. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. And, navigating the parking lot is a bit tight. Overall, the room, was more than adequate, for the single nights stay.
