• Mary (7/5): In the middle of ice storm..lost power for a little while but it was ok - Location was easy to find.. staff was very nice. Coffee maker had missing piece..water pressure was slight.
• Kaitlin (1/5): The hotel called me halfway to Atlanta to let me know that my reservation was no longer available. - I didn't like that I was able to be bumped from my reservation hours prior to check in.

• Jennifer (8/5): - Rico was fantastic when i checked in. Courteous and friendly. Room was clean but needed a couple items addressed whichbthe staff is doing today. Quiet and peaceful rest
• Eric (4/5): - Door keys only work when used once, had to keep going back to off ice to get a card that works, once a staff member had to bring a laptop to the room to open the door. Had two TVs in the room and niether worked, and the three ladies and one male worker didn't seemed concerned with that even though i asked them to fix it. One off the female staff members even told me to try to fix it myself and that if that doesn't work they will look into it. The floor was really dirty, and the bathroom counter was coming off the wall. Beds were alright, and air conditioner worked. Michael was the only helpful staff member.
• P (6/5): - Cleanliness was fine, where there was an issue was the bathtub. Let's call it a well used bathtub to the point where they have attempted to paint sections which are worn down. The problem was that paint was flaking off and you would end up with the chips on the soles of your feet. Another minor issue was the height at which the showerhead was at. I'm 6'1" but the showerhead is placed for 6' so that hunch I had to do was just annoying enough. This is a common problem in the hotel industry.

• Ciarra (1/5): It was not great. This was a last-minute booking due to an emergency. The room didn’t feel very clean - The staff did the best they could to help me. I am still waiting on an issue to be resolved involving being charged double for my stay. The AC unit was sticky all over. There was visible damage to the bathroom door. The TV remote was missing.

• James (10/5): Another Great Experience - This is my second time staying at this hotel and my experience was as great as the first time. I still love the fact they show you the room first before you check in. I really believe that all hotel chains should offer that. That way, you can see what you are paying for because pictures on a website can be deceiving. Even though my room didn't have a TV because it needed repairs, I still took the room because I really don't watch TV. Beverly and Fenesta were so kind to waive certain fees and taxes as a result and I really appreciated that! The size of my room was perfect, I had the right amenities and my room was super clean. Hotel is within close proximity from dinning and shopping, all within walking distance! Excellent staff, a great room and the best location=a very satisfied customer that will DEFINITELY book another stay in the future!

• Stefanie (3/5): Poor - The staff was friendly and accommodating as much as they could be. The beds were fairly comfortable. As I am handicapped, I reserved a handicap accessible room. When we arrived, I found the room we had been given was upstairs with no other way to access it. I informed them I could not go up and down stairs. They had no handicapped rooms available but were able to put us in a first floor room. The room I reserved was supposed to have 2 queen beds. The room we were given had 2 double beds. The room had not been cleaned well. There was dust and dead bugs everywhere. The bathroom door knob was broken so the door wouldn't open if you closed it. My son wound up trapped inside. I tried to call the office but no one answered. We managed to get him out but we couldn't close the door. It was hot and humid, the AC didn't work and there was someone outside our room singing and laughing loudly all night. We got very little sleep.

• Margarita (10/5): Friendly Staff - Check-in was made easy and we were greeted by Chloe who was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and you can tell it had been cleaned thoroughly. Only thing I’d update maintanance of is that we did encounter some bugs and there were some things that could be an easy fix like handles to the bedside drawer or the toilet paper holder.

• James (10/5): - My experience was absolutely amazing! Tavaris made me feel so welcome at the property and even showed me the room before charging my card. I have never stayed at a hotel where they show you the room first to make sure it is to my satisfaction before charging my card. That is a huge plus and ALL hotels should do that! The room was awesome and had everything I needed and thensome. Neighborhood was super quiet and all dining options were nearby. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my family and friends. I will definitely stay at this hotel in the near future!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Perfect if you don’t want to spend a lot of money - I understand that it’s a budget friendly hotel however it was supposed to be a nonsmoking room and the first room we had smelled like cigarette smoke. We did get moved to another room that smelled better however the beds were not comfortable. The employee that checked us in was not very nice and I felt like he was kinda spacey. He did however give us a complementary move to another room.
