• Robert (6/5): Wonderful staff, could use a renovation but not dirty or broken, just dated and tired. - Building was ok and fairly clean. Location was good, reception was super freindly and nice. Some things like the icemaker and other things like that where pretty tired Some guy came in at about 5 am and was screaming about a woman, cursing and saying he was gonna 'find that b@#&% and f<@(ing murd3r her'. Points for creativity in english and spanish. Not a great way to wake up.

I had to check out early so the reservation was complete and I requested an invoice, they told me to deal with Booking. I understood there was no refund and was happy to pay the full amount for checking out early. I communicated that Booking told me to ask them. The front desk guy on 3/19/26 at 7:55am told me to "Not call here again, f*ck you" his exact words. Would never stay here again or give them my business ever again

• Lindsey (1/5): 6 days - Easy freeway access During my stay, the owner stated that he had the legal right to use a firearm against me if I approached my ground-floor window to check on my dog while unloading my car. This was said directly to me and was not framed as a joke or misunderstanding. I found this statement alarming and wholly inappropriate for a lodging environment. Regardless of intent, invoking lethal force in response to routine guest behavior created a situation that felt unsafe and unprofessional. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property to other travelers. Guests should reasonably expect to feel safe on the premises; this interaction did not meet that standard.

My daughter wrapped a towel around the date and it helped, never seen housekeeping. Had to go downstairs to get some towels. Will never go back and will never recommend this place to any friends. The man at the desk repeatedly told me to don't make any noise cause our room is above the manager's

• Hamazah (1/5): Unacceptable, disappointing, & a prime example why businesses fail, they forget customer service. - Owner or desk operator was extremely rude, I had pre booked o line & asked the receptionist could I check in a couple hours before 3 & pay extra that was after waiting 15 minutes for him to return to the desk. I told him I was tired & needed to use the bathroom he proceeded to rudely tell me “I’m tired too”, called me out my name, & said no room was available then told me I needed to pay $50 extra to check in 3 hours early. Attendant was beyond rude, combative, inconsiderate, & used foul language do not spend your hard earned money here! Ever!!!!!!!! The staff & their attitude

• Norman (8/5): A short but good stay. - The bed, tv, shower, bathroom, fridge, microwave oven, and lighting were great. The wifi was excellent. The ac was ok. The wooden tiles were broken where the office chair is located. It made rolling around annoying especially when you try to avoid it.

• Norman (8/5): A great place but somewhat isolated. - The bed, bathroom, shower, tv, fridge, microwave oven, and lighting were great. the wifi was excellent. Plenty of parking space. Close to where I needed to go. Checking in was quick. No elevator but that's on whoever designed the building. No places nearby to walk to for food.

Far away from stores that walking wasn't that much of an option and room smelled like cigarettes mixed with cleaning agent. Beats just cigarette smell I guess. Staff was hard to understand. And silly wifi system. - only one device per special sign in you receive from the man at the front desk.

• Jon Ackley (5/5): TV Suuuuuks. Bring a book - The price I got a feeling (mostly in my throat) the air freshener kills bugs mice and possibly small children. Gotta change my clothes as soon as I leave. Leave the window wide open!

• Tony (5/5): I wouldn't stay again - Comfortable bed, room was clean and comfortable. Room may have been clean but the hallways and stairwell are not. Seriously looks like some of the sidewalks in cities where the homeless live. Wi-fi is a joke, not usable, l had to use my phone as a hotspot. Management parks their own cars in handicap spots and they don't even have handicap placards or plates which I have a huge issue with since I am disabled. The guy who checked me in was nice, and older gentleman but the others were not. When I complained about the horrible internet the guy acted like l took a crap in his cereal, he did got a bad attitude with me. Noise. Lots of noise from the road and my room did not face the highway.
