The second day we were there we decided to eat at Golden Coral due to the bad quality of the food at the hotel. They allowed kids in the floor above us to run in the hallways and in their room ALL night! We called the front desk at 9:30pm to let them know about the excessive amount of running and it kept going until 2am!

• Nicole (2/5): - I actually loved my stay. However, the front desk has ruined my entire experience. I checked in on the 21st the process was seamless. On the 25th Christmas day, I started receiving messages from my bank that the hotel was trying to put through charges for various amounts. I immediately thought someone had got my number and it was fraud. I went to the front desk and Bertha (black older lady with glasses) had a nasty because I was inquiring about MY CARD! She proceeded to tell me that "their" system had charged me $700 the day prior and was now charging me the remaining balance of $540. How when the initial charge 1420 is still pending and there is no charge of $700 on my card. It's now the 3rd and my card has a negative balance of $540. The initial charge from 21st is still pending. And my card is jacked up! Ms Mam, I'm a traveler, you my dear messed up the initial transaction. I've called corporate twice and will need to call again tomorrow. I left on the 28th and is staying at another Marriott and it's been almost a week and no problems at all.

There was only warm water in the shower and the bathroom sink was plugged. The worst part was the kitchen person got into an argument with one of the guests over the food availability. All in all the worst Marriott experience I have had in 22 years.

• 796maryh (8/5): Slow internet - Mediocre Breakfast - Hotel has gone downhill a bit since our last stay, two years ago. Good location, room size is great. The elevator sounds like it’s dying a slow death. Staff was nice but location was understaffed. Breakfast was not great. Ran out of items and the items they did have were very over cooked. Poor staff member trying to do the jobs of multiple people. Had a complaint about my special needs son who jumps a bit when he stims (we were on the fourth floor), staff was very nice once we explained the situation. Free internet was very slow, had to pay extra for three days to upgrade it so we could use it for work and school.

Nicely updated rooms with a spacious bathroom, well-stocked kitchen, and comfy bed. The outdoor fire and grill are nice amenities you don’t find at all RIs. Breakfast is mostly pre-packaged items, which made the breakfast the only down side for us.

I thoroughly enjoyed the room, there was more than enough room for the 3 of us to sleep comfortably without being on top of each other. I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself but I had to be honest with my review. I would definitely reccomend this hotel.

I also like that accommodations offer amenities for extended stay with a kitchen and sitting area. I did not like that people are allowed to bring pets. Upon check in, another guest had a rather large dog and was not really respecting others by keeping her dog close to her. Other than that, it was a good stay.

• Verified traveler (4/5): Nah. Not Bonvoy - Very disappointed. No housekeeping. Every “clean” towel has hair. Breakfast is poor. I guess “travelodge” has better breakfast for less money. Neighbor garbage left outside in the hall was untouched more than 24 hours-I guess Marriott can’t afford stuffing. Pool water-1% milk colored. Gross. So bad job Marriott. Not Bonvoy-badvoy!

• Callie (8/5): Very good - Breakfast is usually the same stuff and some of the kitchen help doesn't like to give us bacon whenits on the menu, one guy said there was no more bacon left and another guy brought some out to me and another day there was only turkey sausage for breakfast and I had to wait 15 minutes for eggs and Jimmy Dean sausage definitely not what I'm used to at this hotel. Kitchen food and service
