• Alecia (3/5): Never again. - I like that the property is close to a lot of Asian food and comfort foods This wood springs is beginning to go downhill. I continued to come here because they were clean, accommodating, comfy and affordable but now it’s just affordable and like everything else today, you’re getting crap tier for your money. Water pressure seemed like the pipes were clogged The floor in my room clearly had not been mopped, swept or anything! I literally went from the bed to the bathroom and my feet were full of dirt and hair! What the f***. No soap for the dishes like before. Just finish. Finish is just that! It finishes the dishes for shine ITS NOT SOAP!!!! WiFi was completely pointless. The remote barely worked! Food stains on the covers Missing dish ware It felt like a motel that was coming up a bit. It really did. I’m not renting here again. I was relaxed because I was away from home but I will not spend my money there again. The two nerds at the front desk were so nice though. Love me cool nerd!

• Anirudh (1/5): Disgusting dump, definitely not a 3-star hotel. Worse than a 1-star place. - Absolutely nothing. No coffee in lobby, no coffee machine in room, no blackout blinds on windows, one single bar of soap for 3 guests, bad pillows, cheap dorm room beds paper-thin walls, not enough towels, noisy air-conditioner, loud highway noise all night long, somewhat sketchy crowd. Not a single saving grace. I checked out a day early.

• Jadmin (1/5): - Instead of the property admitting they overbooked the man at the front desk said that booking canceled my reservation. It was not cancelled on my end nor was it canceled when a booking representative checked either. A waste of time and money, and highly unprofessional.
• Keith (6/5): - The hotel was nice and easy access in and out. Had a minor issue, got to the hotel about 3 PM and checked in. Counter person advised me they were out of the room type I booked so they upgraded me and checked me in and gave me my room key. I went up to the room and dropped a bag off with some clothes in it. Left the hotel and went to an event I was up there for, and when I got back about 8:40 PM my key card didn't work at the from door or the one to get to the elevators. The counter person reset my card and I went up to the room, opened the door and found someone elses stuff in my room. I went back down and they were able to straightened it out. I was not really upset, but it was an inconvenience to have this happen.

• DervisUSK (6/5): A Convenient Place To Stay - I stayed there during my previous stays. It is convenient for me since it is close to the house of mt nephew. The beds are large and comfortable. The room is clean. It is close to the main roads. There is also a gym facility. I am not comfortable with the smell of smokes of any kind The staff should be a little bit more professional. The wifi needs to be upgraded.

• Sagarika (4/5): Staff was friendly and pleasant, but room was not up to standard - Woodspring had pleasant and friendly staff which I appreciated :) That experience made the stay better. Also the location was convenient for my needs. The non smoking room we were in stank of smoke, and was very distracting for my partner and I as non smokers. The bathtub also didn't seem clean.

• jennifer (8/5): I felt welcome at the first visit. - What I liked about your hotel was the professionalism and the warm welcome from the staff What I didn’t like was the lack of security around the property. Many days and nights when I returned from work, the outside area was filled with people hanging around, smoking, and drinking. On one occasion, I even saw someone lying back in a lounge chair near one of the exit doors. This does not look good at all and made me feel uncomfortable.

• Leb (5/5): You get what you pay for and dont research! - The staff was nice and friendly. It seems more like a residence for displaced. Hallways are long and dark, metal frame beds, vinyl floors (no carpet), no amenities in the bathroom. Full kitchen with no kitchenette ware. No cable, tv was dark, lots of truckers. Seems like the third floor is the only smoke free floor. Didnt feel comfortable at all. Good for a short stay with a lover, not a family trip.

• Sonia (8/5): - Great in-room Kitchen setup. Good options for local shopping and dining except you need a car, delivery or ride share. Unfortunately, the many "local" options are not walkable from the Woodspring Suites location in South Plainfield NJ.

• Susan (4/5): For the price it’s not that bad - Went to this property last weekend for leisure and I can say for the price the hotel it was fairly decent. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was fairly clean but I had to clean the bathroom with the cleaning products that the front desk provided me since it appeared not to be cleaned by the cleaning staff. However, I was able to check In early and everything about the hotel was fine for the most part. It appeared to be a hotel for people of low income since it appeared some of the residents stayed at the hotel long term, there was some commotion in the evening but other than that it wasn’t too bad. Low income or homeless resident living in the hotel causing some commotion.

They took a long time to address the issue and my sleep was interrupted. Otherwise, everything else was great. The alarm going off and the length of time it took to shut it off.

• BHASKAR (4/5): will not recommend stay with families unless you on budget and /or location important - spacious rooms and good price for 2 queen beds 1. corridors, elevators were stinking smell. this is not one off as we stayed 2 nights. 2. no soaps or shampoos in bathroom 3. folks were hanging out infront of hotel premises drinking and smoking weed in cars ..some of them bringing their own personal chairs ; appears like homeless hanging ..
• Kapri (10/5): Great welcoming staff.bad housekeepers - Front desk staff was amazing at check in. Very helpful and friendly. However the room had a jump rope from someone who left it there. Didn’t show signed it was cleaned other than vacummed and bed made. Bathroom had residue on outside of toilet bowl that it wasn’t cleaned. At 10:30am upon check out, housekeeper rushed me to leave. I wondered why rush me at 10:30 to barely clean and check out is 11am.
• Anna (6/5): Meh, not great, not the worst. - The bed area was clean , as was toilet. But surface needed a good wipe down. The facilities aren't crazy old , there have obviously been some updates and painted walls but in general, everything is sort of low quality and a bit worn out. If I had to stay longer than the two nights, I probably would have canceled and rebooked somewhere else to be more comfortable. No blackout curtains, but not offensively smelly or musty, but not fresh either, just kind of a notch below average. Very affordable stay, but I would honestly rather pay the twenty bucks a night to get something better quality and more comfortable. Alerted the front desk to the fact there was constant a beeping in the hallway for a 2 days straight. And as of when I checked out, still had not been resolved, that was annoying. And could be heard in bedroom overnight. Thankfully I had earplugs with me. Fine in a pinch, but wouldn't stay here again. Generally felt safe and parking lot was lit well. Not many food or convenience places in immediate Area. There was a dunkin' donuts, a short drive for mourning breakfast, which was good since hotel, doesn't provide any. Other people staying there weren't loud or rude, but it was noisy from thin walls and echoes.

Food particles all over storage above fridge. Black mold in shower area. Dust bunnies ruled the flat surface areas. WREAKS OF WEED. Sketchy people staying here.

But the day we checked in there was a commotion in the lobby and was not addressed until after we had to move my 3 year old daughter from the screaming and cursing. Then we were checked into a room that didnt have a working A/C so had to change rooms the next day. The new room we had wasn't much better because it was directly above where everyone sat outside and smoked. It constantly smelled like weed and cigarettes and we don't smoke at all. We hadnt asked to get moved again because we had a lot of things and was difficult to keep moving. Overall it was convenient but there was a lot of people just outside smoking right by the entrances.

The 2nd room had an awful smell!!!! Blood on the lamp cover. 325 312 and 421 horrible rooms! i emailed the general manager lets see what happens.
