- Renee (10/5): - We loved the room! It was big. We got the 2 queen room. Love that the couch pulls out into a bed. The kitchen was perfect. Love that they include all the essentials (cutlery, pots, pans, dishes, dish soap, sponge, paper towels,etc) No blackout curtains. Our only complaint was that the sun woke up up super early when we planned to sleep in đ
- tasha (7/5): Overall, good stay, but I wish I couldâve enjoyed the breakfast - This hotel was a nice place to stay for a one night trip. The hotel was clean and the staff were very nice. The main reason I booked there is because of the free breakfast in the morning. Usually Marriott hotels have like waffles and stuff like that. This Hotel had like a Mexican twist on breakfast- egg tacos, I believe egg bites, cereal, and bagels. The problem is I donât eat eggs or drink milk. So I had to end up purchasing my own breakfast. Next time I know to call the property and ask what kind of breakfast is served.

- Dreamer697734 (4/5): Bad Experience - We have stayed at this hotel several times in the most recent past. The service overall has been great. Until we experienced coming back to our room on a past visit to find that something as simple as out groceries had been taken from our room while we were out and the room was refreshed since we extended our stay. The management graciously offered us items from the hotel market in an offer to rectify the situation but still not replace the items that we would have liked. Then there have been times where the room hasnât been what we know it should be for example (just two days ago when we initially checked in) dirty dishes / silverware in the room upon our arrival which the desk clerk offered âwould you like more soap for the dishwasher so you can re wash themâ, I just declined and told him I already washed them just thought you should know. Missing utensils, dirty floor on one stay but the worst experience is the one we encountered yesterday afternoon when we returned to the hotel expecting to be able to go present our card for incidentals at the front counter (we were requested to do this once we returned back for the day) and were then told would have to present a different method of payment by the front desk clerk Dana because the virtual card presented did not go throughI had no clue what a virtual card was to begin with. We had just returned to the hotel after being at the hospital for my fiancĂ© who accompanied me to the hotel for 6 hours due to feeling under the weather. So after being asked to present an alternate method of payment because o virtual card did not go through via a third party reservation i had to contact the company I made the reservation through to get to the bottom of the problem. After being told by the third party what to explain to Dana (the front desk clerk) to do in order to rectify the situation she didnât even try the steps and simply be proceeded to tell me that the previous clerk do everything. Apparently he did not nor did Dana. The third party explained and apologized to me for the inconvenience we were being put through because the hotel staff (Dana) should have been able to simply call the party responsible to fix the situation. I was also told that it was not my responsibility as the guest to contact them and that the hotel was responsible for doing that. The third party asked me to hold on the line as they would call the hotel and direct them on how to handle the situation. Go figure that they directed the clerk to do as I had tried to tell her the steps the third party directed me to tell her earlier but she did not do in front of me no worked. Dana called me up to the desk to request I slide my card for incidentals but never did she apologize for her attitude or actions. She was simply negative about the entire situation, stated that her corporate representative in the building directed her to as she was doing and left me (the guest ) to figure it out on my own without even offering g to go above and beyond to try and figure out a resolve when they had it the entire time. This one incident has now put a bad taste in my mouth about ever coming back because of how she treated me as a guest even with as many times as we have been regular guests to this hotel. There was an encounter with her later in the evening that didnât make it any better but Iâm really not one to complain outside of the hotel staff until now. I guess it just takes one bad worker to ruin the experience for people. I donât see myself coming back to this hotel again anytime soon.

And we unfortunately had very loud and rude people who were staying in the rooms next to ours. They were extremely loud in the hallway and slamming their doors until 2am.

- Irizarry3116 (10/5): Great value and amenities. - Very nice sized room. Unbelievably, the tap water was filtered and they provided a pitcher that could be put in the fridge. Such a unique concept. I also noticed that my skin wasn't dried out after a hot shower, not sure if that also is filtered or softened water. The hot, made to order breakfast was a hit in my book! There was a rattle to the window during the high winds.

Our room as noisy, it wasn't vacuumed, our shower head had a leak at the connection and water sprayed up over the shower doors into the bathroom and when we advised the front desk all they said was "We are sorry for the inconvenience," not we will send someone to fix it. Also, don't be too excited for the "free breakfast." It's pastries, bagels, and yogurt..........

- renei716 (10/5): Amazing stay with welcoming staff, Carlos went above and beyond, and the complimentary beer or wine was a great touch. - I had an amazing stay at the Element Hotel in Palmdale. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. You can tell they truly care about their guests. I especially want to recognize the manager, Carlos, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. His attention to detail, willingness to help, and positive attitude made a huge difference. Itâs rare to see that level of dedication, and it absolutely did not go unnoticed. Another great touch was the evening reception, where they offer two complimentary beers or wines, which was such a nice bonus and made the stay feel even more welcoming. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what really stood out was the people. Because of the incredible service we received, this will definitely be our go-to hotel in Palmdale. Highly recommend this hotelâand shoutout again to Carlos and the amazing staff for setting the bar so high!

- JDC2009 (4/5): Inconsistent - I visit this property several times annually and it is the definition of inconsistent. Sometimes itâs stellar, other times (like tonight), itâs abysmal. Iâve asked for the previous guest public hair to be removed from the bathroom twice to no avail. Popcorn on the left side of the bed and poorly trained front desk staff (although very friendly). I understand rooms need to be turned quickly, but it would be wise to give the housekeeping team sufficient time to clean rooms. Last photo is representative of a cursory wipe of the bathroom sill. Finally, zero Ambassador recognition nor benefits. Caveat emptor.

- Nina (10/5): Top Hotel zu guten Preisen - Das Zimmer war top, sehr sauber und mit einer mega Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit separaten Wohnzimmer-/KĂŒchenbereich. Im Wohnzimmer und im Schlafbereich gab es jeweils 1 Fernseher. Auch das Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Grosse Dusche! Das Personal hat uns freundlich empfangen. Das FrĂŒhstĂŒck war ĂŒberraschend fĂŒr amerikanische Hotels! Das Bett war ein bisschen weich aber das ist Geschmackssache.

It was conveniently located less about 2 min from grocery stores, restaurants and other stores. The bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was good. It had a variety of cereals a yogurt bar, and we had avocado toast with eggs. The only thing that I personally didnât like was that the AC was a bit loud.

- albert (6/5): - There were a few things that made it difficult so I would not stay there again - small but important. Bathroom door did not stay open unless propped open by a chair. Room door also had to be propped open and when it slammed shut it did not close all the way - had to be pulled. And that door was exceedingly heavy. Coffee was awful. They only offer wine on 4 days, not 7. Pretty cheap - especially since the wine was cheap and watery. The cart did not hold bags or clothes at all - only suitcases. So the bags and clothes kept falling off to and from the room. Staff was pretty friendly - offering a good place for dinner that was really close. The breakfast was kind of a joke. Other places close by in the area offered much more at the same or better prices. Too bad for us!

- Deanna (8/5): - The magic at this property is definitely its staff!! Front desk staff, happy hour service with Ashley & breakfast team made for a very pleasant stay. Free internet is available and fast enough. Parking is free, Very few spaces available in front of lobby... Studio rooms are quite small... Not quite worth the price I paid, but there wasn't much available in town when I reserved. Also, the water pressure is terribly bad.At least on the second floor in room 217. I will stay there again as I am up there often, but this would be my second choice of the hotels available near my workplace when I am in town.

During a recent business travel an incident occurred resulting in hospitalization. My wife came up to be with me. Carlos, without restriction, welcomed my spouse to stay in my suite. During this time, the entire Element staff treated her as if she was a part of the Element family. My wife said it was very comforting the way she was treated during a very stressful period. Element hotel Palmdale is the number 1 choice looking for a family, welcoming environment whether on business or personal travel.

The girl at the desk told me to call next time when I booked through a third party, because the rooms are not always what is pictured. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we had no issues. The breakfast lady was very sweet and always wanted to make sure we were happy. The rooms are nice and comfortable. Parking on site, and there are plug ins for your car if you need it. There's a laundry room, fitness room and a outdoor pool.

I ended up turning my WIFI off and using cellular data.

Le parking gratuit⊠nous Ă©tions trĂšs reconnaissants. Lâemplacement Ă 1h20-30 de Los Angeles lui donne une position de replis pour visiter parfaitement la rĂ©gion.
