- WBS5 (10/5): New, clean, great - We drive across country frequently, and always have trouble finding a good hotel in this area. Problem solved. This hotel is new, clean, and had everything. No complaints. Don’t hesitate to stay here.
- A4645IBjohnm (6/5): Great when not flooded with kids. - We stayed there for our son’s “matching day” from Toledo School of Medicine. The building the ceremony was in is about 10 minutes away. This was in march 2026. Nice, large room! Clean. Two comfy queen beds, Good size fridge, Microwave, utensils everything we needed. a/c was a little noisy and if set to low put out a frigid wave of air. You want to be in an even numbered room to be on the quiet side. The odd numbers face a UPS terminal. We were in room 314. Decent breakfast. Thursday night was great! Dead quiet. Never heard a thing. Slept wonderfully. Friday night the place was packed with high school kids for lacrosse and other sport tournaments. Yelling, screaming, running in the rooms and up and down the halls. Knocking on doors and running away. Didn’t quiet down until after 1:00 am. Not much sleep involved. Calling the desk would probably only have made things worse. We were in room 214. Try for a higher room than that. Nice place. Rotten kids.

- Lisa (9/5): A clean, comfortable night's stay with all the amenities you typically expect in a good hotel. - The breakfast was delicious, and the offerings were plentiful. The location was a little awkward, as it is in the lobby. There were people sitting around waiting for others but not eating breakfast and it was taking up space from those trying to find a table to sit and eat properly. While the hotel was in a very convenient location being just off I90, a couple of the other hotels right across the street were rather questionable. Passing right by the entrances, it was readily apparent that they "entertained" more of a local clientel who weren't there for a good night's sleep.

- adlin123 (6/5): Misled about the pet deposit being returned - We had booked at another nearby hotel, that was not clean etc... We searched for the hotel nearest to our location and asked if there were any available rooms and pets were allowed; we were told yes. We arrived and were told when handing over my credit card that there was a $50 deposit for the pet (which is a chihuahua, under 5 pounds) and it would be refunded if there were no incidents. There were zero incidents. Next day I saw the two charges pending. One for the room and other for $50 (guessed it was for the dog). Welp, we were charged $69.67 for the pet. I called and was told there would be no refund and it is on the website. I called corporate and reached out, via email, to the GM Kishan Patel and have not received a response. Don't believe what they tell you and if there is an issue...note, they will not respond.

I couldn't believe I got a double room with a sofa and a kitchen with my Booking.com reservation. Everything was very clean and well appointed. There was a light switch or two that didn't seem to go to anything.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. Rooms were comfy and clean. Definitely a great choice if you’re in the area!

We were rushed out of breakfast well before it was over. The breakfast attendant closed the curtains 10 minutes prior to closing and wouldnt provide cream cheese after the container was empty.

She didn’t even want to provide cream cheese for our bagels. Other guests complained as well. We were also rushed to check out. The checkout time was 11:00 and our door was knocked on more than once before 11:00 to see if we had left. The pool was also cold and murky. The ambient temperature was warm, but the water was not. Bummed us out. This was my first vacation in 8 years and the only vacation my son has ever had.

- Alexandra (10/5): - I rarely stay at “suite” hotels when I’m on a road trip. I just need a bed, a bathroom, and maybe a tv. But the price and location was perfect for this stop so I booked it. The property was clean, well-staffed, and, because there was a neat little “kitchen” in the room and a few decent microwaveable options in the lobby store, I was able to have a late meal (including ice cream for dessert!) in my room. On real plates. With real flatware. I checked out the pool area but didn’t end up swimming (it was overrun with children, as expected - no shade to the kids!). It looked well-kept and clean, if the room was a little dark and sort of gloomy. Maybe the lights weren’t on?? - WORLDTRAVELERCHI (10/5): EVERY NICE...LOVED IT! - We were looking for somewhere to stop for a night and came upon the Home 2 Suites. This was our first time seeing this Hilton brand and we were glad we found it! The grounds were pretty, and the hotel was CLEAN from the lobby to our room. really nice set up and decor. We will now be looking for this brand. Loved It!
- Karen (6/5): - The property was just ok. For the price and how the Hilton described the property, I expected better. The breakfast was subpar and not filling. We couldn't eat the eggs as they were watery and no other protein options. The walls in our rooms needed a good scrubbing. Then my entire family was locked out of our room for over an hour. My poor kids were in their bathing suits cold and shivering because the battery on lock died and therefore our keys couldnt work. We had to wait for someone offsite to come let us in. The best we got was an "Im sorry". No credit, no discount, no hilton points, nothing for their provlem. I'm tired of companies not caring about customer service.
- J3281IIkevina (10/5): Home2 Suites Maumee Super Clean Hotel - My parents always stay at the Hampton Inn next door, but this was my first time trying Home2 Suites Maumee and I absolutely loved it! The property was super clean, fresh, and had a welcoming, modern feel from the moment we walked in. The suite layout was perfect for families, with plenty of space, a kitchenette, and comfortable beds for everyone. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything felt well-maintained and thoughtfully designed. I’m so glad we gave Home2 a try this will definitely be our go to for family stays in the area!
- Chani-Ski (6/5): No Shampoo in dispenser. - I have stayed here before and had good experiences. Our king studio with tub accessible was comfortable. I like the grab bars with the tub arrangement and only a few rooms in this hotel have that. We were on the 4th floor and it was pretty quiet. Breakfast was fine. Coffee was fine. Negative - the shampoo dispenser in the shower was empty. The Kleenex dispenser had 5 tissues shoved in the top. And the handle to the kitchen drawer came off in my hand. It bothers me that there is only one chair in a room that claims to sleep four. Where would the “dining area” be? Homewood suites has an actual dining table and 2 chairs. My husband did not like the TV, not a smart TV, and the remote was just stupid. The TV at Homewood Suites, also Hilton, would stream off of our digital accounts. Overall, I would stay here again but check my room thoroughly before bed.

- Dana (10/5): Nice place could use a little bit updating in rooms but still clean and nice - The kitchen in room was nice beds comfy and pool was working The breakfast was okay not bad but expected a little better than what all the other lower motels already give it’s a Hilton I atleast expected muffins and fruit as a option but it was waffle maker biscuits gravy and cereal and bagels which isn’t bad just same as I get at the 70 dollar a night places
