- Ingrid (4/5): Not really value for money. - Breakfast and the great ambiance, greenery. Low water pressure and our room did not have water at some point. Also it was extremely cold and the room was just super cold.

- Gaynor (5/5): It was OK, but I may never book there again, I have zero respect for people who treat hardworking, friendly and helpful - Central location Parking issues at night when all guests are back; Swimming pool cloudy; Managers talking down at staff, scolding staff in front of guests. Also asked staff to come and call us out of our room before check out time to come and get breakfast to leave (it was 09h15, check out is at 10h00).

The mattress not good quality and the pillows very flat and uncomfortable. The side tables wat the bed was foot stools and everything kept rolling off it. They advertise a restaurant but then we found out we had to travel for dinner.. The kitchen of the coffee shop also closes at 14;00.

Despite being on Otjiwarongo’s Main Street there was no street noise at all. Loved it all!

- Karmen (8/5): Lovely setting just a few tweaks - It's a lovely place and very beautiful breakfast room and lovely outside courtyard; the manageress was lovely and very accommodating. The breakfast was exceptional. The room wasn't ready at 16:40pm for us to check into, there is no option for dinner, and the room is very basic with a very small fridge, the coffee station didn't have coffee and powdered milk, we had to go ask for it.

Staff made a to-go breakfast for us that we could take for our early morning departure to see the Cheetahs. Thank you! Just a bummer the restaurant wasn't open for lunch or dinner after we checked in, so we had to check in then leave for a meal then come back. We would've loved to arrive to the hotel, eat and relax in our room.
