• David (5/5): - Great location, clean Each time I’ve stayed I’ve had no problems, this time I was given a Room with the toilet within the actual shower, so it has pools of water all around the toilet, the white shower curtain was dirty and stained brown.

• Andrew (8/5): Good position, comfortable stay - Close to the airport, friendly staff, comfortable (although small) rooms, food not too bad and free shuttle was a bonus. Nothing really, perhaps a little expensive but for airport access you can overllook that.
• Telia (7/5): Great value but staff need to improve their people skills - Great location! Super comfy beds with everything you need. Decent value for money. Loved the shuttle drivers we had, especially the older gentleman who went above and beyond - and was very chipper considering he was dropping us off to the airport at 3am! Felt the check-in was long for no reason and a lot of the staff didn’t seem very well trained or experienced. The Asian lady at the desk during the night we stayed was the best and most accommodating, the rest we spoke with directly were pretty blunt / dismissive. When we checked out, the guy literally pointed to the card return box, didn’t even look us in the eye or speak a word - super bizarre. Not technically apart of the hotel but the shuttle staff were also pretty rude (except for the two drivers we had who were absolutely amazing!).

• John (7/5): Shuttle pickup point - We were not told about the change of pickup point for Shuttle from the Domestic terminal, Horseshoe bend – Bay No. 4 (T2 Shuttles) was changed to car park 3, so we ended up walking over 1km for pickup.

The threatened to blacklist me. Yet I paid for my space to travelodge. Never will book short stay with them when I'm down for my business and work related. I usually book with ibis. I will stick with them

• Carol-Ann (10/5): - Proximity to airport and train. Quiet, clean, comfortable room. Friendly, helpful staff. I was so happy there was milk in the fridge for coffee but it was frozen. Not a huge problem, I left it out of the fridge to defrost.
• Boss Bee Motto (8/5): One night get away. - Breakfast buffet was pretty decent. Bed very firm. Location was good and it's lovely and quiet. Room came with parking so that was super convenient. Shower was too hot or too cold hard to find just right. Door to get to Fridge was broken, no tea towel in room Couldn't open window so no fresh air.

• Val (4/5): Not value for money - Clean n bed n pillows good For the price it was disappointing, I travel a lot and have paid a lot less per night even Rome in Italy! But included was complementary bottles water, biscuits and choice of snacks if you wanted to pay extra. We arrived at 11pm n were so thirsty! Would have loved a cup of tea with a couple of biscuits.

Person who answered the parking station call couldn’t look my rego up to see I had paid so I had to pull over go back over to the hotel into reception and get them to sort it. Was very strange when the parking gate opened to let me in, in the 1st place. Made me run late for a work meeting.
