Fahrräder frei und toller Pool. Nah am Fluß und Stadt max 15 min. Alles.perfekt eigentlich.... War nicht auszuhalten war, war die Baustelle gegenüber. Dauerlärm den ganzen tag. Was es unmöglich machte den Pool zu benutzen weil bei dem krach kaum gespräche möglich waren. Das hat uns den Aufenthalt ziemlich versaut. Sonst wäre es das absolut perfekte hotel gewesen.

Charlotte (9/5): Good place, would return. - The layout of the place, had own stair case and door to the room and little patio area The doors didn’t really close fully, some had a gap at the top so it let in bugs- mainly flys. When other guests were using the shower, the pressure just goes and then water goes cold. It doesn’t really manage well with more than one guest showing at a time.

Desde el primer momento nos ayudó con todo, nos acompañó a cambiar dinero, a alquilar motos que nos las llevaron al alojamiento, nos lavó la ropa y fue muy agradable con nuestras hijas pequeñas. Las instalaciones muy limpias y buenas. Totalmente recomendable Peter y su familia.

Lucky didnt break skin or id have been in for rabies shots. Shower average. Bit cramped downstairs with cars, scooters, furniture.
Stella (10/5): LOVED our stay here - We LOVED our stay here. It is run by such a lovely family, and the owner went above and beyond for us during our stay. Our room was perfect, service was amazing and he was so helpful. They also have free bikes available, so we did not struggle to get around. It is in a convenient location, just outside of the town centre easily accessible by bike, grab or walk. It was also situated next to a corner shop that had everything you need and lovely staff. Nothing, it was perfect.

The bed is soft and comfy. The owner was very responsive always available to help and answer questions. I ended up extending my stay to 4 additional nights and was going to extend even more of the room was not already booked😊 The place is a bit run down, the toilet is unhinged, some small repairs in the bathroom and room can be helpful.

The quality for the price was amazing, the room was so clean and comfy with a great AC and fresh towels every day! They have a dog if you’re scared of them it might bother you but I didn’t care

Sophie (10/5): Relaxed and good vibes - Peters place was so beautiful; clean, spacious, working A/C, clean pool, breakfast available if you wanted. He was so accommodating during our stay. He was able to sort out our taxi to Da nang and also he recommended his families tailor which was really good. Peter place was 30 min walk from the old quarter but he has bicycles which you can use for free or he can easily sort you out a motorbike. Peter was a very relaxed individual, you can ask him anything. He even was able to sort us out USD as we planned to travel to Cambodia after being in Hoi An. It was perfect :)

Enjoyed that it wasn't on the ground floor as well. Staff - very helpful, got our laundry done and back to us the same day. Also organised pickup from the airport last minute, and also a taxi back to Da Nang a few days later at a good rate. Payment - we didnt have to pay anything at all until checkout, including both taxis, which was great. I would stay here again. Nothing really to complain about, especially for the price point, but just some notes: Location isnt central, we did the 30 min walk to the center one day, but then just got Grab cars after that - very easy. Tried to have a bath but water never got hot enough (the shower was absolutely fine though)? The aircon has a master switch, if it's not working in the room, just message Peter and he'll sort it. Wifi in the room stopped working halfway through our stay after some heavy rain (although that might also have a master switch). We managed to connect to another room and that was fine

Pedro (10/5): hope to come back soon - Our stay at the relax garden was very good. Peter is an amazing person, and he is always available to try to help with any question or problem that we face. During our stay, we had to work, and the internet both in the common area and in the rooms was more than enough. I definitely recommend Relax garden, and I look forward to returning. Veronica (10/5): Best place to enjoy Hoi An - Peaceful place, with a nice swimming pool. Bicycles are provided for free. Good breakfast, with Vietnamese and western options. Location is great, you can quickly reach both the old town and the beach by bicycle, or you can also walk, if you prefer. Peter is the best host and very nice to chat with.
Tal (10/5): A great place:) - A great place! Peter, the owner, is just lovely! Ensures a warm welcome and helps with everything required. A spacious room, a pool in the yard and a good breakfast, highly recommend! We had a lot of fun:)
Berenguer (10/5): Excellent stay - We really enjoyed our stay at Relax Garden Villa. Our host was super nice and we enjoyed spending time with him. Our room was great, luxury for the price you pay, it's totally worst it. We enjoyed the huge bath tub, the bed was really confortable. The free bicycles are really convenient and it's less than 10 minutes ride to reach the old town. We were supposed to stay 3 nights and end up staying 6 nights. Can only recommend, thanks Peter !

Chris (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay. Very accommodating and the room was nice. Peter, our host, was extremely helpful with anything we needed and nothing was too much to ask. The breakfast was delicious and the side of fruit was a great touch. The pool was nice if you fancied some chill time. We took full advantage of the free bicycles in order to explore more of Hoi An. We would definitely recommend this place.
Jess (9/5): Fantastic place to stay - Beautiful villa with very friendly and welcoming owners. We were very well looked after during our stay and given lots of advice on what to do. There are bicycles to rent to get around the town and to the beach and we rented a scooter to go further afield. Everything is very clean and seems very new. For the price, this is an amazing place to stay! It is a little out of the town centre, but this means it's quiet and it's only a leisurely 10 minute cycle on the free bikes provided. The hot water was a little temperamental and the WiFi not the fastest, but very minor issues.
Samuel (10/5): Excellent stay in Hoi An - Bedrooms are lovely, bathrooms are similar to luxury hotel standard with free standing bath tub, and the nice clean swimming pool is great for cooling off on a warm sunny day. Owner is very attentive and the Vietnamese style breakfasts (Cao Lao and Quang noodles) are amazing, home cooked by owners mum :)

Tout est impeccable : service , propreté , convivialité, un thé de bienvenue qu'on a trouvé tellement bon que la patronne nous a offert un gros sachet. À conseiller vivement.

Verified traveler (10/5): Unreal facilities and staff - The rooms are extremely nice. Bring your appetite to breakfast as the food is good and there's lots of it. Pool is very clean and nice. Location is inbetween the beach and the old town. A very cheap cab or free bycicle can get you to wherever you want to go!
Hannah (10/5): The best place to stay in Hoi An - My friends and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful, reasonably priced hotel. The staff was attentive, kind, and helped us book tours and gave us lots of suggestions throughout our stay. The food was delicious, rooms cozy and clean, and it was an overall wonderful stay.
